The ambiance was great and the food was great! The service was outstanding too. I highly recommend the Brevardian for an enjoyable experience.

Brevardian Riverfront is a must visit! First off, the location is hard to beat. Sitting right on the Intracoastal, the views alone set the tone whether you're planning an elegant date night or just a casual evening out. It strikes that rare balance of feeling special without being stuffy. The menu delivers across the board. There's a strong focus on fresh seafood, but plenty of land-based options as well, so no one feels limited. Everything we tried was well-executed and flavorful. Inside, the space is eclectic in the best way. It's cozy, charming, and full of personality without feeling overdone. You can tell there was intention behind the design, and it adds to the overall experience. Outside is still cozy despite the open air ambiance. There's a two level patio area complete with an outdoor bar. Service was another highlight; friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive without hovering. The staff made great recommendations and kept things running smoothly. The only reason this isn't a full five stars is the wait time for the food. There was a noticeable delay, and while the staff was upfront about a backed-up kitchen (which happens), it did interrupt the flow of the evening a bit. That said, everything else--from the atmosphere to the food quality--was spot on. Even with the delay, we left impressed and will absolutely come back

Another visit, another great dining experience at this cozy riverfront restaurant. The menu featured seasonal options, which we appreciated and ordered from. We ordered the Winter Scallops and the Grouper Rockefeller. Both dishes were top notch. Others at the table ordered the Mojo Seared Grouper and Grouper Risotto and loved them. Don't skip the House Smoked Fish Dip, it's the perfect starter. There was a small hiccup on an order at our table but it was quickly corrected.

Grouper Risotto

Wonderful Lakeside Spot With Amazing Food & Service Such a great place right on the water. If you want to sit outside, definitely make a reservation, but the inside is so cute and charming that you won't feel like you're missing out either. The service was beyond wonderful--friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The food was amazing. We had the grouper prepared two different ways, the crab cakes, and the coconut shrimp, and every single dish was delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. This is one of those spots you immediately add to your "must return" list. Highly recommend, and we will absolutely eat here again.

Super nice riverfront location. Great views. Food is very upscale. The host and servers were fantastic. Started outside in the evening and there were a lot of mosquitos but got moved inside due to a table opening up. Inside is all updated and has a great atmosphere. Tasty drinks. Seafood chowder was very good. All the seafood was amazing. Ordered a steak which was cooked perfectly. This is a great romantic spot. Oysters were very fresh, highly recommend. Great experience and we will be back.

The service was outstanding! Our server was so knowledgeable and friendly, I would go back just because of him. Okay, the food was so very delicious, we would go just because of that. Combine the excellent service, the delicious food, and then if you have a party of four, make reservations and ask for table D11 and 12. Combine the food, service and pretty much your own private dining room, it is an experience to dine here. We will definitely be back.

Traveling, so the outdoor bar setting was ideal. Excellent bar service by Nick and amazing recommendation with the short ribs. Loved his wine selection as he curates really clean wines that taste like familiar favorites without the headache. Beautiful ambience, amazing setting delicious food. Please go here and rave about them the way I have.

OMG WOW! If I could give this place more stars I would and if I wasn't married for over 25 years I would marry this chef!!! Our waitstaff Taylor was amazing! They had an accessible table right on the patio overlooking the Indian river! They started us off with homemade seasoned chips and a smoked cream cheese dip (complimentary). My husband ordered a dozen oysters on the half shell to begin. We then ordered the salmon with the most incredible Gruyère grits I have ever had with my husband ordering the filet with scallops. He loves scallops and was thrilled they came with the filet as usually it is paired with shrimp. The ambiance was a cool evening with low lighting on the table and a great atmosphere of soft music in the background. Gorgeous October night to be out having an amazing dinner on the river. Great food, great location, and great service! Thank you!!!

When trying to find a place for brunch, I was looking for a place halfway between Orlando and West Palm Beach as a good meeting point for my family. We were going to be celebrating my birthday - and that's when I found Brevardian! I wanted to go to a place on the water and so I made a reservation for the patio! I am so glad I did - my birthday brunch was perfect!! We even got to see some dolphins from our table! Upon arriving, we were seated right away - and the original table we were sat did not have any cover from the sun, but they moved us by the bar and it was perfect. I made a reservation for 10 people and we were all very comfortable. Our server Lisa came over - and she was FANTASTIC. She has such a cool personality and she really made our experience amazing. She had great recommendations too! We ordered the mimosa flight, which came with a bottle of champagne and 3 different juices (cranberry, orange and fruit punch) and assorted fruits on a board. I had never had a fruit punch mimosa but now I'm a huge fan! For food, we all ordered individual entrees (instead of the buffet platters) and nobody left anything on their plates!!! The food was AMAZING. I originally ordered the Cuban Breakfast, but unfortunately she came back from the kitchen to let me know that they did not have any ropa vieja :( but that was okay - I ordered the shrimp & grits instead.. and that DID NOT disappoint. My husband and BIL ordered the Steak and Eggs. They both loved it! And the rest of my family ordered the Ole Florida Skillet. Like I said, everyone left their plates CLEAN. The house sausage was really really good! Then, I was surprised with a small sampler of their desserts! Lisa brought me a key lime pie cheesecake with a toasted marshmallow on top, a chocolate cake with a pretzel crust, and a raspberry creme brulee! All three were incredible! That was really nice of them to do! We all had a really great time, and again we want to thank Lisa for making it such a great experience for us, and a great way to celebrate my birthday!

