Absolutely fantastic. We've moved probably 8 times in the past 10 years, and we are generally satisfied enough by our movers, as they've all been pretty decent, with few exceptions. JB Movers, however, surprised me. I've never really felt like I had exceptional moving service before now, but also never felt like that was a problem. Now that I know, though... The guys at JB Movers took exceptionally great care of our stuff. Somewhat easy, since we don't have a ton - but important. Great attention to detail - they noticed there was a piece missing from one of the beds, from the last time we moved, which we happened to have laying in a drawer. They were extremely friendly, moved their butts off to get done as quickly as they could, and listened extremely well. At the end of the day, all of our stuff made it, there was absolutely no damage, our furniture was left in better shape than when they picked it up (see the bit about the bed with a missing piece), and it was actually the least expensive move we have had in years. Moving is stressful - hire these guys, and add less stress to the equation than you needed to! read more

Awesome again!! We have used JB Movers numerous times over the last 5 years. I cannot say enough about each team that is sent out to assist. It will either be John, Chad, I think we even saw Jack, the owner, one time. Everyone is always very polite and courteous. And also very careful with your items being moved. Whoever is leading the team does a great job of keeping things organized and moving at a good pace. They are always cognizant of your time, but also take care of themselves hydrating and taking the necessary breaks they need and deserve. John was in charge of our last move which involved my 92 year Mother. He was so sweet making sure her chair was the last item on the truck and the first item off the truck! John is retiring from the moving business at the end of August, so you missed your chance to work with him. I know he will be missed. I personally called Jack to let him know how his team did. Bravo to Jack Bruce and all of his team! We made multiple moves over several months while down-sizing from a 5,000 FT2 house to a newly-built 3,200 FT2 house, into and out of three storage units, full house move, and assistance with staging moves. These were big, complicated moves. Jack's team was always on time, always professional, and always careful. Most notably, they always behaved like a team, working together and looking out for each other. They always organized the loading sequence to optimize space and safety on the truck. They had to disassemble and reassemble large wall unit systems, large pit groups, several beds, a refrigerator, a stand-up freezer, and in each case they took great care to collect and protect all of the various nuts and bolts that would be needed for reassembly. They willingly relocated furniture pieces until we were happy, and they were always looking for ways to be helpful throughout the whole process. I am a Senior with limitations and needed the movers to realize that I totally depended on them to handle my belongings respectfully....they showed such respect in the way they wrapped everything in blankets, were careful with moving fine furniture, and so very kind to assist me when I needed their assistance.....the kindness shown me was invaluable to me and helped me with an otherwise stressful move to be at peace with their ability as movers! I have nothing but good things to say about these guys They are 100% awesome. On February 5th I hired some yahoo company Queen City Movers located in charlotte to move me. They showed up 1 guy with his pant sagging so much I was in shock. They started the move then they realized that they couldn't do it and stopped. My sister called JB Movers and they were on the way! They knew I only had a certain amount of money to pay them but they were still on the way to help me out! They are absolutely the best! Honest and hard working men. Very pleased with JB Movers!! Spoke with owner Jack Bruce who came out and gave me an estimate. He was very nice and professional, however, in the past I haven't had very good moving experiences so I was pretty skeptical. Fortunately his crew was everything he said they would be! They took such good care of my belongings, padded up items I was specifically worried about, and worked efficiently to help keep me on schedule. Spoke with Jack directly (on referral) and he was very responsive in setting up exactly the move(s) we needed to change residences here in Charlotte. We ended up using his services for four (4) separate moves since we had to use both a storage facility and a temporary Apartment to handle two separate house closings. His estimates were both reasonable and accurate, and his crews were dependable and extremely careful with our furniture. I especially liked the fact that they were perfectly honest about being "on the clock" and that they were very efficient during the moves. JB Movers has moved my family and me three times. Each experience has been very positive. The movers are all really courteous, extremely efficient, and I've never had anything broken, chipped, or dropped. Today they moved things out of our house, dropped some at a storage unit, and then moved the rest into an apartment. I requested a move from a 2 story duplex (older home tight turns & steep stairs) to a townhome. Called Jack and scheduled-John & JR showed up on time and professionally, efficiently moved furniture & boxes in record time! We made a stop to pick up additional furniture before the townhome. Again John & JR moved everything with the same care-this time using floor coverings due to newly refinished wood flooring. The first thing I tell friends about our recent move has been how great the movers were! They arrived a few minutes early ready to start the day - one stop to a storage unit for some of our furnishings, and another stop to the townhouse we were moving in to. Worst movers ever they will steal from you and they are all drug heads!!!! Do not use them youre better off useing another company. You could use them if you wont youre things stollen... A group of men came out to move me from charlotte to ATL and one of tje guys name was Bobby he was very rued smoking what i belive was weed in the truck.
