On a hunt for the best fast food Chinese takeout place near me and this is the first spot I've tried. The flavor of the food here isn't bad except some dishes are a little salty for me(even my mom was surprised that I said it was salty). I ordered the following: General Gau's Chicken-Flavor was very good, had a nice little kick to it. The only downside to takeout was that the chicken wasn't crispy. Beef Lo Mein-Your typical tasting lomein with a good amount of beef and too much salt. Beef w/ Mixed Vegetables-Flavor was good but too salty if consumed on its own. Recommend eating with plain white rice. Unsure if it's always the same mixed vegetables but this one came with bok choy, broccoli and carrots. Singapore Rice Noodles-Def would order this dish again. Curry flavored rice noodles with shrimp and roast pork. Hot and Sour Soup-If you love black pepper then this one is for you. The black pepper taste was way too over powering for me. I prefer my hot and sour soup less peppery and a little more sour. read more

Place used to be named Mings..they changed the nam....every month we do these huge orders for 20 plus..well they changed the recipe for crab rangoon (now.it taste like cream cheese...YUCK!!!).. everyone complains cause the crab rangoon sucks compared to the old recipe... today my order was delivered with no bread. I called and the response was "we ran out." SERIOUSLY??? How bout you tell me that during the ordering process?? Or was it a F*** you..we aint driving back out to you house to give you no damn bread?? How the h*** you run out of bread with a supermarket next door and down the street? Got one of those lunch/dinner specials with pork fried rice, chicken fingers, chicken wings, and beef terriyaki. Wifey got the singapore noodles. My combo plate was bomb! All the nostalgic smells and flavorful taste I got. Singapore noodles must have some curry in it which i dont mind, but it wasnt flavorful to me. I wont order that again. I'm not going to say that this place is terrible. But it is not far from that. The other Golden Pacific in Holbrook has decent reviews, so we decided to try the new #2 out because it's so close to our home. This is a small take-out restaurant. There is no cocktail lounge as indicated on the menu (probably at the Holbrook location?). It is an open kitchen and appears to be very clean. The service was friendly and the food was ready fast. On a positive note, the food was hot and fresh and the portions were plentiful. The crab rangoons should be called "cream cheese rangoons." They had decent flavor but we're kind of gummy and greasy. The crispy orange chicken could've been crispier. The main flavor in this dish is either A1 steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce. Not orange. The sauce is overpowering and has a strong scent and totally ruined the dish. The chicken was actually decent quality though. The Mongolian beef was surprisingly tender, however, although I ordered it mild, it was still spicy. The sauce is a little slimy, which is a turn-off. Even before our takeout meal was finished, I threw out the menu. We will not be back. There are several better Chinese restaurants in Randolph. read more

All I got was 2 large white rice annnnnnd the price was the same for a meal. I paid 11$ for average rice. There was no compassion in their eyes as they looked in my Asian eyes to tell me rice is $11. A bag of rice cost on average $40-$50 and I got 2 small boxes of rice. Next time just sell me the bag I'll get my moneys worth then. You only got an extra star because the rice was cooked ...and that's about it ...other than that if you want just plain old simple white rice go somewhere else. read more

Gave them a try when they dropped off their menu with some coupons, it's already low price, and with coupon, I wouldn't feel bad even if I didn't like it. I've ordered a few items, but only a couple things that I want to point out. Beef with black pepper sauce was tasty, but they put a huge amount of sauce that covered the beef, made it looked like soup. Pork fried rice, it's under cooked, it was hard and could taste powdery when bite into the rice pieces. Shrimp fried rice was very good, unlike other places that they only put a few piece of shrimps on top, but this place they didn't skimp, there were a lot, I mean a lot of shrimps in the rice, I had this every time. Lunch & dinner rice plates special is a good deal, big portion that you can share between two people. There are about 3 tables, but I haven't seen anyone eat in. The best beef lo mein!!!! I also love their crab rangoon, fried cripy,fresh and perfectly golden everytime. Their chicken fingers are also very very good. The beef and chicken teriyaki are also worth trying. I include with every order. This is a take out restaurant with a small area to eat or wait but the quality of the food is well above your average chinese take out. The kitchen is extremly clean and very visable. Food is decent. Customer service on the other hand is horrible. I asked the delivery guy to see the receipt before I pay to confirm the correct order and he flashed it to me for all of a few seconds, very rude. So I decided not to tip him and he commented on me not tipping and got upset. I didn't ask him something unreasonable and his response was unnecessary. They need to work on their customer service skills especially the delivery driver. read more

The food is actually pretty good, I love their duck sauce. The customer service on the other hand isn't. I sometimes have them deliver, the delivery man is extremely rude. Even if you give him a tip. They need to do something about that but even when you go there to pick up the cashier is rude them selves. But overall the food is mighty tasty. read more

Overall the food here is decent for the typical American/Chinese fast food. Crab Rangoons were plump and decent taste, not too much cream cheese. Spareribs are meaty and not a lot of fat. Moo Shi was good as well. They gave tons of Hoisin sauce for the moo shi. They didn't give any duck sauce, soy sauce, fortune cookies, bread or other condiments typically given from Asian food places. Value for price overall is good. My only issue is, while their hot & sour soup is yummy, it's a little too sour for my preference, but the small is a large portion and I got more than one meal out of it. read more
