These folks have moved me (it use to be us) many times. I am not subjective just because I went to the same college with one of the owners either. Not only are their employees professional, but they are courteous, know their business and as I mentioned, actual employees of the company. My last move was shortly after my husband suddenly passed away. I was not in good form. Tom and Todd, took good care of me in planning everything. Their folks were very patient with me that day when I was not sure what I really needed to be doing. Thank goodness they knew. Several years later, here I am again beginning a new chapter of my life. TNT are the absolute best movers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Every step of the way, they were kind and courteous and went out of their way to make sure I understood their specific process so that our move could be as efficient and cost effective as possible. They charge by the hour, plus a truck fee, and while I was worried that could add up if it ended up taking longer than anticipated, Todd estimated it would take six hours and it took exactly that. We used TNT for a local move a few years ago and they did such a great job that we decided to use them to pack our moving truck for an out of state move. When we received our trailer we realized that they did not do a very good job of wrapping/loading and a bunch of our stuff was damaged and broken. We rented a ton of moving blankets so this wouldn't happen and they didn't end up using over half of them, and we saw the result of that. Would not recommend them to load for a long distance move, we were very disappointed. read more

I heart Todd and Tommy. They are the T and the T in TnT moving systems. I've used this company for four different moves. The last move was quite possibly the best experience EVER. They go the extra mile, they do not exceed their quotes. I was moving my things from storage in Charlotte to my new place in DC. I didn't even make it to meet them in Charlotte. My mother met them and they managed to get everything into the size truck I had rented and even went the extra mile by wrapping a lot of my furniture for the move that hadn't been properly wrapped. We weren't moving far. Huntersville to Mooresville. But it was a big job, having been in the house 20 years with a basement and walk up attic. Too many easy to just put things areas! And the move was unexpected and quick!They showed up on time, very polite tho it was early. All wore masks. We had 5 guys, 2 trucks. They worked so hard, never complained about some of the big and heavy pieces. (6' tall gun safe!) They were personable, polite, professional, clean! Cannot express how pleased we were. Of all the moving companies I have called to do a simple office job of moving filing cabinets, these guys were very accommodating and super nice and mostly very very reasonable while other places were quoting me insane prices. Moving is one of my least favorite things to do and I've been burned in the past with other moving companies. I entered into my move this past weekend hesitant, but I quickly had a change of attitude after meeting the crew from T-N-T Moving Systems. Joe, Josh, and Ken did a local Charlotte move for me last weekend and it was FLAWLESS! They demonstrated professionalism, were courteous, very friendly, and extremely efficient. I felt like the were very respectful of my time (service is billed by the hour) while at the same time not rushing through packing so my belongings would be secure in the truck. Do yourself a favor and hire T-N-T Moving for your next move! The rates were very competitive and there were absolutely NO HIDDEN FEES for the move. Professional and a perfect move, could not ask for more. I have moved a lot with my company (who pays for relo) and this move was up to me and on my dime. Tony went above and beyond for me. I was slated to close at 9 am. Didn't close until 4pm. He made all he necessary arrangements. Had 4 guys plus himself to get me moved in. Went all the way to Salisbury and back to Charlotte to get me taken care of. Recommended we get an extra guy to guarantee finishing that night. By 12 we were finished and it was a 10x30 storage unit completely full to the top. Not the most professional staff but everyone worked hard and asked where I wanted each item. Did I mention it rained the entire time. Movers were careful to watch their feet while still working quickly. I would have left 5 stars but I found a end table with very slight damage idk if I did it moving it previously or not. Paid $300 to move a spinet piano that I bought for $200. They broke the slate stairs at the sellers house and refused to accept responsibility. The stair replacement cost me and additional $300. Total bunch of jerks. read more

I have never worked with such an unprofessional company. Ten minutes prior to the scheduled move, literally 10 minutes, they emailed the following: "Our moving team will be unable to complete the job today. Sorry for the inconvenience." They offered no explanation, no option for reimbursement, and made no attempts to reschedule. Not only had they already been paid but I had taken off of work to make time for the move. I had even called on three days before and had received a confirmation. Since their cancellation they have not answered their phone a single time or responded to an email. Please save yourselves time and money and steer clear of TNT Movers. Two thumbs way down. read more

We choose this company based on their great reviews. I just wish we had the same experience as everyone else seemed to have. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. However, they were not careful with our things. They don't wrap the furniture until it's on the truck, which would be fine except that they banged up the furniture on the way out. One of the movers tried to take our dining room table out of the door, and when it wouldn't fit he continued to keep banging it against the door frame like it was going to somehow fit through the door. Several of our things received scratches, one being a large scratch on our leather sofa, and a leg of an antique table was broken off. They did not explain the insurance info to me and just said sign here (my fault for not looking more into the insurance options). So they offered us a refund of $100 for the broken table leg and other damages, but it wasn't nearly enough. We were told it was a large refund considering the insurance we had purchased. I would not recommend them. Also, not that big of deal, but I did not receive a follow-up call the day before to confirm the move for the next day, as I have had with most other movers.It had been weeks since I booked the move, and no contact from then until they showed up the morning of the move. read more
