Bahama Buck's - Nobody asked for no kids and took advantage of little sister that went in to grab our drinks horrible business.... - Desserts Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Got the biggest size to split with my little children. They were so nice to offer extra spoons and cups. Best snow cones I've had for 20 years. We just love that place! read more

Delicious menu items and excellent customer service. Definitely a nice cool treat on a hot summer day.

Amazing Service and amazing employees! They instantly welcomed us in when we walked in! Then it was busy and they worked very hard and very well as a team! The young man taking our order was very friendly! We dropped one of our spoons by accident and they were very quick to get us a new one without asking! 100/10 read more

Got our shaved ice really fast. Service is always excellent. If my shaved was lacking somewhere they always fix it. Can't ever complain about Bucks and their service and product. They have great deals and awesome employees. I recommend this place over any other dessert place. read more

There stuff is really good on a hot summer day after playing soccer and stuff. Def recommended

I'm not too into shaved ice but the kids love it. Unfortunately they closed the location by our home but this one is close enough. My daughter dropped her entire drink on the floor and they comped her another one-even though I insisted that it wasn't their fault that she dropped it. read more

This place is great. I've been to two of their locations and both have great and happy staff. Besides the staff let us talk about their product. SNOW! Which is made from shaving ice. My favorite flavor to get here is Strawberry Cheesecake, along with the cream + Ice Cream(wish they still don't have blue bell ice cream) combo which is known as Bahama Rama Mama. I've enjoyed this place and this will get me through the hot Arizona Summer. - Thank you read more

I was visiting friend in Phoenix, and she took me here. Having a large cup of shaved ice in the heat after a long hike was the highlight of my day!! Since I didn't know many flavors, I asked staff for recommendations, and got Jamaican punch with pina colada with the cream with side of sour sand which was really good! Would definitely come back when I'm visiting next time :) read more

I like the product, but I recognize a crew being treated poorly when I see it. They aren't fully equipped to pack in the ice. Their hands are going to suffer from working with the shaved ice, and they still get paid minimum wage with terrible benefits. This is why I won't go there again: because I won't support employees being treated poorly and neither should you. Shame on regulars for not recommending anything to the manager nor corporate, such as proper gloves at least. I don't care how loyal you are to the company, because it's the employees and the product that keep the company on its feet. These are hard workers and we see them work quickly. Just a word for the employees: you deserve better! I bet this would look good on a resume, because everyone knows that Bahama Bucks makes you work hard to the bone. If I hired anyone, it would be a former Bahama Bucks employee. read more

Extremely addicting! Whole family loves this place and the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. So many flavors to choose from!

Cravings for these, like mad. If you haven't gone before, you must! An Arizona staple. I love the sugar cookie.

This place is slipping. They need some training or a tune up. The last 3 times I've been here, they didnt pour enough syrup. I think they are rushing, but its ruining the product. Today my shaved ice was over sauced at the top and the middle had hardly any syrup. The very bottom third had no syrup, just shaved ice. I dont come here to eat plain ice shavings. Get it together guys! read more

One of our favorite places to go for desert! Always friendly and fast service! Love that this location has 2 Bimini Ring games for the kids to play while waiting for their shaved ice read more

So yummy!!! The employees are always so friendly and their shaved ice has been my only pregnancy craving. My favorite is half toasted coconut and strawberry colada with cream! read more

Best Bahama Bucks location I've been to yet! Every time I go I get the same excellent service. One girl specifically is always there when I go... kate I think? She's so great and really goes out of her way to make sure we get the best service! My favorite flavor is birthday cake and you bet I get Bahama Rama mama! It's perfect every time definitely will keep going back to this one! Thanks Kate! read more

Great tasting, kids love it. Closed on sundays. Sugar free options available. All sizes available to go.

This is one of my least favorite locations for a couple reasons. Their Sno is gritty instead of being fluffy like their other locations. Also, when you order "Flat Top" or "To go Sno" this is the only location that doesn't size up my cup so I only get half of my snow I do like Bahama bucks and their thin ice with Stevia is amazing! Just wish I could get the whole amount I paid for without risking it spilling in my car... read more

This was the first Bahama Bucks I visited while in the Mesa, Arizona area. My girlfriend introduced it to me and being a born and raised Southerner, I've never had it before. The staff were very kind and efficient, and the place was kept clean. I highly recommend this shaved ice place and I'm definitely coming back! read more

