This was our first time using a moving company so we were very intentional with who we chose as we…read moredidn't want anything to go missing or broken. We did a ton of research and decided on Reign as it was more expensive than other options so we figured would be higher quality. They also had all 5 star reviews so we figured it would be the best. We are now wondering why this is. They are definitely more expensive. They charge more per hour and they also charge a $350 'truck fee' that no one else charges from quotes we got. We were charged over $1700 for 5 hours. What we liked- - It was easy to schedule and they had our date available a few weeks out. They offered to set up a FaceTime to look at our items and make sure they sent out the appropriate number of trucks. - They gave us an hour window of when they would show up, and an update the morning of so we knew when to expect them. - They were nice and made sure they knew exactly what we wanted. We did one last walk through of the old place before we left. They made sure we were happy before they left the new place. We had 3 movers who were kind and seemed trustworthy. - They listened to the writing on the boxes of where to put the boxes in the new house and if it didn't have writing, they put it in the equivalent room in the new house of where they found it in the old house. - They were careful with our things and were able to unassemble and reassemble our pieces. They also wrapped up the furniture items with blankets to preserve them. - They worked quick and efficiently Why we aren't giving them 5 stars: - they stopped at the gas station between the old house and new house and arrived at the new house 30 minutes after us when we were right behind them the whole way up until the gas station. They did ask us if they could stop to get snacks but I didn't realize it would take this long and they did not deduct this from the time they billed us for. - They asked us if we wanted mattress bags for $15 each. I said yes as I figured this would be something we could keep and save for future moves. They did not leave us the bags. So we paid $30 to basically 'rent' 2 bags which I feel we should have been able to keep or not be charged for. Next time I will buy the $15 ones off Amazon that I can keep. - They took a shelf out of our entertainment stand. In the move the nails/pegs fell out. These are specialty nails to hold the shelf in. Now we are unable to use the shelf, and the piece sags without the shelf in. We have since gotten rid of it and gotten a new one. - The top of our desk will not fit properly on when this was never previously an issue and we ultimately can't fix it and will need to get a new one. - They were about to leave and I noticed something was missing so I asked about it and they had to go back on the truck to get it. If I didn't ask, they would've left with it still in the truck. - They did not deliver 2 small decorative pieces of ours that were the last items on the truck- not packed in a box. Which not a huge deal but I noticed shortly after they left, contacted the company, and they were not able to find them. We are completely unpacked and I know these things are not at either of our houses. ** which they did reimburse us for these things which we are thankful for!! Also customer service was very helpful at first when we were trying to find these items and discuss reimbursement, but then it was pretty hard to get ahold of them to confirm our reimbursement agreement and get them paid. It felt like I was tracking them down just to get our reimbursement approved and get them paid. We will likely use a different company next time we move.

The driver Hector, and his crew including Savon, AD, and Bogt (sp?), were pleasant, respectful and hard working. They lovingly wrapped each piece of furniture, careful to take apart recliners and leather sofa backs, wrap them in pads and plastic and gently load them on the truck. They were efficient and worked well together, each man with his own task, but working together as needed. They were respectful of our belongings and handled them with care. At both houses, they covered the hardwood floors with roll out pads and even used them to protect the stairs. They moved everything I asked them to, double checking at the end to make sure I was satisfied and they didn't miss anything. I highly recommend this company and the crew and will be using them again in the future.

The service I received was unprofessional and resulted in significant damage to my property due to the negligence and lack of experience demonstrated by the three-person crew. Despite a short five-minute drive between locations, the moving truck took 30 minutes to arrive. Upon inspecting my belongings, I discovered that my items had not been properly padded or secured during transport. Specifically, the dining room table base has substantial holes on two sides. Additionally, a wood sofa table fell apart during the move. It appeared that an unsuccessful and undisclosed attempt was made to repair the table before I saw it, which I find purposefully deceitful. The crew failed to disclose any of this damage until I pointed it out myself. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the crew attempted to take the 65-inch TV box, for which I specifically paid $125.00. In other words; I could see the product very clearly along with the pricing , but I couldn't touch it! I love going into ABC stores a lot! Touching the various liquor bottles and looking at their labels is an enjoyable thing for me. I'm guessing that a glass partition eliminates shoplifting about 100%, but I like to handle the bottles! I would like to specifically call out Travis. I spoke with a representative around 9 pm who was trying to coordinate my move mentioning that the rate was $182 for the first hour and then the incurrent cost kicks in for every 15 mins. Mind you I was moving a small-medium sized couch within a 10 min distance. The bill came out $390. Why? Because I was charged for a distance fee. This was not mentioned by the consultant and no documentation was provided with the addition distance fee. When distance fee was mentioned i was shocked that they charge me $182 for moving a couch 10 min away - no the distance fee is for the company to get to the location. Had I been aware I would have cancelled the reservation because the move cost me more than the couch. AGAIN AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I should've read more reviews on this company because it seems like this is a common problem. The sells team is not upfront about all the cost, there is no documentation provided until the delivery team arrives, the coordinators are not speaking with each other. I want to specifically call out Travis (and if I could remember the sales lady I would call her out here) for putting the additional expense on me. At that point, I could have purchased a new couch what the money they scammed me.
