So glad I found these movers! They were on time and affordable! Their quality of work was great. Very organized. I watched them pack my items and buckle them down so they would not shift in transit. They even wrapped broken boxes! Great company! read more

This was my 3rd or 4th time using this company and they did a great job and worked really fast. They had a couple new guys work g, I guess because one of them I saw drop 4 boxes of my things off a dolly and I heard glass items actually break. He apologized but it was kinda stressful knowing things had broken. They also broke my desk I use for work, I was told to reach out to the company about fixing it. Overall, I do like the company but this was my least favorite experience with them so far. read more

I planned my two weeks in advance since I had a lot of moving parts going on and wanted to make sure I could at least check something off my list. From the time I requested a quote to my initial inventory list of what needed to be moved, the Move and Go team were responsive and clear on what to expect. I received a confirmation email days leading up to my move and the day before. I also received a call from Antwuan to ask if my scheduled time could be moved back a little the day before, which I was totally fine with because it was enough notice. Kudos to them on communication. On the day of the move, I received a call within the agreed time frame and the three gentlemen arrived to see the layout, go over what would be moved and allow me to sign the necessary docs electronically (all within 20-30 mins). I was originally quoted to have 4 movers but only had 3 so the final hourly rate was adjusted down automatically (yay! for savings). All of them wore mask and were extremely efficient and very careful with my items. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for this team. I will gladly use them again in the future read more

The gentleman that moved my mother's furniture from her apartment to my garage were awesome, professional, and worked quickly but efficiently. The pricing is so much less than other movers around our area which is gaston county near Charlotte. I would recommend them to anyone that needed a good moving service. Thank you guys! read more

I hired Move and Go to help unload a 27' trailer and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they performed the task. I have a new home and they didn't ding any walls or damage any home furnishings. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quick reliable movers. read more

They crushed it. Easy, and communicated throughout the whole process. They were even flexible with my shippers were running late. Everyone was polite and made sure not to scratch the furniture/floors etc. they really went above and beyond. I would recommend them, and will absolutely use them again in the future. read more

BEWARE!! Do not use Move & Go. Not new to the Charlotte area. Nightmare, Horrendous Experience, irreparable damages. Move & Go vanished a few years ago. Do not ever review any company when requested, prior to completion a job. read more

We had just moved across the country and immediately needed storage to free up space in our temporary housing but it was more than we could do on our own. The first place I tried couldn't be here for 10 days so I called Move and Go because they had the best reviews. They charged hundreds less and were available in less than half the time. Oshane and Cameron showed up and were on time, professional, friendly, and competent. They were plenty fast yet at a calculated pace that protected our belongings. They never stopped working and never complained once. I asked them to help me move a couple of things that weren't even a part of this move and they didn't blink - they just said, "sure" and a couple of minutes later it was done. These guys are 10 out of 10. Well be moving out of temporary housing before long and they did such a superb job we'll definitely call Move and Go again. Also, we're a part of a new factory being built in Concord we'll be recommending them to the other people moving into town. read more

Moving is always tough. I booked Move and go to help me move my 1 bedroom apartment to a townhome. I reserved a 1 o'clock spot on Saturday 1 month in advance. What I didn't know was they booked 2 more moves beforehand, so they showed up to start 4.5 hours late, at 6pm while there's an FC game happening in uptown (would not recommend & why I didnt schedule it at that time). They called me to apologize but promised a 3rd mover would be coming to expedite the process. Which meant we would finish faster, awesome. They arrived with only 2 movers, a 3rd mover didn't show up until around 9:30 pm when we started unloading at the new place. During the move, my desk was broken and put a hole in the wall with my couch. They didn't finish moving until 11:30 PM. So $735 dollars later with a discount (not including $$$ tip), none of my furniture was re-assembled at my new home, my desk is broken and I spent the next day assembling & filing a claim for the hole that's now in my wall. It's not these guys faults they were late, there shouldn't have been 3 moves scheduled in 1 Saturday and they never would've arrived 4.5 hours late. I felt horrible these guys were moving me until almost midnight on a Saturday. It's been a month since filming my claim, I haven't heard anything back. So I hope I can get reimbursed to buy a new desk and the hole in the wall fixed, but so far it's still there. read more

