Garlic Bagel with Garlic Herbs Cream Cheese and cucumber

I'm surprised that the other reviews were so favorable!! I'm always on a quest for a NY bagel and these are not it. They are way too chewy, maybe I came in too late but it was around 10am. I had a garlic bagel and instead of using real garlic it's like they use garlic powder? Weird. Also I had garlic herb cream cheese and I kept tasting pumpkin which did not go well with my garlic garlic bagel. My mom had a cinnamon raisin bagel and it didn't taste like anything least of all cinnamon. Ambiance was non existent. I wanted to like it but I can say for certain I will not be back.

Love the place, love the variety, cream cheese was great! Bagels were good but I little chewy and hard to chew.

I stopped by today and was immediately greeted, the staff is always so friendly. This is my favorite bagel shop I only come here ever since I found it. They are amazing. The ambiance is also nice in here very clean and organized. The food is always so amazing. As the per usual my go to is the BLT no mayonnaise sub jalapeño cream cheese and add onion, on the jalapeño cheddar bagel YUM! My man gets the same as me but he adds turkey and avocado on his. Then I always order half dozen of the Jalapeño cheddar bagel with tub of cream cheese the Jalapeño kind. Soooo good! They never disappoint. I did have one bad instance with the cream cheese molding very quickly ( Never has happened to me before so I was shocked ) however, they were quick to assist me with this issue on a replacement with no problem and they apologized about it happening. I cannot complain about anything at this place as I mentioned they are top notch and amazing. I know some things can happen in the food industry so it did not bother me at all. They were so sweet and understanding as well. They also accept apple pay here which is very convenient. Thank you guys for being AWESOME! I will continue to keep coming here.

This is the best bagel shop you will ever find. Bagels are made fresh daily. I'm obsessed with this place. I also got a bag of bagels and fresh cream cheese!! I tried the dragonfruit refresher and my only regrets is I didn't get a bigger size! Fast and friendly service. I always recommend to everyone I know!!

I'm conflicted on this spot. They offer lots of different bagel options and prices are on par. I ordered a nova lox sandwich and a few plain bagels with cream cheese. The sandwich was good as were the plain bagels. While I was sitting waiting for my order there was 2 guys that came in and one was using his phone camera as a magnifying glass to see the menu. There was a man, I assume the owner who came from the back asking pretty rudely to the guy why he had his phone out and what is he recording? The guy let him know and he just kinda scoffed like he didn't believe him and walked away. As a small business owner I recommend taking a different approach next time you run into this situation. That interaction although not towards me left a sour taste in my mouth and if he's like that to customers I hope he treats his employees way better.

These are some good bagels and worth the 25 minute drive. I'm probably coming back tomorrow. I love bagels they are my favorite food. And they have some bagel flavors you don't find at chains. Swiss cheese bagel? Get in my belly. I got an everything with plain (haven't tried that yet.) I got a banana a muffin-not nuts! Love that, have t tried that yet. They have cranberry bagels, I originally got it with butter, then I saw they had vanilla cream cheese so I asked to switch it really quick. They were very accommodating. However the lady at counter did t hear me say vanilla. So I just scraped off the regular and put the French vanilla shmear and I'm telling you that's where it's at!! There seem to be a lot of regulars, I think the lady taking order's name is Mia. She's excellent at customer connection. I've heard her have conversations with several customers and they seem to know her and she knows them. I love seeing that. Great place for bagels!! And they display kid's art along the hallway to the restroom. It's so cute! *** Came a second day in a row and I got the asigo bagel -they were out of Swiss. I got another cranberry with vanilla cream cheese. EXCELLENT!! I had a wonderful conversation with Mia and she's sooo friendly. Definitely an asset to this location!!

What a hidden gem. We went for breakfast and my husband had a warm ham and cheese croissant (very cheesy!) and I had a warm cherry bagel with French vanilla cream cheese. Super good. They sell day old bagels at a really reduced price as well. They have chocolate cream and strawberry cream croissant. They didn't have ready made ones, but offered to freshly bake one for us. I've been here before, and I was underwhelmed. It was a few years ago, so I thought I'd give it another shot. My go-to bagel is the Nova Lox. Einstein's is my regular stop but the quality and service has deteriorated, so I'm looking around. The Nova Lox was very good, I like the addition of cucumber on this one, which most places don't have. It's a nice touch. They were a little skimpy on the lox, but overall it was a nice sandwich. The service and environment was much more pleasant than Einstein's, so I give this place a thumbs up.

