However, I don't think it's beating out a Publix Italian or even a Jersey Mike's, if you want to drive down the street a bit. Inside, it is very much a local deli vibe. A couple of tables, some TVs go in, and it really establishes itself as that. Nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be. Coffee-wise, it looks like they mainly just offered drip coffee over on the end, but I didn't order any, so I'm unsure if they had a more expansive menu. I'm definitely going to give it another try, but try what they are known for this time, that being some bagels, if they still have any in stock by the time I get there. She also loved the pasta salad but wasn't a fan of the Parmesan sprinkled on top. If Parmesan must be involved, let's keep it to the kind that comes from a block and not the green plastic shaker. Just my two cents. The staff was friendly, service was great, and soda refills appeared before we even had to ask. I also loved the local artwork displayed throughout the restaurant. Every piece has a price tag, so if something catches your eye, you can literally take it home with you. I had Foam Alone, hot. My husband had Fudge Around and Find Out, iced. Mine was incredible. His was very good too but mine was better. Both were done very quickly. The lady running it is very nice, service is great, and the coffee speaks for itself. Atmosphere does not really apply here given the format but that is not a complaint at all. The menu was way more unique than just your traditional coffee shop and many of the items on it were homemade. The owner takes a great pride in ownership and it shows. Sizes and prices were reasonable and comparative to what you find at a Starbucks or Caribou but the drinks were handcrafted with way more care and creativity. There was a large gathering of people to pick up coffee, so it was easy to assume that this local joint was decent. We enjoyed our drinks! Well worth the stop.

As you face the building, the entrance is on the right side, where a friendly hostess greeted us and quickly seated us. The restaurant was spotless, and the updated interior gave it a much more open and comfortable feel. The menu offers the traditional breakfast and lunch favorites that most diners would expect, with a good variety of egg dishes, omelets, pancakes, sandwiches, and other classics. After looking over the menu, I decided on the Florida Man sandwich with the grits on the side (they normally are served ON the sandwich), while my wife ordered the scrambled eggs. Our waitress was wonderful throughout the meal, keeping our drinks filled, checking on us regularly, and making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The Florida Boy sandwich was excellent and easily the highlight of my meal. It was cooked well, full of flavor, and something I would definitely order again. I gave my side of grits to my wife to complete her simple order of scrambled eggs. Unfortunately the grits were a little thick and the eggs were a little overcooked.
