    Happy Birthday Terri!

I'm giving this restaurant a 5 stars for the food! The food is delicious ! There was only 1 person who was working there and he was pleasant, but not very attentive, but maybe because he was busy behind the scenes. Even though he was nice, service is not 5 stars. I had to ask for more water a couple of times. I also had to get up from the table to ask for takeout containers and for the check. It would also have been nice if he told us the the spinach with cheese was $2 extra each on the lunch special. I would probably have still ordered it because it was delicious, but it just would have been nice to know. Still, I will be back for the delicious food.

Great owner make fresh food on each order. Lamb is perfection garlic naan fish curry. All served with a family style mentality wish I lived closer to enjoy this more often. Five stars ... thank u for your friendly demeanor very hard to find a hidden gem like this.

This is a nice and cozy homey restaurant run by a wonderful family. The mom who served us was so sweet and helpful and made the dining experience especially enjoyable. The food was delicious. The chicken tandoori was unbelievably flavorful, fresh, and tender. I also always love a mango lassi. I look forward to trying more of the items here.

Good mom & pop shop if you're craving Indian food and don't feel like driving to Little India in Artesia. Owners were warm and welcoming. I love it. I ordered all vegetarian: Sag, korma, biryani, and garlic naan. Everything was delicious, especially the korma and byriani. The sag was salty. Skip it if you're watching your sodium. I accompanied my meal with Greek yogurt as I always do, plus it offset the salty sag. I will not let the sag turn me off because everything else was nice. Overall I really enjoyed it and will return.

Haiku: India's Spice Grill New Indian spot Get Whole Tandoori Chicken Juicy and tasty. --- It's always exciting when a new spot opens up. India's Spice Grill's diverse dishes are full of flavor and aromatic spices. There is something for everyone. The portions are generous and at an affordable price. A must-get is the Whole Tandoori Chicken marinated with yogurt and spices and roasted in the clay oven. It's tender and flavorful (not spicy). My daughter devoured her portions, which is a win in my book. This will be a regular order for me. Boneless Chicken Biryani was also a hit. It was packed with flavor in every bite. We also devoured the Aloo Paratha, pan-fried whole wheat bread filled with potatoes and spices. We enjoyed dipping it in the curry. Butter Chicken curry is my go-to order at Indian restaurants, but our dish was more on the chunky side. It's as if the ingredients got separated. Isn't it usually visually smooth and creamy? Either way, it still tasted good. We've also ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Curry, it's pretty standard and you can't go wrong. This is a small family-owned restaurant, and you sometimes see their kids dining in or hanging out. The owners are friendly and love sharing their Indian cuisine with the community. We always do takeout, and our food is usually ready on time for pickup. If you choose to dine-in, just keep in mind that this used to be a pizza spot, so it's naturally on the smaller side. However, they do serve Indian pizza, so that is something we should try next!

Mom and pop shop located in a strip mall which had plenty of parking. The place had a constant stream of customers while we were there. It was small but full. We got samosa chaat, palak paneer, chicken tikka masala, mango lassi, and rasmalai along with a couple breads. Everything was really good though the chicken had too much salt for me. The rasmalai also tasted a little icy like it just came out of the freezer. The onion kulcha was huge, we had to take half of it to go. The owners were really nice.

I was not playin the food so good you leave the dish washer with little to wash.

My fat ass is writing this as I'm currently gorging. This spot is AMAZING. The type of amazing that really got you wanting to slap yo mama good. It's a small ma and pop, and the food will rock yo hips and make you dip it low. Now you're gonna know it's a banger cuz they got their kid chillin here. A for real ma and pop. Don't waste time reading anymore reviews. Just come eat!

Today I decided I would try a new spot with my beloved friends. It took us a while to come across this establishment and I am more than glad destiny brought me to this place. The food came out in a timely manner and it was very fresh. The chicken was nice and tender and the butter naan was soft and buttery. It was very delicious, and although it was a little pricey I believe it was worth every penny. I cleaned my plate off and was very full in the end as the portion sizes were very filling. I would recommend coming here with friends and family or even alone. The vibes were very nice and It felt very homey. I wild definitely be coming back!

we got the chicken tikka masala, Chicken biryani, and tandoori chicken. all so good and the service was amazing! super sweet owner. will come again.

