Sadly myself and another family member went for lunch out of 2 out the 4 of us got VERY sick contacting the owner I did not expect anything only to tell him being 4th generation restaurant owners formally in New York and Palm Beach county this was to make him aware of the situation he took my telephone number and said he would check with his supplier NO CALL BACK!! Take it from a jersey boy...this place is on point. The food and service are 5 stars forgetaboutit! The only thing that made me deduct a star was the place was in desperate need of a face lift. I missed Chekmarc's but Jersey Brothers definitely filled the void! The sausage gravy did not need any salt or pepper and had plenty of sausage. Had a great lunch at Jersey Brothers Diner in Palm Bay. Went there on Friday for lunch on my birthday. I had the "Jersey Sloppy Joe" with pastrami, swiss cheese and slaw. Delicious! My dad had the "traditional English" fish and chips, he said it was very good. The portions were enormous, we both brought home at least half as leftovers. The desserts were delicious, too. The atmosphere was fun and friendly! The service was friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend and I definitely would go back. read more

I was excited for my first meal after reading the comments and reviews about this restaurant. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and sat at a table that was clean and a modest menu that was about a legal size piece of paper which was laminated on both sides. It had breakfast on one side and lunch on the other. After looking through the lunch section, my husband chose the breakfast side, I asked the waitress if their hamburgers were hand made or preformed, she informed me that they were preformed and since I RARELY eat meat, and certainly NOT cow hearts, I opted for the chicken tenders and fries. My husband got the "Big Breakfast" in which the pancakes were huge and tasted very much like great value pancake mix, the sausage links were underwhelming at best, the eggs were not real and definitely came from a box, and the home fries were tasteless, greasy, and flat. They also charged us for sliced tomatoes but never delivered them to the table. My coffee was cold, I ordered it hot, there was no cream offered to me so I had to take it from another table, and instead of refilling the water glass, we were delivered a small pitcher of water to refill it ourselves. My food, pre frozen chicken tenders and the fries were also served cold. I believe that the only reason this place has a 4.7 star rating is because they had the employees write those reviews. STAY AWAY!! This place is worse than Waffle House in my opinion. read more

First we should have known after my husband ordered chicken and rice soup and the waitress came back and said there's no chicken in the chicken and rice soup. Two of us ordered eggplant Parmesan, and wanted it very crispy, it came out very soggy. Another person ordered fish and chips, the fish you couldn't even cut it. It was solid. The server showed the kitchen the chicken Parmesan and then went and dumped it in the garbage. There was no compensation for anything, I guess you never know until you try a place. read more

Went for lunch with family members. My big complaint were the small portions. Had Meat Loaf, Mashed Potatoes and Cole Slaw. The Cole slaw was a spoonful in a small saucer. For $14 I expected a bowl. Tried jersey brothers diner this morning and it was pretty good. I got the Taylor ham sandwich while my partner got the steak and eggs meal. My sandwich was pretty good, I would get it again and ask for the Taylor ham to be a bit crispier. Egg and hash browns were typical for this kind of diner but overall good. My partner wasn't too happy with his meal, again the eggs and potatoes were good, but the steak wasn't impressive. He asked for medium and it was well done and fairly bland. Service was good, everyone was polite, and the inside was nice. I'd go back but for something different. read more

Beside the usual lunch fare of sandwiches and burgers daily specials today it was pork schnitzel, eggplant parm, Manicotti, chicken pot pie and Cuban shredded beef. Place is building a positive reputation locally since it opened a few months ago. Caters to a older crowd appears the staff have been in the food service industry most of their lives experience shows. Our second visit a week later stopped for dinner, calamari appetizer, served with house salads. Salad was incredibly fresh greens were crisp, calamari was legit made in back of house absolutely not a commercially available food product. I had the Veal Francese, incredibly light the sauce was perfectly blended, pasta cooked perfect al dente. Wife had the Chicken Parmigiana, nice flattened filet seasoned breading not too heavy, served with a house made Marinara nana could do no better. The house made Tiramisu for dessert served in a jar was light and delicious. The food selections were great- I had it down to 5 choices. Angie was the perfect waitress- attentive without being overbearing. I noticed the diner by the big yellow flower on the windows and even though we had driven by this diner 1000's of times never noticed the sign which is very difficult to see- maybe if the lettering had a black outline?? This is the perfect restaurant. Period. The food is as fresh and as made-to -order as you'll find anywhere in Brevard and the staff is warm and welcoming always. The atmosphere is clean, adorably decorated, and comfortable and even when it's a full house we've never felt cramped. The owner is always walking around and greeting his customers. The front case is full of Dr. Brown's and homemade desserts. The specials board is always updated. They serve a full breakfast and lunch menu all day and a specialty dinner menu several times a week. I've dined here probably six times in the past two months and each visit has been better than the last; we've enjoyed their pancakes, omelettes, grilled chicken, fish & chips, chopped cheese, burgers, broccoli cheddar soup (better than Panera)...the real winners for me are their Jewish delicacies, which are so hard to find in our area. So, heard that this was the place for breakfast and lunch in Palm Bay...Oh My Goodness...Jersey Brothers Diner did not disappoint! I had the special of Chicken and Dumplings...it was just like my mother used to make...fluffy, but still dense dumplings with great flavor! Nice mix of veggies with chicken! Had to save leftovers for dinner tonight! ALL staff were VERY hospitable! What a great place! The food was great. I had lemon ricotta pancakes and I was amazed to find actual fresh lemon zest throughout the pancakes. It seems most places just use flavoring but this place uses real lemons! Way to go Jersey Brothers! The pancakes were not big and thick but they were delicious. My dining partner had the salmon Benedict which he said was fantastic. We shared the hash browns that came with it, and they were a home run too. They were not oily at all, and were crisp outside and tender inside. So very yum.. The only thing better than the food was out waitress, Barbara R. What a lovely person! For starters the food was good and authentically Jersey diner. That is the most important thing. What is lacking in the TRUE Jersey diner experience is 1- there are NO booths. It is all tables and chairs. Literally every single Jersey diner has some booths. 2- lack of a well stocked display case with sweets, notably large chocolate chip cookies and black and whites.
