Came off the auto train and we had about a 3 hour drive so we were looking for a place to eat- saw the sign on 95 and jumped off- and we had a great meal. The burger was juicy and cooked to order. The salad bar looked pretty crowded and messy, they do their best to clean up after folks- but I didn't want to get involved in all that. The ceasar salad was great crunchy fresh! I love their food but when I use a delivery service, the dishes are not always following a consistent recipe. A dish I often requested, vegetarian, had delicate sweet spices. The last time I had it, it was very spicy and burned. The best feature though is the salad bar. They offer a variety of choices. read more

Haven't been in a long time. I went with a friend who had a gift card. The restaurant could use a good scrubbing. I ordered the salmon, which was swimming in grease. And covered in black bits.? Possibly a dirty flattop.? Their zucchini was also grease laden. There should never be oil or grease pooling in your plate. The service was prompt. A Five-Star Experience... If You Enjoy Filth and Disappointment Where do I even begin? From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The restaurant was impressively dirty--like, they must be trying to win an award for it. One of the servers was sleeping on the bar (yes, actually sleeping), which I guess is fair since no one in the place seemed remotely awake or attentive. The food? Oh, a true culinary disaster. Bland, poorly cooked, and somehow managed to look worse than it tasted. But hey, at least the decor was consistent--the side panels of the tables were decorated with what looked like vintage food splatter. Maybe it's their version of abstract art? And let's not forget the bathrooms. Nothing says "bon appétit" like the aroma of raw sewage wafting in from the restrooms. Great salad bar! Honestly I only come here for the salad bar. It's super easy to have my kids order off the kids menu while my husband and I get the salad bar. We have tried to order multiple things off of the regular menu. However, after not being too happy with the food we decided to just stick with the salad bar. They have a good variety of toppings and salad dressings. I really like to mix the ranch and the honey mustard together. Their pumpernickel croutons are amazing. I do feel bad for the bartender the night we went they had a pretty big section. They were able to provide the best service they could though. It's a casual spot, that looks like other Ruby Tuesdays. I wouldn't recommend putting on your Sunday Best to go here. It was on our way home from the beach so it was a great stop. If you're looking for a salad bar I definitely recommend going here. Why is it that they keep the bad servers and do everything in their power to make the great servers not want to stay??? The service this last visit was horrid. He spent so much time talking with his co-workers that we had to wait an unGodly amount of time to get his attention. The food this time around was awful, and only lukewarm. We ordered a steak burrito bowl and a chicken burrito bowl, and I have to say that they were very bad. I suggest ordering something else if you were thinking of ordering these. The restaurant cleanliness I have to rank a 3, because instead of taking dirty dishes to the back they just kept stacking them on a table near us. Very disgusting. read more

First and last visit to Ruby Tuesday in my life. Stopped in just for the salad bar on Sunday while passing through. It looked a little wiped out but could have potential. Our server said someone was going to restock it soon so my friend and myself ordered the salad bar and waited for over 10 minutes for greens of any kind to be brought out. When they were, literally half of the pieces of spinach, romaine, and spring mix had some kind of brown on them. Pasta and potato salads and a bunch of other items were out and we had to ask for the salads to be restocked. Would want to pay $6 much less $13 for it but there we were. The interior also looked dingy. At first I thought it was just dated but when I used the restroom and it smelled like a sewer, I knew it wasn't just the decor. The 2nd star is for the server who was trying but the environment and overall service just sucked that day. My roommate ended up getting sick a few hours later, followed by myself the next day. My husband and I eat here regularly and really like all the staff from the host/hostess to the attentive servers. Our most recent dine-in was exceptional in it's entirety. Our server, Karla greeted us from the get go, seated us promptly, asked how we were, and got our drink orders; brought to us quickly. We had a few minutes and she took our food order, I had a couple of changes from my normal ordering and Karla responded in kind to the changes. The food came out exactly the way I ordered! Kudos to Karla and the cooks behind the scene. So appreciate your culinary skills; keep up the good work we love Ruby Tuesday! Always will! We've been eating there for a long time and service seems to have slacked off. Server didn't check on order or return to fill drinks. Rice pilaf was stone cold and when sent back, it was never returned. Prices charged were not what was promoted. We had to ask and wait for everything. Very disappointed. The salad bar is always a hit one of the few places that still offers a decent salad bar but the smash burger was a joke.... Restaurant is stuck in covid lockdown! It seems like every time I come to this location with friends, they run out of baked potatoes. During covid time, they only offered boxed mashed potatoes. The service was slow, and my medium steak was well done. The Texas Roadhouse has much more to offer, such as baked sweet potatoes and nice side salad without the extra 6 buck garden bar add on. They needed more sauce on this on as it was kinda dry. The place smells like a wet dog the couple times I have been there and there is always garbage on the floor if you go later in the day. I liked Ruby Tuesday better before Covid19 because of the salad bar but can't risk it. Staff wear masks, sanitize but are sloppy about social distancing and even though masks are required some come in and eat without them. The location next to US95 makes it easy to access. Their burgers and chicken nuggets are the best. Food usually comes quickly. read more

We recently had a fiasco Friday night with doordash. So even with the bitter taste still in our mouth we placed the exact same order thru Ubereats and this time received all of our order. Even though as usual all delivered foods are usually cool or cold everything was delicious. I had Bacon Cheeseburger with loaded fries am husband had the New Orleans Seafood plate along with spinach appetizer and finished with Lemon Cake. Yum. Thank you Rockledge Team. Stopped in for lunch, thought I'd grab a cheeseburger. Waited for a table, was taking a long time so I sat at the bar. Ordered a cheeseburger and a Caesar salad, service was prompt and friendly. When my food arrived, opened up my cheeseburger to put on a little mustard. I could see the outline of where a piece of cheese once was, it was now a vaporized outline in the bun. The piece of onion was right off the top of the onion, still had root hairs. I looked at what was suppose to be a Caesar salad, it looked like a bowl of slaw. It frankly scared me, big glob of stuff on chopped lettuce. Hands down the worst cheeseburger I've had in a long time.
