    Nice cafe next to Saratoga park. There is plenty of seating in and outside. They serve completely unique coffees. What I really enjoy are their breads, all freshly hand made and freshly baked on site. Today I tied their pastrami sandwich, and pistachio latte. There's plenty to choose from. Another thing of note, the staff is efficient and very diverse, a welcoming vibe.

    food- the croissant was good! I wished they were serving lunch when I was there- I really wanted to try their food, so I'll go back soon. coffee- delicious! and just the cutest cup. It made me want to take it home to junk journal. it was such a solid latte and a good caffeine boost. staff- SO KIND. everyone was so helpful and friendly. vibe- delightful. I brought my laptop and worked for maybe 2 hours, and everyone around me was kind, I was working at a table with like 4 other strangers and it was great. I want to be back and support this place.

    I love the exterior and interior design of this bakery. The seating was good, and I saw a few people working comfortably on their laptops. The iced coffee and the blueberry muffin were delicious. I went back recently when the owner announced their new brownie. It's RICH. If you love chocolate, it's for you. I'll be back to try the other pastries.

    The sourdough bread was hot out of the oven [they bake it right behind the counter], soft on the inside, just right on the outside, and reasonably priced. The matcha iced tea (with a touch of honey) was delicious and refreshing. And the staff were super friendly. You can sit outside or inside (see photos). The atmosphere is casual and has a neighborhoody-feel. Chef Tony, who runs the place, seems to really care about making customers happy and serving the community.

    Very cute cafe with great coffee, pastries and bread (vegan options too), service, and both indoor and outdoor seating. My running club ended our run here and they were very accommodating of our large group. Someone accidentally dropped their pastry and one of the staff members instantly gave her a new one! They were very kind to us. And love that they have a pay-what-you-can system for bread so everyone can access it. Definitely recommend!

    The food was fresh and tasted like it just came out of the oven. Also, the service was great. Glad that I stopped by. Worth a visit.

    Really nice cute spot. Their vegan menu has these cardamom buns that are just sooooo delicious.

I went back for a weekday lunch recently and the food and atmosphere both hold up fabulously, so it makes sense why they've remained a brunch mainstay at both their East Village and Williamsburg locations. I enjoy that they serve their hot moroccan tea in a glass as is traditional, so you can see all the fresh mint leaves in your cup. I had tea like this multiple times a day during my trip to Morocco a few years back so sipping on this here took me back in time. I ordered a short stack of their blueberry pancakes which were very fluffy and delicious. They're not the kind of pancake with crispy edges, which are my preferred kind of pancake but I still found them delicious. The moroccan eggs, which are two poached eggs in spicy stewed tomatoes and served with zahar pita is delicious. The pita is very fluffy and the zahatar adds such a nice fragrant spice to the bread. They used to serve this with potatoes but now those come at an additional charge but are well worth getting. The Williamsburg location also has pretty good wifi and they let me work on my laptop through my brief stay there. Kitchen was speedy too.

I was pretty hungry, and everything we ordered was more than enough food. To start, we had the Whipped Ricotta ($14), Muhammara ($14), and Chicken Shawarma Hummus ($18). Absolutely loved every dip, which were all different in its own ways that I can't even choose a favorite. The ricotta was a sweet one that gave a nice contrast from the savory spices of the other two. I liked how much chicken they added for the hummus too, so you're getting almost a whole meal. You'll definitely need extra pita for all this, which does fill you up. We did also get a Radicchio Salad ($19) for some greens plus a Beef Kofta Skewer ($20) for some meat. Both of these dishes were solid, but could pass on them next time. Definitely recommend any of the mezze and hummus here; it's all you need. This is a really great date spot or group dinner. Perfect to have a drink or two while enjoying some pita and dips mostly.

The table next to us didn't get greeted for water or anything so they had to flag down the guy delivering food to get a waitress. I thinkkk it may be because the wait staff is servicing here and the location next store but it's really impacted the experience. Overall, I'd give the experience a 4/5 for the service, atmosphere, views, and overall vibe. If I were rating the food alone, though, I'd say it was good, but not quite mind-blowing. I also have a strong feeling there's probably a noticeable difference between lunch and dinner service, although I can't say for sure. We went with the prix fixe menu. The salatim, hummus, and pita are unlimited, which is a great deal. The hummus was excellent--smooth, flavorful, and easily one of my favorite parts of the meal. The pita was fresh, warm, and constantly replenished. Among the salatim, I especially enjoyed the fennel and cabbage salad and the cucumber salad. The olive-cornichon mix and the pickled vegetables were good, but didn't stand out as much. For mains, the spicy lamb kofta was very good--well-seasoned, juicy, and served with a generous portion of tahini that was way more than needed. They also bring a small bowl of buttery cilantro rice for the table, which is a thoughtful touch, although honestly the unlimited pita was more than enough. The one disappointment was the brisket dog. We ordered it expecting something special, but it was surprisingly dry. The challah bun completely overwhelmed the sausage, and the cabbage topping plus crispy fried onions didn't add any moisture. The accompanying sauce was tahini-based, so it leaned dry as well instead of balancing everything out. On the bright side, it came with incredibly crispy fries and a delicious house ketchup that tasted much better than a standard bottled ketchup. Dessert was the soft serve, which was perfectly fine but nothing particularly memorable. For drinks, the mango cocktail with chili and lime was refreshing and hard to dislike. I also tried the fig arak drink. It was good and exciting to try, but I realized I'm just not much of a star anise person, so it wasn't really my style. The standout of the night was the restaurant's namesake cocktail, something wolf. Even though it's made with arak, I barely noticed it. The rum, passion fruit, and tropical flavors came together beautifully, making it taste like something you'd happily sip on a beach. Easily my favorite thing I drank that evening. Overall, given so many great restaurants in Brooklyn I might not come back to this but will say that it would be amazing to do a big group meal here - especially with the gorgeous views. Aesthetics on point for sure :)