Went back and service was still great, as were the samosas and naan (more garlic this time). Also tried the yellow daal, which was the best I've had - I don't normally care that much for daal, so I don't order it much, but this one was tasty. Chicken kadahi was also delicious! Boneless chicken tikka was also good - breast meat, I think, and not dry. As with the last time, they made the dishes "medium" at our request and they were warmly spicy, not hot - perfect for me.

But what makes this place unique and stand out is that they are a fusion of Indian & Chinese. In addition to the traditional dishes like the samosa, tandoori chicken and curries, they offer veggie spring rolls, Szechuan prawns and Kung Pao chicken. When I came on a weekday for lunch, there wasn't a wait nor was it busy in the dining hall, but I noticed a lot of delivery app orders. The restaurant is very spacious and also has a stage-like platform near the back of the restaurant so I could totally see that they would host special events. As for the food, I ordered the usual samosas, Chicken Tikka Masala with a side of garlic naan, Saag Paneer, and their Chinese-inspired Wok n Shrimp which was very flavorful. The only downside is that this place is pretty pricey when compared to other restaurants in the Little India area. I would come back for a more upscale dining experience!

There have definitely been times where I've had some of the best dishes here. My issue is consistency. It's kind of hit or miss. Some visits are great, and others just don't come close to that same level, which makes it tough to fully rely on. Standouts for me are the Chinese bhel, Szechuan fries, and Hakka noodles. When those are on, they're really, really good. That said, it's a nice, clean restaurant with a concept you don't see a ton of in Southern California. When they're on, it's one of the better Indo-Chinese spots around. Overall, solid, just wish it was more consistent.

It is still a great value at 21.99 for Saturday lunch buffet. There is a good selection of Indian staples, chicken tikka masala, paneer sag, Muton stew. Being so busy, food is constantly replenish from the kitchen. It's one huge open room and quite hectic at lunch time. There were a lot of servers and they were good at clearing out plates, refilling water and overall vein attentive. I've been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years now. Service has been hit or miss. But…read morenothing I couldn't look past. Today was some of the worst service I had ever seen from the front desk team. The hostesses appeared to be discriminating against a woman because of her service animal. I'm not sure they understand how ILLEGAL what they did today was. We arrived for Mother's Day because my mom loves the all you can eat buffet there and it's one of her favorite restaurants. The hosts up front seemed a bit scattered and were quoting random times to people. We were told it would be about 15-20 minutes. I think we were seated after 30 minutes. They called us up and then told us wait the table isn't ready so asked us to wait another 5 minutes. The reason I took off 3 stars is because a very nice woman had been waiting with her friends and her service dog longer than us. She was extremely patient and kind. She waited outside with her dog and didn't complain once about the wait. I heard the hosts discussing her dog and they were like oh that's a BIG service dog. It was just a normal small sized black lab. And they never began preparing a table for her. The woman finally came in after about 30 minutes to say she had been waiting and was told they were just setting up a table. They kind of brushed her off and said we will get to you. It seems like they had no intention of ever seating her and her friends. They seated multiple large groups before her. We were table of two and we got sat so we thought she would be next and she wasn't. Eventually the poor woman left. They have a sign outside saying service dogs are allowed. This is not true. And you will be discriminated against and not be given a table. I'm not sure if the hosts know how illegal their behavior was. It was clear her dog was a real service animal and the hostesses did not care for her at all. I was a hostess at two restaurants when I was younger and I have never seen anyone treat a customer so poorly before. I truly hope they apologize to this woman. - As for inside the restaurant the servers and waitstaff were extremely friendly. It is a bit scattered and you don't know who your server is so it is hard to flag people down. But they still serve water, naan, and anything else you need promptly. The entire restaurant was packed. Every table was full and the staff always had the food trays full of items. The items also all tasted fresh. All besides the Hakka noodles. That one was a little soggy or over boiled for my taste. I am vegetarian so I got their spinach and mushroom pasta which was surprisingly good. Paneer tikka was also very good. They also had channa/chole. They have street food station where they made fresh pani puri which was great. I believe this station is switched out each buffet day. The last time I was here it was dev puri. And they had someone making paneer tacos. The man making the tacos was really friendly and seemed really happy to be helping everyone. They had samosas and puff pastries as appetizers. They have wide variety of sweets such as carrot halwa, gulab jamun, jalebi, sweets, Kheer, and mango fruit custard. There is a variety of meat dishes such as tandoor chicken, mutton, chili chicken, and chicken curries. I think the only issue with this place is how the hostesses treat customers. Especially new customers. This is their first impression of the restaurant.
