Their staff is nothing but amazing. They're also really good with helping you pick out a drink. I went when the menus were down today and I've been a few times but I just couldn't remember what I usually get and they gave me a couple suggestions of new drinks that they've been testing out and I said sure why not and I got my drink and it is the best drink. I think it's called wedding cake. And when I was given my drink, I was told that if I didn't like it that I could come back around and they would get me a different one which I thought was so sweet, I've never not liked to drink that they've given me, but I thought it was really sweet that they gave me that option. This is True customer service. I wish I got the name of the girl that had helped me with my order and rang me up, but she had really pretty polkadot nails. She's very sweet and very personable. Drink is absolutely fire. I've never had a bad experience with a drink at seven brew. The line was also very quick 10 out of 10. Thank you for making my day!

The coffee here is absolutely fantastic, but I've pulled out of the drive-through three times because they either stated one line taking orders and I've sat there for 5 to 6 minutes or they haven't got me at all and finally realized that hadn't gotten me and by that time I'm irritated and I waited just to tell him that I'm not buying coffee because you guys gotta pay attention. The problem is the youth. I wish they could figure a different way out for us older folks who don't want to go through the youthful experience of drive-through coffee lol

Fresh, Healthy Lunch Spot by the Beach…read more Such a great little place for a light and healthy lunch, especially if you're spending the day near the beach. The menu has plenty of fresh options, but the wraps were the standout--packed with flavor, super fresh ingredients, and just the right size to leave you satisfied without feeling heavy. It's the kind of spot where you can grab something delicious and still feel good about what you're eating. What made it great: * Fresh, healthy choices that don't taste "healthy"--just really good * Wraps that are flavorful, well‑made, and actually filling * Quick service, perfect for a beach-day lunch * Easy to get to, just steps from the water It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and want something tasty without the guilt. I'd absolutely stop here again on my next beach day.

Plenty of seating and the area near the counter seems to be a bit cooler. An extensive menu with plenty of choices. I settled on the T Street wrap which was chicken salad in a spinach tortilla with carrots spinach and avocado. Flavor was pretty good and plenty of crunch from the carrots. The chicken salad was a tad dry for me so next time I will ask for extra mayo to add in. It came with tortilla chips (from a bag I would imagine and they tasted like it) and some of their homemade beet hummus. A hard pass next time. Not my thing apparently. Also it says it comes with tomato. Missing on my wrap. Just noticed reviewing the menu. That may have helped with the dryness. They had a cooler that had drinks in it, but the bottle of tea I grabbed was warm. They also have a thing of water you can help yourself to. But it could have used some ice. It was room temp. But free. Busy cafe and they were pumping out the food and drinks. Coffee drinks appeared to be very popular from my vantage point. Gonna have to give it a go again and try a bowl. Normally I would have only done three stars but the staff was very friendly and smiled when they brought my food to me, extra star for the vibe.

Every smoothie here already comes with protein, and you can stack on extras like greens, collagen, or creatine. I went with a large PB & Banana and added greens, and it was honestly one of the best smoothies I've had in a while. Super flavorful, not overly sweet, and you can taste the quality. They also serve coffee, espresso, and some really tempting muffins. I only tried the smoothie today, but I'm already planning to come back for the coffee and a muffin next time. The shop is tucked into a small strip mall, but parking was easy. Inside, it's clean, organized, and has a calm vibe. The woman behind the counter was incredibly kind and knowledgeable -- the kind of customer service that makes you want to return. If you're someone who works out nearby or just wants a healthier smoothie option that doesn't sacrifice taste, this place is a gem. Prices are affordable too, which is always a win.

