I didn't try everything they were cooking, but the chicken tacos were on point. Some of the best chicken I've ever tasted really. It instantly stood out when I took a bite. Idk how they got so much flavor in it. Must be triple marinated or something. There were steak and shrimp options I seen also. Diff bowls, tacos, and burrito options on the menu. A couple side items to choose from as well. The food was ready quite quickly. Everything was nice and fresh. They also had this homemade mango salsa that was ridiculously good. You could tell they spent a ton of time preparing that and everything else they had to offer. Like I said I didn't try everything, but looking forward to when I see them again. Idk where they set up at regularly, but they said you could contact them for private events if need be and gave me a card. I'm guessing they're at diff places in general. Pricing is okay, three dollars a taco. If you order less than five they automatically add fifty cents for sauce. I went with three tacos so my total after tax and the salsa surcharge was just over ten dollars. I also thought it was a bit strange that they use paper plates and wrap them in plastic wrap instead of your more traditional takeout container. The tacos themselves were good. The bowl and soft taco were really good. Fresh food, great rice and beans with fresh lettuce. I added jalapeños to my bowl which gave a great kick. The tomatoes on both dishes were great. The workers were so nice and seemed a little surprised that I knew Spanish, which was kind of cool. It is an outdoor food truck, for those that don't like the heat, forewarning. When we were there, it felt good. The location is in a good spot that catches a little breeze from the car passing on New Haven. This will 100% be my go to for tacos when I'm craving them!

Consistently solid offerings though we wish they'd use real butter on their knots....its a bit of a weird margarine-type spread. Decent service, and such a cool, historic location (former bank building) that CAN get noisy inside but we have even eaten at the "communal" tables inside when they were busy and STILL had a very pleasant meal. EXCEPTIONALLY clean bathrooms with GREAT cinematic photos involving pizza and hot, hot water and good soap....that goes a long way with me.
