    Mulcahy sandwich is really good

Nice small and quaint sandwich shop. The staff was very friendly and the sandwiches was more than I can eat in on setting but very good. I would go back to try their other dishes.

    Cuban #27 Cuban Pressed Sandwich

Stephanie L gave great service and the restaurant was clean and the portions were on the spot as I could only eat half of a Cuban which was phenomenal. My wife had an Italian plus we enjoyed Mac and cheese fried.

Experience: I had a bought a group a while back and needed to use it up, and just happen to be in the area. It was a Saturday morning at 10:45. Facility: This is a small place located in a strip mall with Winn Dixie a few stores down. There are some tables and chairs to sit on if you want to stay. They have a ton of snacks out along the counter where you order and drink station on the opposite wall. Service: 5/5 Megan helped me and she was nice and patient. She talked me through the popular items and helped me narrow down my selection since there are a lot of choices. I ordered my food to go. I have to give extra kudos to the way they so thoughtfully packed the food. The sandwich was in nice thick paper so the oil won't leak through. They put a piece of cellophane over the salad to help keep it in place. They actually put napkins, utensils and crackers in for my salad. And they put things in separate paper bags for protection. Food: Italian - 4/5 unfortunately the bread was stale. But the meats and toppings were delicious... could use a little more salt and pepper though. But I love the way they wrapped a piece of ham around the toppings so they don't fall out when you take a bite. With fresh bread, this would have been a 5/5. Chef salad - 5/5 this salad was giant! Loved the toppings and the value for your money. Cheese sticks 2/5 They cook these in an air fryer and it is very obvious. Maybe some people prefer it this way, but the breading is just too bread-y when they don't fry it traditionally in oil. It's not as crunchy and it is lacking some of the flavor from the oil. I know you are saving my heart some of the bad fats, but maybe it's just a personal preference but I just don't like these cooked in an air fryer. Overall: I like this place. I will come back and try some more options.

    Fries with burnt tips.

I hadn't been here in a while. I ordered the meatball parm hoagie and a side of fries. I would pass on the meatball parm. The bread was super fresh and the cheese was great. The meatballs are bland and the sauce is also. The tips of the fries were burnt. If you want to take the time and cut off the tips, then the fries will be good. They also have curly fries. I will try an Italian next time.

Tasty and came out hot! Friendly staff

Tasty food that came out hot. Friendly staff as well. Lots of seating for everyone. Came here when we were hungry and food was quick to come out.

Shout out to a sub shop that's been around forever! I live in Orlando and frequent my hometown PB here and there for family. I ordered a sub from here today, because I already knew it was good, and made my adult order because I only came here as a kid prior. The sub was a full foot long and delicious. It was also ready in a few minutes ! I was too hungry to take a photo of the actual sub...

Tried Mash Hoagies since we pass it all the time. The food was really good. We had a chicken Greek salad, the chicken bacon provolone sandwich, and fries. The portion sizes were nice and the food was made fresh. The staff was also friendly when I went to pick up the food. We will definitely return to try other menu options.

    The Hawkeye!

I had the Hawkeye, the MASH way. Loved it! The shop is tiny but adequate. I will return in the future!

The Hawkeye Italian on pressed Cuban bread
    Michelle B.

I like to customize and make my own, so I ordered The Hawkeye Italian and opted to have it pressed on Cuban bread. I love veggies and all the fixings so had it the Mash Way and added sprouts. It was a good sandwich. I ordered in advance through the Yelp Grubhub pickup option and had it in about 40 minutes. Not the best in the area but good. I would try again.

Facility: this is a small quaint spot with Mexican decor with red seats. There is booth and regular seating. The booths have high back which allows for nice privacy. Service: the waiters are always super helpful and nice here. The food comes out quick too. Food: I love the salsa here. It's so hard to find a place with a good salsa and I like theirs. We always order the queso dip too. It was a little too thin this time and they fixed it right away. I also always get the carnitas fajitas. I love carnitas and when they put it on the sizzling cast iron, it adds some crunchy "burnt" parts. Not really burnt, but well done and delicious. But there's still plenty of tender juicy parts of the carnitas too. Another downfall is they only give you rice or beans and not both like usual Mexican restaurants. Otherwise the food is top notch. Overall: this is the 3rd time I've come here. It's not too far from where I live and I like the food and service, so we will be back.