The customer service alone is worth the trip! Ivan (the great as he says, lol ) was not only super welcoming, but funny and accommodating. They accidentally made my sandwich with the wrong bagel, so he not only quickly corrected it, but he gave me a free drink while waiting and a surprise muffin in the bag! No THATS customer service with a smile!

I've been wanting to try this spot when I used to live over in the NW Valley. I'm glad I stopped in today. I got an everything bagel breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and bacon. It was quite good. I'm a sucker for a breakfast sandwich. I do feel like the everything bagel could have used a bit more "everything," but ultimately it was a solid bagel, good size, great texture. What I liked most is they seem to have some not as common varieties like a garden veggie and tomato basil bagel.

I love this place! I will be coming here whenever we want to go out for breakfast. The food is fairly priced, they have so many options, and great drink choices. The bagels are so fresh. The lattes are so good with oat milk. I love the customizations u can make with your orders and the staff is so kind and friendly. It's a busy place for a reason! So good! Gluten Free friendly! Stopped by while visiting, and was very satisfied. The whole family ages 3-40 years old were satisfied with their food and drinks. Bagel Gourmet is me and my wife's go-to every Sunday morning. Sadly, we've only tried their bagels with cream cheese but they are so dang good it's hard to try anything else! A Bagel with cream cheese will run you $3 +tax and are worth every penny. The orange bagel is definitely my favorite that I've had so far with just plain cream cheese. But the tomato pesto, is probably my #2! They have a few schemers to choose from. Ranging from plain to fire roasted tomato. The ones we've tried have all be fantastic. I honestly do believe that Bagels Gourmet is half the reason my wife wakes up on some Sunday Mornings, way to go Bagel Gourmet!! read more

Stopped by here after a morning of shooting at Ben Avery. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese. Plus a chocolate chip muffin. The bagel was really good. I loved the texture. The muffin was good too. I think I found my new bagel place for breakfast or lunch. I will be back next week. read more

Best bagel spot I've ever been to. Today was my second time here. The bagels are flavorful and filling, and all of the ingredients in the food are fresh. Even the boba tea was really really good, you can tell the boba was just made today. Better than most boba spots I've been too. I am a picky eater, and this is one of my new favorite spots. Bagels AND BOBA?!! Amazing. Also the place is small and quiet and we don't usually dine in at places but we dine in here. The customer service is also great, everyone has been super kind. I was craving a bagel this morning so I was looking on postmates and I found this place. I got a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel, I love that you can choose whatever kind of bagel you want! It's a decent sized sandwich and it was very tasty! I also got a hashbrown which was delicious as well. There are so many different options here, I can't wait to try more of their stuff. Definitely recommend! read more

My husband and I took an anniversary trip to Arizona from California and we love bagels so I had to try this place and OH MY GOODNESS! These bagels are delicious. So soft and fresh! We got breakfast bagels, a bagel dog and even took a dozen for the ride home. Stuck in traffic a couple hours after getting them and we munched on a some and they were STILL so fresh. 10 out of 10! Will literally drive 7 hours again just to get these bagels. So yummy! read more

Well you've officially ruined my relationship with bagels since these are so amazing. I broke my nose this morning and did what any reasonable person would do and ordered a half dozen of delicious forbidden carbs while putting a pot roast in the slow cooker so I could also eat my feelings later. I grew up starting my day with a roll & butter or my favorite a bagel with butter. I know what you're thinking, the same thought I had, simple find a great bagel shop in Arizona and start your day right. Finding a ordinary bagel is easy, regardless of where you live. Finding a great bagel that's boiled, baked and given a generous schmear of butter or cream cheese is tough in these parts, that is until I found Bagels Gourmet . The bagels at Hot Bagel Gourmet are deliciously fresh. These bagel are everything a bagel should be. The bagel's are crispy, chewy, perfection. If you're ever in the area and want to taste delicious bagels, and expeirebce great customer service, stop in. You won't be disappointed. read more