Food was excellent and interesting location with water view . Service was excellent , would have given a 5 but my taste buds for fish dip wasn't my style but my wife loved it . I had excellent soup and muscles in a red sauce . Good muscles but plain red broth Ordered a chocolate cake slice to go , pic looks good

Much like the other reviews I wanted to love this place too. I had heard great things and planned a special ladies brunch for my birthday today. Well apparently another party had the same idea and a group of 26 was sat the same time as we were. I have never worked in a restaurant but I can imagine that was a challenge. So let me start with the good. The server Wesley was extremely patient and kind. There were 8 ladies in our party all with dietary restrictions. He did his best. The atmosphere could not have been prettier. We sat outside, everything seemed very clean as well. I had the Bloody Mary and the wagyu burger. Both very good and tasty. Here's where the problems came, as I mentioned we all had dietary restrictions. While mine is not life threatening other people in my group cannot be as flexible. There were no gluten free options clearly available and there was only one vegetarian option. When we asked for accommodations the chef refused. I completely understand wanting to protect your craft and your art but in this day and age you just can't be that inflexible. Almost everyone is allergic to something. If everyone with an allergy just stayed home restaurants would be out of business. We also did not receive our food together or even close to the same time. Our reservation was for 1130 and we waited what felt like a very long time for balsamic dressing because they had already run out. I hoping this was all just a series of unfortunate events due to that large party arriving at the same time as us I will certainly be back. If for nothing else the Bloody Mary's and Wesley's banter..

One of the best seafood dishes I've had ever! Freshest catch of the day cooked perfectly, sides and sauces are very good. Service is excellent our server Lisa knew the menu very well and had good recommendations. Cocktails were good. Ambiance is relaxed, most tables have a view of the water. I can't wait to come back and bring more folks to try this place for dinner next time

First time at The Brevardian, and it definitely won't be the last! From the moment I walked up, I was intrigued-it looks more like someone's cozy home than a restaurant, and that charm is felt immediately upon stepping onto the property. Wesley provided outstanding service-warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. And the food? Where do I even begin? We tried a little bit of everything, from appetizers to cocktails, and every single dish was a standout. The chefs truly showcase their creativity and skill through bold flavor combinations and beautifully presented plates. This place is a hidden gem with serious culinary talent. Highly recommend!

What does an entree come with?

It's an a la carte menu, so it doesn't come with a side salad or soup. Each entree is its own composed plate as described on the menu. They have great sides to choose from that are separately priced. Hope this helps!

She took one look and said he wasn't going inside. She didn't ask if he was a service dog. She didn't ask if he is trained or what is he trained to do. So I explained he is a service dog. So we came inside and a good vibe young man told us we can sit anywhere. It was a while before a very young man, a child, came to ask us what we'd like to drink. The manager delivered our iced teas. She asked what we wanted to eat and when I said I'd like the NY Strip medium and could I have a little horseradish sauce on the side she abruptly shut that down. She could have said she could check to see if there was some left over from yesterday. So I asked if maybe there was some left over. She said she'd look but I started feeling nausea about the whole thing and suddenly wasn't so hungry. Her vibe sent daggers in my heart. It seemed to us that she was really pissed off about my service dog, and she visibly treated us harshly compared to the couple that was sitting a few tables away from us. Thankfully, Alli started taking care of us and her beautiful energy was a lot more relaxing. We were able to finish our meal on a good note and even have a little caramel cheesecake. In three years, this is only the second manager that was immediately and unnecessarily negative about my service dog. He has gone to every restaurant and everywhere I go when I leave the house. I still don't understand why so many managers or servers don't understand the ADA guidelines for how to treat people with service animals. Every manager should be required to read the ADA guidelines. They don't realize the impact they have on people who are already vulnerable.

I ordered the wings naked with the sauce on the side so I can taste the quality of the cook because sauces can mask and hide quality. The wings themselves were cooked very well--great texture and done right--but they came out completely unseasoned, so they relied entirely on the sauce for flavor. I wish they would season their wings when asked for sauce on the side. That kind of attention to detail would've made a big difference and easily earned them a higher score. The mild sauce had a perfect level of heat and that classic buttery profile you expect. Portion-wise, the price felt a bit on the higher side for what you get. Burritos and quesadillas were filled simply with plenty of meat and cheese, while rice, beans, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, and tomato were served on the side. The fajitas followed a similar setup, with meat and veggies on a hot plate and tortillas and sides served separately. Even coming from a "clean plate club" family, we still needed three takeout containers to clear the table.
