Adorable cafe in Indian Harbour Beach. My friend suggested this place for brunch and made reservations for our party. When we arrived we had the best outside spot along with a high chair ready for us. Our server was Jeanette, she was sweet and fast. We ordered a carafe of mimosas and put in our order. There was a very large party seated outside so our order did take a bit to arrive but it was hot and fresh. I ordered their french toast with strawberries and mascarpone. There was an option to add candied pecans and that was an amazing addition to this breakfast. It was presented like a sandwich and the mascarpone middle with the strawberries was the perfect sweet! There is a little dessert display inside and we bought their caramel cheesecake. It was incredible! Also, the bathroom was clean and had artwork, there was also a little mouthwash station! I had no idea this place existed, but I'm glad I do now. From the outside, I thought it would be eclectic, but the vibe is perfect, and the table settings are a tad fancy. The waitress handed the five-year-old a menu that you can draw on erase and draw on again and put butcher paper on the table for him to draw on. He was still busy coloring with his food came out! Love, Love Too Cool Cafe! It was my husbands 1st time eating here and he loved every bite! If you follow my reviews, you already know sometimes I forget to take the pic before eating . The pastas were amazing with great spices and seasonings! The banana pudding in the exact words of my husband "This banana pudding is stupid for no reason". I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere while seated outside. My screwdriver was the perfect refreshment for the light breeze and umbrellas. Bobbi Jo was such a sweet waitress, as she checked on my multiple times and brought the food, which was exceptional to say the least. Was visiting for an event at USSSA Spacecoast, and my wife wanted to find a good coffee shop. This one had good reviews on Yelp, and we were not disappointed. The building is small but comfortable. There are quotes literring the wall about how amazing wine of and such. On the wall, they have a nice selection of wines. You can see the kitchen from most of the tables. They covered it with a black sheet, but it is still kind of visible, but not an eye sore. The only eye sore we saw was that they had a door wide open to the prep area, but otherwise, it was fine. You are greeted by the sight of fresh pastries for sale as well as cheesecake and creme brule. A hostess said hello and asked if we had a reservation, but we did not, but thankfully, they were able to sit us. It does show how busy this place can be if a reservation is required... we sat immediately and greeted just as fast. They have bottomless mimosas and sangria mimosas, the sangria one is huge and loaded with fruit, like a bloodymary, but fruity and with champagne... no, not like a bloodymary, but I digress. We ordered our food and loved every bit of it. I had the pancakes and my wife and son French toast. The fruit that came with our meals was bright and fresh, my pancakes were huge, and everything felt great for the price we paid. This is such a cute cafe! We stopped for breakfast on a Friday morning and it was pretty busy. It is a very unassuming place, small, but they do have outside seating. Service is fast, staff is friendly and they don't rush you. Sometimes busy places that are small want you out quickly but not at Too Cool. The menu is pretty large and the portions are too! Stopped in here after being turned away at a place down the road called Morning Glory because they wouldn't allow us to sit outside with our dog. Too Cool Cafe welcomed us and our pup. They even brought her a bowl of water and the servers gave her a lot of attention! Glad we found this cute cafe! I got an Apple and Brie Burger and my partner got the Hangover Burger (loaded with maple bacon and a sunny side egg!) We both substituted chips for Parmesan fries for an extra $2.95. Both burgers were huge and yummy. I stuck with water to drink and he got an Arnold Palmer. Our bill was a little over $40. Our server was Bobbie Joe and she was extremely nice and attentive. We were too full for desserts but they had a great selection and they looked delicious! Cheesecakes, pies, brownies, cakes, and cookies! I hope we have a chance to stop back in before we leave town. They serve what looks like some delicious breakfast too but only until 10:30am and then they move on to their lunch/dinner menu. So this place has lots of potential and is super cool. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere here is awesome. And the food was pretty darn good. I do have to knock it a couple stars, first because my over easy eggs came out with the white section uncooked still with clear liquid. My potatoes came out wrong, the waitress did notice on her own and brought new potatoes, but still two mistakes on one meal. They also didn't have biscuits and gravy on the menu...come on man, how can a breakfast/brunch location in the south NOT have biscuits and gravy? They do have a bunch of veggie options for the leaf eaters, lol. The second star knocked was for prices...not the main courses as they are priced pretty good. But any deserts or drinks are way over priced, not cool! The brownie was $9.75, the Bloody Mary was $9.95, and the Sangria was a whooping $12.75 WTH. And both drinks had barely any liquor, very weak. For those prices, the customer better get a buzz...if you are drinking for brunch, get the $20 endless mimosa for a good value. I'll be getting that next time. A $60 breakfast with the meal being only $30 of it, watch out for those sides, deserts, and drinks We will be back