From the first transaction (assigning me a parking space instead of a storage space) to the last transaction (raising my rate more than 35% just because) has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a vendor. Yes, some of the local folks (when they were at the facility) were helpful, but the company in general is a disaster to deal with! From extra insurance, to who's lock you use, and the list goes on. Not to mention, not the cleanest or tightest storage unit in the world! If you are looking for public storage, look elsewhere! read more

I will never rent from Public Storage again. My rate was raised significantly. My contract was for $169 and it was raised to $245. I realize the contract says that it can be raised but I wasn't expecting this large of an increase. The local customer service representatives are extremely rude. I wish I could afford to move my things out but I am kind of stuck because my new house isn't ready. I have everything I own in 2 units at this location and paying $420 for both units. They advertise great rates but buyer beware - you won't be paying that great rate for long. read more

My experience in this company was the worst, at the beginning they told me that the second month would be free, it was never like that, the space they gave me had mold, they told me they were going to fix it, that never happened; in 1 year the price went up 3 times , I started paying $332 and ended up with $542 I definitely don't recommend this company. read more

Rates keep increasing, with no new value added. My unit started at $102 two years ago, and has now increased to $180. In addition, they refuse to waive late fees when their autopay decided not to deduct properly. read more

Randy and Crystal are amazing!! I initially reserved a unit online and when I went in to look at the one that I reserved, it wasn't going to work for what I needed. Crystal offered to put me on a waiting list for a unit that would best suit my needs and while a little hesitant, I agreed. Within a few days, Randy followed up with me just to confirm what I needed and almost the next day he called me back and had an available unit for me!! When our home purchase was delayed we needed a solution and quick, as the cross country movers were on their way here. The driver with the cross country firm was the one who suggested Public Storage and we are glad he did! We called the closest one to our new address and they told us about their first month one dollar deal which was a prayer being answered! Then we found out they didn't have a unit big enough. Instead of just hanging up and saying "good luck", they called nearby locations until they found a unit large enough to hold our entire house. And yes we DID receive the $1.00 even for a 10x30.
