    Crawfish boil

Service was great and ambiance is good but we came here just for the crawfish boil and it was so not good. It's just a bunch of meh looking crawfish with Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top, so it's super dry. The potatoes and corn are the same, very dry. Would not waste $58 on it. Boiled peanuts were yummy though!

Definitely come here for the half off all drinks happy hour! The drinks are really tasty and you can't beat the price after half off! This place is humongous and has a huge patio area as well. Seems like it's a popular spot with the locals and I can see why. I didn't get any food (Just had dessert) but the food looked to be really good! The bartender was really nice as well and managed to keep our drinks full despite the bar being filled with customers!

Fun, flavorful, and full of character! We'd just arrived at our vacation condo and needed a quick, walkable spot to grab dinner -- Cocoa Beach Fish Camp Grill hit the mark perfectly. The place has a fun, laid-back vibe with a wild mix of décor -- think gators, sports, and all kinds of quirky treasures on the walls. We were seated quickly and immediately greeted by a friendly, attentive team who made us feel right at home. They pointed out happy hour and a great deal on the build-your-own mac & cheese -- $5 off! Naturally, I couldn't pass that up. I started with a Key Lime Martini, and wow -- it was excellent. Tart, creamy, and actually had a solid pour of liquor (a welcome change from the usual 1-oz "tastes like juice" pours I'm used to). We shared gator bites, which were better than expected -- perfectly fried and super tender, especially with the dipping sauce. For my entrée, I went with the custom mac & cheese loaded with mushrooms, onions, and fried catfish. Everything came out hot and bubbling -- total comfort food heaven. My other half had the grilled mahi-mahi sandwich with crinkle fries and a Patrón margarita that packed a punch in the best way. Overall, everything from the drinks to the food to the service was spot-on. This place feels casual, fun, and full of good energy -- exactly what you want on vacation.

We were looking for a place to eat and it was already 930 so it was slim pickings and we found this place next to our hotel. We got sat down within minutes and we're greeted by our waitress. She was very nice but disappeared a couple of times. When we received our food it took awhile to get. The food was yummy and flavorful. It wasn't bad at all. The decor is pretty cool and there's a boat lol.

    Chicken cobb salad

Revisiting an old favorite! The vibe of this restaurant is super cool, very neat decor on the inside and outside. We sat outside. They were very quick to bring out food and get our order taken. Our server Sierra was very friendly and attentive! I got the cobb salad and their ranch is homemade and probably the best ranch i've ever had!

This was such a great place to go while we were on vacation this summer! The food was fantastic, the environment was fun, and the service was exceptional. When my daughter was overstimulated from the noise, they let us have a table in the otherwise closed portion of the restaurant. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated that!

It's a really good beach adjacent bar/ restaurant. Nice interior but I ate on the patio... I was very happy. Full menu with burgers wings and seafood. I got the jambalaya... it was excellent ( maybe a little salty on the shrimp but the rice balanced it.) large helpings and prices were very reasonable. Wait staff was efficient and engaging. Also helping each other and running food... I will definitely return.

    Fried green tomatoes caprese!

Food , drinks and service were 10/10 Highly recommend! Happy hour drinks were delicious!

Okay Foodies... this is a MUST spot if you want GOOD food, drinks, good service, and good music!!!! The place has four bars, a pool table., specials Mon-Fri, and live music at the outside bar. My friend and I went, at the recommendation of two people, on Friday night--all you can eat catfish $20. Let me tell you... that fish was delicious!! It was seasoned to perfection. I also had the fried okra, fired pickles, and hearty brisket chili. My friend topped off her meal with a key lime martini--3. I topped my meal off with a rum drink called "drop you britches' served in a mason jar. Rest assured I did NOT drop my britches, but the drink was... you guessed it GOOD. If you're in the Cape Canaveral area, this is a must go restaurant spot

Our waitress Mary Kate was fantastic. We host a Christmas party here every year for lunch and they are very accommodating for large groups of 40-50. Just give them a heads up. Great food! Fun atmosphere.

Sweet potato stuffed with pulled pork, crispy onion rings, Cole slaw. I did opt out of the chipotle bbq and substituted for honey bbq.

We were here as a big party of 20. Our server did an awesome job taking our orders. Food was delicious, though a bit on the salty side.

The country fried steak was absolutely delicious, as was the rest of the food. It has that small town, home cooked flavor. Everything made from scratch, nothing premade or frozen. We were both very happy with our food. I'm not sure why we never stopped in before, but we'll definitely come back again.

For my meal, I ordered Spicy Shrimp Tacos with no tortilla, and a side of fries. The tacos have Honey-chipotle grilled shrimp, pineapple salsa, siracha lime dressing slaw in it. All of the tacos/sandwiches are served with fries, sweet potato fries, or macaroni salad. The tacos weren't spicy at all but it was packed with flavor. The fresh slaw and pico complimented the shrimp. The fries were piping hot and they didn't need any ketchup. My mom ordered the Blackened Grouper Sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich has remoulade sauce, Bibb lettuce, and sliced tomato. The sweet potato fries were cold, but they quickly brought fresher hot ones to the table. She loved it. Mike got the Chicken Sandwich with fries. The chicken is topped with chipotle mayo, cheddar, bacon, romaine, and dill pickles. Mike enjoyed his meal. My dad got the Samoan Burger which has two 4 oz. smash patties, pineapple-bacon jam, cheddar cheese, fried egg, dill pickles, romaine lettuce, and J. Bird sauce on a toasted bun and sweet potato fries. He enjoyed it. Lastly, my sister ordered the Crispy Chicken Tacos with macaroni salad. The tacos are panko-crusted chicken tenders, topped with pico de gallo, shredded romaine, and chipotle ranch dressing. She enjoyed both the tacos and macaroni salad. Since the sweet potato fries were cold they brought us 2 free desserts. We got the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake & Pineapple Upside Down Cake. The Dubai Chocolate was delicious and had a delightful crunch from the pistachios. The upside down cake was warm and paired excellently with the vanilla ice cream. Overall, I would highly recommend checking out J Birds Island Eatery. Huge shout out to both Delaney, the hostess and Charlie, our waitress, for making our visit amazing. It took us a few minutes to go through the menu since we weren't familiar with the restaurant, and there are quite a few items to choose from. We ordered the "Crack Mac Snack" (macaroni and cheese) and added pulled pork and the biscuit bread. The food came out quickly, and we were not disappointed. The biscuit bread was absolutely amazing, rich, soft, and delicious (maybe a little too generous with the butter on top, but still delicious). It's a thick, hearty piece, about two inches high and roughly four inches square. The mac and cheese was a generous portion and easily enough to share, and it was really good. The homemade BBQ sauce was also a highlight. The only slight miss was my husband's Coke, which wasn't very sweet, possibly a calibration issue with the machine. Overall, this is definitely a spot worth trying if you're in Cocoa Beach and want something different. There's a lot on the menu, and we'll definitely be back.