This place is so fun. Their flavors are great and I honestly like the fineness of the shaved ice. I usually get the blue and pink cotton candy with Jamaican rum. This time I switched it up and did the rum, blue cotton candy and vanilla. Yummy! I like all their options so far and they have a ton of them. They also have a sugar free option as well if you can't have all that sugar. I also like they have a card that gets punched and you buy ten get 1 free... so yea I would go here again and so far haven't been disappointed by the business read more

Just left this establishment after standing in front of 3 employees for 7 minutes. There was no line, there were a handful of people (literally 7 people in the business) and no one looked at us, greeted us, or even politely mentioned that they would be right with us. There were 3 girls there and no eye contact was made. After that 7 minutes, our family of 5 walked out with out even a glance (or spending a dime). My son even ran into the bathroom to assure we weren't invisible. I'm still not convinced we aren't invisible due to the fact that not one of your employees glanced our way even as we walked out. We shall find out at the next place we go to to get an end of the summer treat if we are invisible. And to think these girls make $10 an hour. read more

The idea behind Bahama Bucks is genius...especially in a place like Arizona. Delicious, refreshing and very affordable. I have frequented many of their locations but this one is the closest to my house. I try to branch out with their many flavors but usually end up getting the same thing--strawberry colada with tropical cream. You won't be disappointed! read more

This place is awesome! If your in az and having a hot day this is the place to go! This places makes you feel cold! The shaved ice is like ice cream! read more

Best shaved ice I have had so far in Arizona! Reminded me of my childhood times with shaved ice. Classic options but also upgraded and new things to try on the menu as well! Also available are games to play while you enjoy your food. I will be back for another shaved ice and might try a smoothie as well! read more

I love this place and so does my hubby summer or winter we are there at least twice a month. The staff is pretty friendly, we met the owner once he seemed busy but other than that ok. read more

The snow is so good but the who I think is the owner or manager is rude! Very poor service.

Being from Hawaii this place is legit. Best tasting flavors and shaved ice consistency I've had since moving from Hawaii. I'll be back for sure. If you want to treat head to Bahama Bucks. read more

Took my one-year-old daughter in during there Friday evening rush. The staff was nothing but accommodating :) they brought a high chair to our table with even being asked. The experience was professional yet friendly. The ice cream was also delicious, of course. read more

If you're looking for a place to get shaved ice, come to Bahama Bucks!! I absolutely love their varieties of flavors and sweet workers! My favorite flavor is the Birthday Cake flavor! You should try it! I can't wait to come here again! read more

I love this place and especially this location! They have the best staff! The only issue is that if it gets busy (as it tends to do in the summer) they get a little unorganized. Other than that they are on point, they have great suggestions when I am feeling something other than my banana with cream and they are always super friendly. I love BB and if i HAD to I guess I'd go to another location but if I am even 25 miles within this one I am going here. About their product, perfectly shaved ice and decision syrups and concoctions. I have never had a 'chunk' of ice, that is how finely shaved it is! read more

Love this place! Delicious little treats, so many different flavors. Great for any occasion.

Excellent service every time I go in! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly! And yummy yummy dessert! This is one of our regular spots to go!! Great place to take out of town family or guests too! My best friends lives in Ohio and is jealous if I tell her I'm going to BB! read more

Birthday cake is a family favorite. Bahamas Bucks never disappoints. The employees are always friendly and have a smile on the place.

I got what was recommended because they didn't have the coffee drink I wanted. I ended up getting a kokomoko smoothie. The drink was super heavy and sweet. It gave me a headache right away and stomach pains. But it was good except for the soda taste. If I had known it had soda, I would have asked for diet or just taken it out. I don't like regular soda. The service was friendly and the interior was clean. I think this place tastes better than Dutch Bros and similiar places. read more

Love Bahama Bucks. Prices are a little high but it's a great treat for those who can't/don't do dairy.

I'm a big fan of bahama bucks. This one offered a lot of deals through texts. My only complaint with this location is that they put too much syrup in their shaved ice. I get a regular and before I can get to the ice cream it's a slushy, not shaved ice. The power and baseline location is way more busy and for a reason: They put just the right amount! read more

This location is always very clean. The staff is very fast and efficient however they are just your normal bahama bucks. There customer service is not amazing , but not bad either. read more

I came in yesterday with my large family. There were 14 of us total and we all got something. The two girls who working, Kenzie and Olivia, were the sweetest girls! Kenzie took our big order and was so patient with grabbing all our samples and being patient with our little kids who were running around. All the shaved ice were made to perfection and so fast! Just the right amount of syrup and they were so cute with the little umbrellas. I would highly recommend coming to Bahama Bucks it's such a nice family friendly shop great for a summer treat. read more
