We started at a very reasonable rate about 1 year ago; which was quickly increased by hundreds of dollars. They lure you in with a low rate and then issue increases every 6 months or less. We had to hire a moving company to move all of our items to another reputable facility with proper lighting and great customer service. To make matters worse. I needed to dispose of two bags of paper and a small bookcase. I located the trash bins and the gates were "wide open" upon my arrival. I placed the bags in the dumpster and left the small bookcase outside the dumpster as it was in "good condition". Imagine my surprise when we received a very unpleasant phone call, accusing us of leaving the trash gate open and we were labeled as "dumping" and assessed a $75.00 dumping fee. These folks are hungry for money and will do anything for it. STAY AWAY!!! Choose another facility. It's not worth the headache when there are many other options.

They left my locks laying on the ground like more garbage The lights in my unit never worked and one of the units flooded, and everything was wet. There is always creepy people lurking around the lot looking for a place to sleep, etc. There are always people in the lot doing mechanical repairs to old vehicles or old appliances, etc. There is a giant pothole that you cannot avoid that is over 8 inches deep Left several messages never got a return phone call After I moved out and left a bad review. They called and wanted to know what my problem was.

Beware! My husband and I rented a large outdoor space to park our fifth wheel camper. We purchased…read moreone month ahead of time knowing that we just wanted to secure a spot. Two weeks into the second month and we were finally able to move our fifth wheel from the beach to this location. Upon arrival, there were so many vehicles parked all over the place and many, many double parked, that it we couldn't get our vehicle into our rented and paid for space!! . There was absolutely no way we could fit our unit in since they had allowed other customers to double park in one space sticking out into the common area where you would back your vehicle in to your spot. It was absolutely impossible for us to use our space. The property manager, Megan was very helpful and we managed to get out after trying for an hour to get our vehicle into the spot we had purchased. When we finally got out of the storage area we had nowhere to take our fifth wheel. We had traveled back from the beach with both our dog and our cat and they had been in the car for five hours! They completely left us in the lurch with nowhere to go! Megan understood that we would absolutely need to cancel our space since our fifth wheel would not fit. She also said that the general and/or district manager of the property was well aware that there were many vehicles parked all over and double parked, but because they paid more money, this practice was being allowed. When I asked for a refund of the whole month of November, I was told that no refund would be allowed, not even a partial refund would be given!!! This business is run terribly. The property is trashy, unkept and generally a mess and disorganized. They can't even bother to clear brush from behind each space or paint decent lines or numbers so you know where to park. This business is a disaster and I regret having dealt with them. I would absolutely go somewhere else if you can. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau! This disaster of a business needs to be reported and believe me I will do my best to make sure they know how angry we are.

DO NOT USE! Mover: Happy Wheels Moving -…read morehttps://happywheelsmoving.com/contact/ Broker: Frontier Solution Group - https://frontiermovingsolutions.com/about/ Here are the issues: 1. Did not delivered all on the same day. 60% on promised date and 40% 2 weeks later 2. The quote estimate was $3200. The final price was $6400. I could not refused the new price because I have to vacate the house I sold on that same day. 3. I still missing 4 boxes of stuff. 4. There is no way to make a claim. When asked they sent us a third party internet link to make a claim. The site would not accept our claim due to lack of information 5. The broker washed their hands after the stuff we picked up. If you don't know. All moves started with a Broker - unless you contacted a mover directly. When talking to brokers they will lie to you and say they have their own people. Most brokers do not do the move themselves and outsource to other movers.

I want to share the extremely frustrating and disappointing experience we had with Interstate…read moreMoving & Relocation Group Inc. and the broker companies they used--Happy Wheels Moving Inc., Coast to Coast Express Inc., and VNS Auto Transport Inc. Our experience with all of these companies was deeply unsatisfactory. Our first shipment, which was picked up in Charlotte, NC on July 11, 2024, was scheduled to be delivered to Blaine, WA by August 1, 2024. The second shipment was expected by August 7, 2024. However, Happy Wheels Moving Inc. mishandled both shipments, which were delivered more than a month late--on September 6 and September 17, 2024, respectively. Shockingly, our belongings were kept in storage for nearly a month, despite the fact that I never requested storage. I had intentionally split our move into two shipments because it was essential to receive the first one by August 1 to help us settle into our new home. That plan was completely disrupted by the delays. To make matters worse, our personal items were packed with complete disregard for care or quality. I have photos that show the condition of our belongings upon arrival--damaged lampshades, a mattress folded in half (yes, folded), and an electric bike delivered with a jammed front wheel. We had to spend $272 to get the bike fixed at a local store. The bike technician confirmed that it was due to poor handling during the move--another out-of-pocket cost for us. I submitted a damage and loss claim totaling $935.57, which included missing items and extensive damage. Interstate informed me that Happy Wheels is responsible for the delivery and any related compensation. While I was told by a manager in August that I'd be eligible for compensation (at $30 per day for delayed delivery), they now claim that since I received $109.36 for damages, I'm not entitled to anything further. They also dismissed my claim about a missing art supply shelf, saying I should have reported it at the time of delivery. However, industry protocol allows several months to report damage or missing items, as long as it's within 9 months--so their reasoning is unacceptable. Several emails have been sent to Interstate and Happy Wheels requesting for compensation for the delayed delivery. Despite repeated follow-ups, Happy Wheels has yet to respond. All of this caused significant stress for me and my family--not only due to the long delays but also the lack of care, accountability, and communication from the companies involved. I firmly believe that Interstate Moving & Relocation Group Inc. should be held fully responsible. I contracted with them directly, and they chose the brokers. They must take accountability for their partners' failures and ensure customers receive the service they were promised. I hope this matter is taken seriously. I am requesting proper compensation for the delivery delays, damages, missing items, and the undue stress caused by this move. No one else should have to go through such an ordeal.
