Hit this hole in the wall place right after opening. Small interior. And outside seating too. You can sit at the bar or a variety of high tops and regular tables. Met by one of the chefs Alex since a delivery had just showed up and the bar manager/waitress Mo was taking care of that task. Alex explained the menu and the history of the joint and shared some suggestions. Mo made it back and took care of us going forward. I had the All American burger with cheddar cheese not American. Asked for medium and it came out more towards well done. Fries were a huge portion and they come seasoned with a garlic/parm salt on them. I think you can ask for none of that. I was not a fan of the seasoning. Especially since I was not told about it. Burger is a two fister good luck taking a bite size. Good portion. And the set up of lettuce tomato and onion was well placed and right sized. Bun was fresh and it comes sans any condiments. All the usual suspects are available or on the table. Our other entree was the all star. Philly cheese steak with onion rings. Tender and flavorful and the cheese steak expert gave it two thumbs up. The onion rings were very good. This place needs to survive. It is off the beaten path but worth seeking out. Give them a go!!!

Service was great for lunch! Unfortunately, they weren't getting fish sourced the day we went so no fish was available- which is what I planned to order. I ended up getting the buffalo chicken breast-so good! It was a huge piece of meet and I thought it was going to be tough, but wasn't quite tender! Thick curled fries were good and side salad was a good portion with fresh cut veggies.

2nd time we've come and loved it. Service was on excellent. Had a few cold ones and a burger this time. Wife had the cheese steak last time which was phenomenal. Cool bar pub with great food.

    Fried pickles ... so good

Experience: I was meeting someone and they suggested a bar around the corner. We did not like the atmosphere when went inside and decided to look for something else. Drews was around the corner, so we decided to check it out. It was 6:45 on a Thursday. Facility: It's a small place with some outdoor seating and some indoor seating. There are low table and chairs, and high chairs to sit at, and of course the bar. You are able to bring your dog to the outside seating. Service: Chelsey was our bartender/server. She was great!! Super friendly and patient with us while we decided what we wanted. Food: we ordered some fried pickles and they were so good. It was a huge basket and filled me up. I will come back to try their other food too. Overall: cute little place with a comfortable vibe. Would definitely come back and hope that Chelsey is working when we do.

Stopped by Drew's Brews & Grille and had a great experience. I ordered the Whiskey Bacon Burger, and it absolutely delivered--juicy, cooked perfectly, and packed with flavor. The bacon was crispy, the whiskey sauce had just the right balance, and everything came together on a soft, toasted bun. You can tell this is a burger they take pride in. Paired it with an ice-cold Yuengling, which was refreshing and hit the spot, especially sitting outside. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service really stood out--the server Vidya was excellent, friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to when I'm in the mood for a great burger and a cold beer.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch while in town. It was amazing!!!! Lindsey was awesome and took great care of us. Some of the best service we have had! The burgers were huge..... good luck finishing one! They were seasoned well and juicy....perfect. I ordered onion rings and they were golden and crispy. It is a small place but definitely worth the stop!

We visited this evening for dinner and had a great time! The food and drinks were so good not to mention the amazing selection of bourbon that is available. They also have a cellar where they sell a variety of wine and spirits. We came here looking for something particular and our server took the time to go to the cellar while we were eating to find it for us. We have attended holiday events here over the years as well and it was always a treat. I have seen posts about the atmosphere we sat outside and really enjoyed it. Please check this place out. Reasonably priced for the portions, great presentation, service and quality.

I just figured that there was an upstairs area without Ada assistance. Instead.... Our walk to the table took us through storage and trash areas. See the pictures. The dining area....omg. See the pics. It still looks like a spare bedroom. The ceiling is falling in! There's black mold around the vent. My back was to a closet covered by a curtain. Service. They tried, but, were woefully understaffed. There were dirty plates stacked in the floor. The drinkware was plastic. The Mai ti tasted like blackberry. The Long Island ice tea tasted like lemon juice. My old fashioned was just whiskey on the rocks with an orange slice. We ordered the pretzel appetizer. Cheese was good, but the pretzel was a hoagie roll. When the server brought dinner, she thumped the plates on the other side of the table. I got up and moved them to where we were sitting. I asked for a glass of wine... it came with our check. I can't say I'll be back. Seeing the dirty plates on the floor and holes in the ceiling was just horrid. Seeing other patrons get rained on as they sat outside was terrible. I had been charged $10 just to make the reservation. Overall, 4 drinks and 2 dinners was about $120, not including reservation fee and tip. Overall, it was just sad. Very sad.

We got up early on Christmas Eve and opted to find a cool breakfast place. After a few minutes in Yelp, we found Backwater which is nestled in Historic Downtown Melbourne. Upon arrival we were seated pretty quickly and all the staff were very friendly. Our server Amy was awesome and recommended a few breakfast items that were awesome. We opted for the Greek breakfast and the Cuban Benedict which were both fresh and excellent. We also split their seasonal Cinammon pancake as well which was great as well. Pancakes are huge so make sure you leave some room if you plan on having one. All portions were healthy as well, no skimping at Backwater and everyone was in the Christmas spirit as well which was awesome! The fatty portion of my Prime Rib was excessive. I get that ribeye-style cuts derive flavor from fat, but this was to the point where it overwhelmed the dish and left me wishing I had ordered the lower-cost ribeye instead. On top of that, it came out medium instead of medium-rare, which didn't help. That said, others at the table ordered the NY Strip and Ribeye, and both looked excellent--cooked properly and more in line with what I'd expect from a steakhouse at this level. Highlights of the meal: Brazilian sliders were fantastic--definitely a must-order appetizer Oxtail stroganoff was rich and well executed Mac & cheese was a solid side Cocktails were creative and well made Overall, I've had better steaks at lower price points, but also worse ones at higher-end spots. Based on what I saw from other dishes, I'd absolutely give Ember & Oak another shot--just not with the Prime Rib next time.