Worst moving experience I have ever had. 1 BR, 1 BTH apartment. No living room furniture, no bedroom furniture, only a bed and night stand. Bed was disassembled as well as kitchen table. Moved my husband's clothes but none of mine. They did not move all fully packed and sealed boxes either. We still had to go move items. During the move of our washer and dryer they ripped the flooring. Movers did not mention that they caused any damage. I found out because my daughter went by there to take them a Gatorade. She saw the damage and sent me the pictures. After all that, my bill was nearly $600! This much for no more stuff than they moved and we still had to go back ad move more ourselves. This moving company is a rip off! read more

I purchased insurance for my move. I had damaged furniture. Four months later, I'm still trying to collect from this company for the damage. They've actually tried to send someone to my house to repair my furniture!! I told them that they are a moving company not a furniture repair company. And,that I purchased insurance for such incidents. I have yet to receive compensation!!!! They are not trustworthy!! read more

This company was very unprofessional. The movers left parts behind to our bed. They promised to put it together and left and never returned. They also scratched up our bed and left multiple marks on the walls. We reached out to the owner and he was extremely defensive and rude. I would never recommend nor do business with them EVER! read more

We used Move and Go twice and both times the crews have been led by a very experienced mover. They were very fast and wasted no time. No one was surfing their phones, taking a cigarette break, or loitering around which is whit I had experienced with other local movers. I picked them because of the reviews online and I definitely was not disappointed. read more

So happy I found Move And Go! Hands down the best, easiest, clearest moving experience ever. The front desk staff were so efficient, kind, and clear. I was given a fee that beat every other place I checked. Before the moving day, they sent me reminders and confirmations. And since my stuff increased between the estimate and the actual moving day, I needed to consult with them. They communicated closely with me through their portal, texts, and phone calls, and accommodated my changes very kindly and professionally. The moving day was the easiest for me. Dominique and Ben did a wonderful job even with the complications in my building. They were so careful with my stuff (much more than I would be) and I really appreciated the neat and swift process. I will be their loyal customer from now on and use them exclusively for any move I have within NC. read more

Now I know why Move And Go has such great reviews. They just moved me 50 miles from house to house and I couldn't have had a better experience. Everything was perfect from my first contact with them to the final goodbye. Phone communications - 5 stars. Pre-move notifications - 5 stars. Handling of my possessions - 5 stars. They wrapped and handled all my belongings better than I would have myself. The entire moving team was great - 5 stars. Twan, Leon, Gio, Rell were all hard working and very friendly. Great experience with Move And Go. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

I would like to first say thank you to Move and Go for assisting me during my move out of state. This was my first time hiring a professional moving service and I am happy with my choice to get assistance. They provided boxes, assisted me with packing and made my move stress free. When I contacted the company they were understanding of my needs to move in such a short time. I was a bit concerned due to not being able to pack fast enough so for them to provide that service was a highlight to my move. After submitting my quote request to Move and Go they sent out movers who were very friendly and punctual. Every request I made was granted, even though it required an extra stop and was more difficult, they made it happen. They put furniture where I asked, put my beds back together and moved my vintage piano safely. When booking them I was cautious about having others in my home of items I hold close to me for so many years. I trust Move and Go and I'd use again in a heartbeat! This company is reliable, trusted and I can see that teamwork is one of their core values. Everything arrived safely with nothing broken. I am so happy! Thank you read more

Great experience start to finish. Nice website to help plan your move. Good value, fast & friendly service.

Short version: if you're looking for a moving company, stop looking now and hire Move And Go. In the last 4 years I have now completed 4 moves--two cross-country, two in-town (mostly for career reasons). Of all the moving companies I've worked with absolutely no one has compared to Move And Go--they were the absolute best and it isn't even close. From the very start of the process to the end everything was as good as it possibly could have been. The communication was outstanding, from start to finish. The price was reasonable and pricing was transparent and easy to understand. The day of the move they showed up precisely on time, and it only got better from there. All three movers were friendly, efficient, and hard working. Absolutely top-notch customer service. We had a couple hiccups with scheduling (nothing to do with Move And Go, the issues had to do with closing timelines, etc) and they were unbelievably accommodating about everything. I would hire them again for another move with absolutely no reservations whatsoever. I strongly suggest you do the same! read more

Moved my family twice! Great team of people! Excellent customer service. Will use them for all my moves. read more

I had a fairly simple move with the amount of stuff I had but was going a longer distance so many of the other companies I got a quote from were at least double the flat rate that Move and Go gave me. I was able to secure them both over the phone and online, and they called me the day before to verify. The today of the move, Josh and Jonathan were very quick and friendly. Overall I am happy with the service and again with their pricing. read more

Just inquiring, and she asked for every item for each room! Waste of time, can't even give how much is the average rate!

