We started at a very reasonable rate about 1 year ago; which was quickly increased by hundreds of dollars. They lure you in with a low rate and then issue increases every 6 months or less. We had to hire a moving company to move all of our items to another reputable facility with proper lighting and great customer service. To make matters worse. I needed to dispose of two bags of paper and a small bookcase. I located the trash bins and the gates were "wide open" upon my arrival. I placed the bags in the dumpster and left the small bookcase outside the dumpster as it was in "good condition". Imagine my surprise when we received a very unpleasant phone call, accusing us of leaving the trash gate open and we were labeled as "dumping" and assessed a $75.00 dumping fee. These folks are hungry for money and will do anything for it. STAY AWAY!!! Choose another facility. It's not worth the headache when there are many other options.

Explaining that everything was as I'd bought it (you can tell when a box is used, come on now) he replied "how can I sell that?" The exchange was so argumentative and off-putting. Ok, I suppose it's more difficult to sell returned boxes (??) but that's the policy and it was not adhered to. They raised the price but can't maintain the facility. You can never get anyone on the phone unless you owe them money. People are always complaining about the lack of carts. The entry is disgusting. My things were put up for auction due to lack of payment and they changed the locks (understandably). Once the balance was paid and I went to move my things I realized the locks had been changed I was never given a new set of keys and when I called them about it and left several messages I never received a return call. I traveled over 500 miles to get my things was told someone wouldn't be able to meet me until the next day after having called for 3 days (to leave a message with the property manager) I ended up having to pay a locksmith out of pocket and realized someone had been watching me move on the cameras because the sent me a move out receipt when I never confirmed my move out. So you can watch me but you can't come open the door. You don't know what someone's situation is and what they may be putting in storage. Whether it's memories or they had to move from a home they loved unexpectedly or just overflow. I just wish people were more kind and this place lacks basic customer service and I would never EVER put anything I cared about here ever again.

The process is also simple. Download the app, and find a locker. Drop your clothes in the locker and either choose that locker on the app or text a #. They will come and pick your laundry up and bring it back within two days. You will receive a text that your clothes are ready to be picked up and which locker # with a pin. As a result of this move: My kitchen table is unusable My son's dresser is damaged beyond use My home, which I am currently preparing to sell, now requires repairs due to wall damage I had to hire an additional moving service to move items your crew refused to move due to lack of proper equipment. To repair and replace the damaged items with something of comparable quality it will cost me almost $4,600. They only offered me $830, yes you see that correctly, $830 for all of the items damaged.
