They have a computerized gate accessed by personal code both upon entering and leaving the facility in addition to cameras; this makes me feel safe that my property is secure. What ever you do - don't rent from this company period. In a day, where people are utilizing…read morestorage units - it is the astronomical price increases that get me. You're not going to be told that when you are captivated by the $1 first month. I have a large storage unit and I kid you not we have gone from a $1 to $225 and I want to say I put my belongings in this unit-around the first of the year. It increased after 3 months and then every month thereafter. Who can afford that. I am absolutely going to roll my sleeves up and get that unit vacated and close out this account. If you can afford it then hey, good for you. But, the mere fact, I've requested several times could the rate be lowered and or stabilized and the answer always came back NO! And then they have the nerve to blow up your email asking you to complete a survey and give them a review. Absolutely I'll be glad to! A review that will warn other shoppers. Who can afford giving them a car note. I have never in my life even had a storage unit until I downsized. But the lesson is sell it give it away if you don't want to store it and pay for your belongings over and over again each month. It is highway robbery.
