Best of all, the staff are so friendly, helpful, and down to earth. If you need to quietly browse over and over (paint is so tricky to get right), they give you the space to do that. If you need a lot of hands-on help, they will absolutely do that too. One time I came in with such a long list of specific color chips to find. Two people went to work pulling the chips for me. I told him I was looking for paint to cover graffiti on stucco and showed him a piece of color sample from the wall. He used the computer to color match. However, after applying computer matched paint color and blow-drying the paint, he rejected 2 batches, because he felt neither was close enough to the sample I brought in. During the process, professional customers started streaming in and he didn't not put down my order. Instead, he asked his associate to help other customers while continue working on color matching my order. He knew I was only going to order a single gallon of the most budget friendly line of paint before I informed him, but he made me feel that I am valued as much as those professional customers who ordered buckets and buckets. I painted the wall right after returning and the color is an excellent match. Joey not only understood exactly what I was looking for, but also provided one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Instead of searching through a huge warehouse, hoping to find someone to help you, everything here is right in front of you, and there's plenty of help if you need it. We brought in a screen door to have the screen replaced. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of work was top notch. They said it might take a day or two, but the work was completed later the same day. So many local hardware stores have closed up recently. We're sure glad Arnold's is here!

Staff worker recommended us to buy a few samples ($5 each) to put on the wall and stare at it over a days and see which one fits. Because once it's made and tinted, it's not refundable, even if you don't end up using it.
