I also noticed they totally remixed the aesthetic. And vibes were vibing! They swapped out the industrial look for a much more warm and organic look. From the plants to the artwork, this look definitely gives cozy. I just wish the seating was more comfortable. Those plywood benches are brutal. Other than that, they make good coffee so check it out if you haven't already!

They had a variety of music playing from pop to r&b and even some catchy filipino songs. And it was at a good volume where I didn't feel distracted from my work. For drinks, I ordered the sweet corn cream matcha ($7) and my friend ordered the ube matcha latte ($6). We both asked for oat milk sub and it was an additional $1. Both drinks had just the right amount of sweetness but the matcha flavor itself was missing for me. I did slightly prefer the corn over the matcha. The drinks were iced but we received them warm and even after waiting for the ice to melt, the drink never got cold and maybe that is what created some kind of lack of taste for me. Overall it's a good place to get some work done, but the matchas wouldn't be my first choice, I'll probably try a coffee the next time.

The place was buzzing, but since our order was to-go, we were in and out without much of a wait. Big shoutout to Aron for being friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Customer service like that deserves an extra sprinkle of matcha powder!!! Thank you very matcha!! Then came the first sip. Boom!!!! That ceremonial-grade matcha delivered exactly what it should: bold, earthy, nutty, and gloriously green. No weak, sad matcha pretending to be something it's not. This was the real deal!!! Overall, a great experience and definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to whenever I'm in the area. Finding legit ceremonial-grade matcha isn't always easy, but 8 Symphony Coffee understood the assignment.

I placed a mobile order, and the process was smooth I received text updates when my order was confirmed and again when it was ready for pickup. The sugar‑free latte was impressive, definitely an 8/10. It was delicious with just a slight aftertaste, which is pretty common for sugar‑free drinks. I've had a few from other spots without that aftertaste, but overall this one was still very enjoyable. My husband ordered his usual hot drip coffee, which we always do when trying new locations so we can compare both iced and hot options. We're still searching for a place that truly satisfies his drip‑coffee cravings this one wasn't quite the winner for him. The staff was friendly, and the café has a good amount of seating, though most tables were taken during our visit. Very quiet and pleasant. Parking was also completely full, so be prepared for a busy lot if you stop by during peak hours.

I like getting their Level 3 soft serve because the matcha flavor really comes out--just the way I like it. I believe that they have seasonal flavors. Flavor of the Day can be mixed with Matcha Level 1. When I last went, the flavor of the day was ube, which paired well with Level 1. They also offer lattes, teas, matcha chia pudding, and make their matcha chocolate chip cookies and matcha almond croissants in-house. They have a few seats inside, but I usually order my soft serve to-go. I just found out that they have a location in Long Beach and Pittsburgh. I'm happy to see them expanding and spreading their matcha goodness all throughout!

One of the things I appreciate most is that you can customize the matcha level. I'm pretty caffeine-sensitive, so being able to adjust it means I can still enjoy a delicious drink without overdoing the caffeine. Today I tried the Matcha Lemon Bar Latte, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. It really does capture the flavor of a lemon bar--bright, citrusy, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. The lemon flavor comes through nicely without overpowering the matcha, so both flavors complement each other really well. If you're a fan of lemon desserts or want to try something a little different, I definitely recommend ordering this while it's still on the menu. It's a 10/10 for me, and I'll definitely be ordering it again before it's gone!

The mini Upside Down Halo Halo was the perfect size and wasn't like a mini at all lol. Had a taste of brown sugar, included boba, jellies, scoop of ice cream, the Corn Flakes, flan. The cupcakes still taste good after 2 days. Texture and taste didn't change at all. Milo Cupcake: Buttercream reminded me of Milo on point. Ube Leche Flan Cupcake: Omg the taste of the Ube was Soo good and still moist. The flan on top made it extra yummy.

The place is small but cozy and they have a giant couch in the middle for lounging. The price is high compare to other places, with the exception of their daily special tea. Their tea is actually cheap. I love love the jasmine calamonsi tea, so refreshing for $3. The halo halo was overwhelmed with ice cream, need more of other ingredients. The monster oreo shake was delicious but it is not worth it for that price. The ube flan cupcake was just ube cupcake and flan stack on top. It kinds of lacking the cohesiveness. Overall, I would come back just for that tea.

I can't have them from anywhere else because these hit the spot so hard that no one can compete. I personally have not tried anything else, but my kids have enjoyed other treats from this place. They are located in Cerritos at a very busy shopping plaza and there's plenty of parking. I didn't expect the bakery to be an actual restaurant. There was a good crowd, sitting at tables and eating and drinking. They have about a dozen different flavors of macaroons. You can't go wrong with any of them, but my top favorite are the Birthday, Fruity Pebble, Horchata, Cappuccino and Ferrero Rocher. They make nice gifts too, as they can put it in a treat box in an ice brown paper bag. I definitely need to come back and try their drinks and something else from their menu.

It came with garlic rice and about five large pieces of pork belly. While the portion was generous, I found the pork a little dry and chewy, and I definitely needed water to push it down. My boyfriend, on the other hand, really enjoyed his Breakfast Smash Burger. It was much thicker than we expected, definitely not a traditional smashed burger, and could have used a little more sauce. The bun had a nice crispy crust though. The side of fries were a standout: crispy, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. We ordered the chocolate chip cookie for dessert. It was large and thin, and since it was served before we were ready to eat it, we asked if they could warm it up again later and they gladly did. The cookie was softer and the chocolate melted nicely. The ambiance is casual and relaxed. You order at the counter before finding a table, and there's plenty of indoor seating. We would have loved to sit outside, but all of the shaded patio tables were occupied, and it was a little too hot to sit in the sun. One detail I especially appreciated was that the tables have purse hooks underneath. I'd definitely come back for the coffee if I'm in the area but I'd probably try a different entree.
