I finally got a call back once the month began and was told I had to pay for the month as I didn't cancel before the month started. Still haven't heard back from them but they also have continued to try to bill me after I've communicated I want it canceled. Replace the property manager with someone of integrity and morals. Over all storage unit was ok, billing went up from $65 to 118 a month.

Then before the year ended they increased it another 25%. I called and they said the adjustments were just to keep up with a changing markets and supply and demand. But, if you go online the unit is still listed at the original price I rented it for without any discounts. In fact with the discount I could rent it now for 310% cheaper than what they are currently charging me for it. Make it make sense!!!
