The movers started a job without a contract, proceeded to move 2 bedrooms very slowly in order to run up time (as this job was by the hour). I noticed that they were taking advantage of my children and stepped in. Then the movers left the house without informing us. They refused to unload the truck at the destination until my children paid them $500. They placed all the bedroom furniture in the living room and refused to transport to the proper areas. They did not reassemble the furniture and handed over the screws in their hand. We called the police and they weren't any help either. The police actually transported the furniture up the stairs themselves, so that the movers could leave. The entire ordeal wad devastating! I would not recommend this company. They are very unprofessional.

Now we are needing storage again, to include parking. This is the cleanest place EVER and the staff are warm and friendly and know how to listen to what the customer needs. It's not a chain storage facility at all. The manager keeps the facility very clean. Even the restrooms are so nice and clean.It is a gated property which makes us feel safe storing there. Local is the best. No thanks to the bug infested and non present staff at other big box facilities.

Within approximately two months, my monthly storage rate increased from $140 to $200, which was a significant and unexpected increase. I was also repeatedly encouraged to leave a review and was told that, as a favor, a fee for one month would be waived in connection with providing a review. Given the timing of the rate increase and the continued pressure to submit a review, the entire experience left me very uncomfortable. The facility itself is clean and well maintained, but the tactics used to obtain customer reviews felt excessive and unprofessional. Customers should be able to leave feedback voluntarily without repeated phone calls, pressure, or feeling as though their rates or fees could somehow be connected to whether they provide a review. Unfortunately, what started as an acceptable experience ended on a very disappointing note.
