I ordered the following: General Gau's Chicken-Flavor was very good, had a nice little kick to it. The only downside to takeout was that the chicken wasn't crispy. Beef Lo Mein-Your typical tasting lomein with a good amount of beef and too much salt. Beef w/ Mixed Vegetables-Flavor was good but too salty if consumed on its own. Recommend eating with plain white rice. Unsure if it's always the same mixed vegetables but this one came with bok choy, broccoli and carrots. Singapore Rice Noodles-Def would order this dish again. Curry flavored rice noodles with shrimp and roast pork. Hot and Sour Soup-If you love black pepper then this one is for you. The black pepper taste was way too over powering for me. I prefer my hot and sour soup less peppery and a little more sour.

My son went in the restaurant to pick up the order. I did not notice until we reached home that he did not have the 2 cans of soda which I had selected as "free" items. I called the restaurant to let them know the mistake. The lady who answered was very rude and said I got free rice with the Pu Pu Platter for two. However the menu includes the rice with the platter. It's not the fact that I didn't get the sodas as indicated on the receipt because I could easily purchase sodas. The fact that the representative lied and was not concerned about good customer service and would not admit a mistake. My family has bought food from Cafe Asia for over 15 years as we live less than a mile away. But they are now on my "NEVER WILL I EVER" list from this day forward.