for sure as the service was AMAZING and the main meals were worth the price. Paige is our service professional today and she has a fantastic personality. At the onset of our introduction, I became paranoid as I thought she knew I was a restaurant critic and she wasn't happy about that. However, it turns out she just didn't like me on general principle, which, if you ask anyone who knows me, is perfectly understandable as I sometimes aspirate the joy out of people just by being there. It's a gift. I love this place because they have the single best-designed, not tastiest, burger in Brevard. Their lobster burger medium rare may not be the best burger in the county, but it certainly is unique and delicious. As such, I ordered the Lobster Burger Medium-rare and an order of Fish Tacos with Mahi-Mahi. Paige soon returned laden with my grub and setting it down, perfunctorily turned away to perform other duties. Over the many years I have been coming here, I have had this dish poorly and exquisitely served. Today it was above average. The patty was more medium than rare, but the lobster was oh-so succulent and the accompanying Parmesan fries were divine on the palate. Reluctantly putting the Lobster burger to the side, I focused on the Mahi Mahi Tacos. They offer these with Salmon as well, but Salmon, to me, has a high degree of risk as to freshness, and the cook this day was struggling a bit, which is why I went with the Mahi Mahi. With that being said, the tacos were delectable and well above average. Something was a bit off, maybe the salsa or the seasoning on the fish, regardless they were a solid B+. During the many years I've eaten here, I've found the food to run the gambit from A+ - B+, but nothing ever below that mark and so the Big Boy says. "Go. You won't get a bad meal no matter what you order or who is slinging the slop." I would be remiss if I didn't add that on a personal note, I am highly disappointed that with the name "Too Cool Cafe," they don't have any mention of Grandmaster Sexay, Scotty 2 Hottie, or Rikishi in the place. There is inside and outside seating. The outside seating have several umbrellas that prove just enough shade/ covering. Table seating is an average of 4 at each table and Dogs are welcome, (no seat for the dogs, however they do provide water bowls for them.) Paige (waitress) was helpful in sharing all the great dishes on the menu and drinks offered. A patron let me know as we were not sure what we wanted to drink that the sangria mimosas were very good. ...they didn't lie. Sangria mimosa were very good with lots of fruit. The menus had several options to choose from. All the food came out and not only looked good but taste good. The goat cheese in the omelette and spinach were well balanced. You can choose different sides than listed however there might be an up charge . The pepper bacon didn't come with the omelette and the tomatoes were a substitute for bread. The 3 egg breakfast and the extra side of grits were very good and the potatoes were what I would call not processed but fresh cut potatoes with Cajun season sautéed. I look forward to visiting again between the food and Paige (waitress) service who checked on the table regularly with smile and mentioned how good the desserts were. This place deserves a five stars because it is an oasis in the dessert. I mean, good food is hard to come by around Central Florida in general, and if you are interested in something other than chicken tenders, you'll appreciate this place. Proof: this cafe doesn't have chicken tenders on the menu. I rest my case. I got a big burger called "Hangover Cure", I needed it, and I rarely eat meat. My friend got a cheese steak sandwich. We ordered fries, which are very good fries also. I wanted to try onion rings but unfortunately they had ran out. One less picture for my review. The food was really good, the burger disintegrated in my hands while my friend ate her sandwich with a fork and knife. After our meal, we got a bread pudding. I burned my tongue, the microwave got one one me, but nonetheless I got all the flavors and really enjoyed the bread pudding. The place is small, quaint, lots of seniors. This is a super cute restaurant with very nice staff. It's a little small inside so there will probably be a wait if you want to eat inside on busy and hot days. They have laminated pieces of paper with a couple of activities on it and they bring out dry. Erase markers with them if you have kids. I had a little bit of a concern because their tablecloths are white, but the waitress didn't seem to flinch when she saw that my three year-old had accidentally drew a line. Now to the food. We had the hangover, a kids cheese burger and the Cajun. The waitress brought out an Aioli sauce that made everything that much better! We upgraded the sides to Parmesan fries and onion rings. The onion rings were amazing! The onions... stayed in place! And they weren't oily/soggy. My Cajun burger lacked flavor and was dry unfortunately. I did not say anything though so this falls on me. I used some of the Aioli and it improved it immensely. We have a three and a four-year-old and it was way too much for them. They even shared it. The burgers are huge. I heard the burgers were amazing so we got them and I had to try the tomato bisque soup. The soup was amazing... creamy with pieces of tomato and the perfect amount of basil. The hangover burger for me was 3 star. The fried egg was overcooked so nothing runny at all. Guacamole was brown so apparently not super fresh. And the burger patty itself wasn't as flavorful as I expected from the reviews. The bun and cheese were yummy. You would expect at $12 it would include fries and not a bag of chips.