LOCATION IS CLOSED! CLOSED! CLOSED! Business available for sale (Hand written sign on the door). I was on a bagel fix for the past two days, figure I'd give it a shot but the establishment was closed and apparently for sale. We had to drop the car in at the Jeep Dealership for an oil change very early the other morning and as a result did not have time for breakfast! : ( We remembered there was a Fry's Store nearby so drove in that direction but when we pulled into the mall area we stumbled across Bagel Gourmet. I am so glad we did, the bagels are fresh, moist, lots of flavors to choose from and very tasty. You can get them toasted and with different toppings. We chose the cream cheese which was very good. Can recommend the apple and cinnamon bagel as well as the cinnamon and raison bagel. The coffee is also very good unlike the car dealership's coffee!!! read more

It's ok. Not the best bagel I have ever had but not the worse by far. There was a nice selection of bagel flavors to choose from. Texture was like a bagel. If I go again, I will ask them to toast it more though. I like the golden brown color on my bagels after they have been toasted. You can pick off the breakfast and lunch menu all day. The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. They had a variety of coffee flavoring and what looked like a cappuccino machine. This place has been here since Fred Meyers was the store. But this is the first time I have ever been. They could use an update/renovation, but the place is clean. read more

I stopped off here to grab some coffee and breakfast before my hospital shift. I was very impressed! Quick and polite costumer service with lots of menu options to choose from! My bagel was scrumptious and so was my coffee. The gentlemen running the shop said he even made my coffee a little stronger so I could get through my shift! :) I will definitely be returning! We stopped in with the family to get bagel sandwiches for lunch & they didn't have many in their display, but had a bunch of bagged bagels on the back counter. The clerk said she had pulled those bagels from the cases to sell for tomorrow for "day old bagels," and wouldn't sell those to us. I guess they didn't want our business. Very unpleasant experience. While I was ordering a customer let this one pale girl that looks like she's never seen the sun who was wearing glasses know that she received the wrong cream cheese, the pasty girl said it was in her bag and the girl reiterated that it was the wrong kind of cream cheese the pasty girl snapped back with "I guess I have to change that now". VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then I proceeded to finish my order which included one gluten free bagel and an assortment of a dozen bagel as well as various other items. The gluten free bagel was in the assorted bagel box and only covered by parchment paper allowing for cross contamination. In the food industry it is law to have allergies separated and flagged to prevent cross contamination. When we brought this to their attention they were very rude about the fact we needed it separated. They never apologized and made us go out of the way to bring the bagel back. Overall their staff was terrible bagels are mediocre and I wouldn't waste your time going in there.... To reply to the owner, I am not trying to be mean and hurt anyone I am just being descriptive so they know who the employee with the poor attitude is for a business perspective, the owner is stating their personal belief of that description is a flaw, hey Edward from twilight was a teenage heart throb and home boy for sure never saw the sun and was pasty and translucent. The allergy was specified and as someone in the industry for eight years I would make sure if I noted there was an allergy everything would be separated and served without any other food and would even have a toothpick so others would be aware of an allergy. The owner wasn't there so I'm very confused how he's saying it wasn't told. Also just common knowledge if you hear gluten free most people ask if it's an allergy to avoid situations like this. The owner isn't sincerely apologizing about anything so I can see why the staff doesn't either. With better training this could have all been avoided... it is was it is at the point and the owners response has further convinced me not to return and now to let more people know not to try it out either. I've been going to this bagel shop since I was a kid. It's been here for more than 10 years, I think. I like to order their bagel pizza-bagel when I was young but now I like to mix things up and get their breakfast burrito with chorizo, hashbrown and eggs. To drink I get their Italian cream soda-strawberry flavor, it's my fave specially when it's so hot outside. Their bagels are definitely worth it, it doesn't taste like bread that you find at a grocery store but a soft-chewy bagel. Their cinnsational bagel has sugar and cinnamon on the outside of a wheat bagel and it's my lil sis favorite. If you crave something sweet, you gotta try that with French vanilla cream cheese. Bagel Gourmet definitely lives up to its name when it comes to fresh baked goods! I had a ham and cheese croissant that was warm, flaky, and delicious and the bagels were just as good: fresh, chewy, and satisfying. Service was solid and friendly, even with how busy it was. The only downside? The place was way too crowded. It was hard to find a spot to sit and felt a bit hectic. That said, the food made it worth it. Nice service. Out dated seating area. Food is ok. Bagels were just ok. What I would love to see from this place, considering it serves coffee and breakfast items, is a more welcoming dining area. The overall experience was just below average. Bagels were not fresh and just tasted like something I could make my self. Sorry guys. I've been here 4 times, it's always the same.