Called on the eay over, arrived on time and moved everything efficiently. I am very please with this moving company.

Had to go help my SIL finish moving considering your movers didn't do their job. Sealed boxes were left in the old apartment, and whole closets of clothes were not moved. They even ripped the flooring in the laundry room. I would never recommend this company--ridiculous pricing for such horrid work. read more

Move and Go definitely met my expectations! The crew was responsive, fast and reliable! I really appreciated how well they wrapped our belongings as the company we used before had not done that. Although, i did experience sevrr we so wall scratches, they were understandable due to the layout in my home going ho the stairs. I would definitely use Move and Go again and recommend them to anyone else in the need of trustworthy and efficient movers!!! Thanks guys read more

The moving company sent on day of move (2) movers instead of the (3) promised, immediately the driver, Terrell, wanted me to sign off, on the time, which was before the scheduled time and without all movers present. He was very rude, when informing me that the maximum estimate I received, that was based on 6 hrs and 45 mins, was not valid. He was on his phone, not working, as my time had begun and when I said to his , "time is money, and you're wasting mine." He became unhinged and said, he would not move me. Getting another mover, was not hard to do, as there was no where for me to go, at that point, but up! I would like for everyone to be aware, of what I experienced ,as the picture portrayed on Move and Go's website, is at best deceptive, as was their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency. Just to be clear, this took place by local movers in Concord, NC read more

they are the worst company you can call & I called them to move me & when I say they broke all my stuff very unprofessional alot of my stuff was missing call the police instead dont hire these criminals pictures not even real read more

I could not be happier with Move and Go. I was given a fast quote and a quick scheduling date. When Prescott and team arrived, they were on time and ready to go. We reviewed the moving plan and they got to work. They took care to properly wrap everything and stage it on the truck for fast unloading. When we hit a snag at the delivery location (no fault of theirs), the team went above and beyond to get everything moved inside carefully and quickly. I've moved a lot, both short distances and across the country, and I mean it when I say nobody's done it better and few were as good. Thank you so much for a professional and stress-free moving experience! read more

Easiest move ever! The guys were polite and professional, arrived on time, and got right to work. They wrapped all the furniture with great care and loaded the truck quickly. They will not send out the right amount of movers that you ask for so they will push your move back until they have enough help or just send out what they have and still charge you for the additional help that you don't have!! My movers were absolutely amazing! They were prompt and so respectful of my things during my short move. They worked well around my roommates things and made sure to communicate with me to make sure I was comfortable. A stressful day was made so much easier thanks to them! read more

I would recommend Move and Go if you are looking for help with a local move and want to support small businesses. I only needed my furniture moved since I would be moving my boxes and smaller items. They were accommodating with my requests and the movers were very efficient and hard-working. There was a little misunderstanding between the price quoted on the telephone and the actual price on moving day (be sure to ask for a quote e-mailed that same day and review it). However, the owner Oshane was professional and reached out to me regarding this matter, and helped to resolve the issue, which I was pleased with. I would use Move and Go again if I needed a moving service. read more

Please call me asap I've got to move right away a. Will Sims 980-307-3229. Please help me.

Do not use these people! I booked a move a month in advance. The movers were supposed to come between 1 and 3. At 2:00, they called, and cancelled. I asked if they could come the next day, which was Sunday. The guy said that they were closed, but he would check and call me back. I called the main number to see if I could speak with someone higher in the food chain. The same guy answered, and was belligerent that I had called, because "stuff happens." He said he had given my name to a company who works on Sundays, and they would call me. No one did. read more

Absolutely awful. Damaged thousands of dollars of furniture, with no resolve. Warning... please stay away.

These gentlemen came prompt and boy oh boy do they wrap up your things correctly. I've dealt with lots of mover and these were the best I've had. They wrapped and loaded quickly and safely. They delivered very quickly. Unloaded and set up quick. Very nice people that know how to move things. The price was over a thousand less than some other movers. That and the reviews is why I went with them. read more

The team showed up ready to go. Friendly & professional. I didn't realize how much stuff I had in storage therefore needing more help. They were seamless in the efforts to contact more help. Wow, wow, WOW!!! The movers just delivered my items to storage a few minutes ago and I could not hop on here fast enough to review!
