Hands down the best bagels in Florida! So light and fluffy, yet filling. There's currently no indoor seating due to COVID, but you can always pick up. The inside is so cute, with a sort of rustic vibe to it. They have many great bagel sandwiches and other selections, but I just love the bagel on its own. My favorite thing to get is a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese (all their cream cheese is house made!) They also have customizable coffee. My favorite is their Thai coffee. I used to order from them all the time when I worked in two blocks away, but now I'm too far . But definitely recommend this place for as an indulgent breakfast. read more

If you have food allergies or intolerances... even preferences, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I explicitly asked for no butter, no cheese, "just egg on an everything" and got a buttery-mess of a bagel. When I brought it back up to the front counter, one of the employees insisted it wasn't butter, it was cheese (it was NOT cheese) and that she didn't hear me say I didn't want any cheese. My chicken salad sandwich was just okay, reason for five stars. It is chunks of chicken that I'm not a fan of, I know just my taste but I also ordered lettuce and didn't get any even though I paid the 50cents extra for it. The croissant they put it on is delicious which is saving this sandwich but they didn't cut it in half (minor issue I'm guessing that's just how they serve it). I was also disappointed they only had bbq and onion chips to choose from and I wasn't aware of this when i ordered online. My lunch is ok but not something that's going to make me go back. In all of my existence I have never visited a bagel place that would nor sell me a dozen bagels that they had on hand. Their reasons given made no sense. I cannot recommend this place. The bagels are fresh and yummy with so many options of flavors. We got a hummus sandwich and an egg and cheese. They serve breakfast until they close which is great for a vegetarian like me grabbing lunch. We came near closing time and they still had a decent amount of options. Second time I've come to the location to find the doors locked an hour before closing after making the drive to order. I want to like this place more. I really do like it, but I don't love it. I've been going to Bagel World for over a year now about once a month to pick up some weekend breakfast. The portion size is amazingly huge for the price, and the cream cheese is great (but dang, do they ever have a heavy spread on top of those bagels). The nice thing about this location is that it's very convenient to my home. If Florida eleven months out of the year wasn't a sweltering inferno, I could easily bicycle or walk to the location. Another nice thing about this place is their customer service. The people in the restaurant are always nice and friendly, and to me, that's a nice addition when picking up my food. One thing I don't like about this place that is irked me for some time now is... the possibility that Bagel World doesn't wipe down their bagel cutting knife or bagel cutting board after each cut bagel. Why is this a problem? Well, Bagel World does make wonderful flavored bagels. Some of them are onion and egg bagels which I don't understand and never order, but my favorite bagel is the cinnamon crunch bagel. It's a sweet bagel with cinnamon and sugar on it. This bagel is my indulgent yummy weekend breakfast treat, and I love it. The sad thing is that very often, my sweet yummy delicious bagel tastes slightly of onions. In addition, on the bottom of the bagel, there is often other seeds of other bagels (like sesame or poppy) pressed into the bottom when Bagel World cut it. I just want a sweet bagel with no onion-y taste at the end. Now, granted, everything else about this place is wonderful, and I don't notice the onion-y flavor at all when I order a more savory lunch. I just recently had their version of a Cuban sandwich about a week ago, and it was very delicious. Short order: Bagel World, if someone orders a sweet bagel, please wipe down your gear so there is no cross contamination with your other flavored bagels. Thank you for making really delicious bagels. I've been to this bagel place several times. The bagels are ok. Each time I've ordered the 13 bagels only to get home and find 12 in the bag. Last time I was there, I was charged $10.29 at the register but later when reviewing my credit card statement it showed $11.29. I guess they decided to tip themselves. I won't be back. read more

Never been here before so I thought I would give it a try. Place was busy but no one was in line, so I thought great. I ordered one cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. They cost was $3! Then I left a $1 tip when I ordered for a total cost of $4. But wait, there is more. I waited for almost 25 minutes!!! This is no exaggeration as I checked the time on the receipt. I understand COVID issues in the food service industry but this is ridiculous management. All she had to do was hand me a bagel and a small container of cream cheese and I am out the door in less than one minute. Instead, I waited almost 25 minutes because I was put in a queue of all the people that already ordered bagel sandwiches that needed cooking. Bagels are fresh, hot, and soft! The various selection of cream cheese are plentiful. The service initially didn't put me in a "happy place" due to the morning service. Either the register lady was new or hard of hearing or both( this is not a joke, serious). Myself and other customers kept repeating themselves. At first I thought she was being rude or lazy because I asked in more detail about the bagel offerings when she answered by saying we have everything you see over there... Uhm NO! I asked you a question and you supposed to have answers and try to help me without putting me to work! Anyways, I was "over it" mentally and disconnected myself from ever returning. This took a positive turn when the full smash hashbrown was reallly good but too salty for my taste. I believe one of the cooks walked over to the counter and listened to my complaint and was very receptive and exchanged it for something else. Today your store fell apart. 23 minute wait for two things, 18 people waiting for their food. Our bagel wasn't even cut and the cream cheese was on the side. The table behind us ordered bagels with lox and I heard them complain she only got three capers and no onions. When she said something she got five more capers and two rings of onion uncut. I ordered a sandwich and I will admit I changed almost everything, so when my order was completely wrong I wasn't too surprised. They countered with a free sandwich next visit, which I redeemed today. At first I was questioned about getting the same cost sandwich that I was charged for the first time (roughly 11-12 dollars), but it was quickly fixed. Picked it up and took it back to work only to realize while I was eating it that the paper from the deli cheese had been left in it. Usually come here Saturdays after my workout! The bagel BLT is awesome, I have had it on both the tomato basil bagel and the everything bagel. Doesn't disappoint! Usually a good idea to come early if you want a particular type of bagel because they run out of them quick, still haven't been able to try the Asiago which is usually my favorite! The people I go with usually get the sausage egg and cheese and they love it too! The staff is really friendly and bring the food to your table after you order. This place had the best bagels. Had. They would come out hot loaded with cream cheese. Now, they come out cold if there is a line, with a container of cold cream cheese. I usually get a garlic bagel toasted and chai latte. The chai is really good. But the bagel has 1/3 of the amount of garlic, and cold cream cheese. According to the guys on shift it's because the owner was on them for putting too much cream cheese on. Wondering if that's what's up with the lack of garlic too.
