I do wish I had ordered my items "to go" because it took awhile to find a spot to sit. I wouldn't say it was busy but there was a lot of people studying and working at this location so almost all tables were occupied by the same people the entire time I was there. I do like that you can get your coffee in a mug but I wanted to leave after I realized I'd have to wait for a table to free up. I won't tip next time unless I actually receive good customer service, assuming I decide to come back. Without the quality of the food, this rating would have been even lower because of the price and the service I experienced this morning. If I had been helped by someone with a friendlier attitude, it would have made a big difference. With better customer service, I'd say the current 3.8-star overall rating is fair.