The girl behind the counter was super nice and made the whole stop easy and pleasant. They've got a pretty solid lineup of smoothie flavors, plus what looked like a good coffee drink selection too. Now, can I confidently speak to the nutritional profile of these smoothies? Absolutely not. Did they taste incredible? Without question. I got a cookies and cream and a strawberry banana chocolate, and both were fantastic. Honestly, they tasted more like delicious milkshakes wearing athletic clothing and pretending to be healthy. No complaints from me. Definitely recommend this spot.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more Being a gym rat - one who is upgrading from a big power lifter to a svette body building for everyday life (so no shows are anything like that) - I am always on the lookout for a good place for a protein shake. My "Go-To" at times, if I want to be lazy, is either Tropical Smoothie Cafe or even Wawa. However, I get some excellent suggestions from my fellow Yelp Elites, or even my closest friends. With that in mind, my close friend, Paula, told me about a new smoothie/coffee/health bar location she passes by every time she goes to work called Mermazing Nutrition. Since I take creedence to her suggestions and it is a smoothie place, I had to check it out. Paula, thank you for the suggestion because Mermazing Nutrition (which I will shorthand to simply Mermazing for the remainder of this review) is overall, in general, an amazing business with an amazing owner/operator running it. Though an address is given, I must stress more details on its location as many people might miss it. It is located on Babcock St., on the west side of the street and just north of Tropical Smoothie Cafe in between Fay Blvd. and Hibiscus Blvd. If it further helps, it is next door to Jimmy John's. The locale itself is kinda smallish, but I discern most people come in to get their orders and be on their way moreso than stay. However, it being smallish means it is cozy, and the cozy atmosphere is kinda simplistic with splashes of personality which includes the picture background which has become a popular trend amongst businesses, especially restaurants, as of late. There are a couple of tables and chairs for those who choose to sit in and enjoy what Mermazing has to offer, and there is a long, leather (?) couch people can sit on, too. As for the menu, what I saw were mutliple variations of smoothies and teas. I didn't see any food options, so take note of that as you come here. They have a normal range of protein shakes, iced coffees, and loaded teas. The standouts are their specialty menu which are drinks specified by Mermazing. They also have unique names like "Daisy Dukes," "Yellowstone," "Pretty n' Pink," and "Snakebite." You'll have to ask what each shake has to specifically offer though. The Extreme Rebuild is an amazing post-workout shake that includes almost 40 grams of whey protein, BCAAs, and L-glutamine. Finally, the "Kitchen Sink" literally has all the supplements you can add to any smoothie, in the smoothie. So imagine a smoothie with all the add-on ingredients and vitamins you can add. That is it. Would be cool if they served the drink in-house with a miniature kitchen sink, though. Ultimately, patrons have to understand this is a storefront for a representative of Herbalife. Julann is your local representative for Herbalife, which I will admit is a great product, but there are others out there that may or may not be good or better for you. What I like about Julann is that she doesn't "bully sell" Herbalife, mocking or insulting other options. She does her best to promote Herbalife, concentrating on that compared to belittling the competition. So overall, I am very impressed with Mermazing. True the price might be higher compared to a Wawa, but for a local business, it is actually really good and fair. The lack of food might be seen as an issue, but Mermazing doesn't try to promote or push that it sells such. Besides, anyone wanting food can stop by the Jimmy John's next door or go elsewhere. That is not what Mermazing promotes or offers. I will give Mermazing an overall score of four out of five stars. If I return a couple more times and they are just as good or even better, I will definitely give them their fifth star for consistency.

Case and point: almost every major gym had a Tropical Smoothie nearby. These days, Tropical Smoothie is no longer the powerhouse they used to be. However, at times, I stop by and find their selection nostagically delicious. As for this particular location? It has "fallen from grace" from the first times I been here, but overall, they are not bad. But on the other hand, there are better Tropical Smoothies out there. This Tropical Smoothie is located on Babcock St., south of Hibiscus Blvd. and north of US-192. Remember what I said about gyms always nearby Tropical Smoothies? Fitness Society and Club 4 Gym is nearby. Getting into the parking lot for Tropical Smoothie is not hard. Easier to make the right turn in for sure, but there is a left-turn lane in the center of Babcock St. Just respect the right-of-way and you're golden. Inside, the biggest take-away I found was how minimalistic the decor was. It is no longer the vibrant beach theme it used to have. Instead, we get simple tables and chairs and certain painted walls. No pictures, no fake plants, nothing. However, the addition of online ordering might be where most of their business is now. There was a line and it seemed as if there were only two people working that day. Ergo, service was kind, but slow. This was probably the most glaring issue I came across, but I do not want to dunk on the workers. They were great. However, businesses seem to not know how to keep up with the times. Restaurants, in general, are having a hard time keeping staff. I ordered one of their protein smoothies as I am a protein hog, and the classic PB & J with banana flatbread. Both were delicious and maybe it was me, but the prices see adequate for inflation. Nothing too expensive actually. Overall, not a bad visit, but I remember the heyday and this is not what it was. I will say my visit was average and the food is still good for what it is. However, I did check macros and just like back then, I stopped drinking too many of their smoothies because the sugar content is quite high. Whenever I go to church on Sundays, I may make the stop to get more flatbreads and a smoothie every now and then. I will have to see if they have a sugar-free option with Stevia sweeteners. If they do, they'll definitely get that boost.

Online orders stare they will be ready in 10 minutes but that is not the case when it is busy. Their online system should account for this and not always give the same time for every order. During the lunch hours it can get ridiculous. I would recommend ordering online 20-30 minutes before you would like to pick up. There is seating inside, cubby squares to put up online orders that you look for your name on the receipt and take yourself. The ambience is casual and noise level is average. Their straws for me are very difficult to open, maybe I haven't figured out the technique. The food I have tried is pretty good and they even have kids sizes. Some of the smoothies are high in sugar so don't think their smoothies are all healthy. I believe the quality of service would greatly improve if this location could be staffed with more employees or they need to get rid of phone/online orders (I would greatly miss this gesture) if they cannot staff it well enough to keep up. I witness an employee almost have a meltdown during the rush one day.
