Lovely restaurant for lunch on the water with friends. We came on a Tuesday around noon and there were plenty of tables available outside on their patio. Raven was our server and she was wonderful. They were out of 2 of the drinks we wanted and she happily helped us pick/ create new ones. We ordered a combo of apps and salads for lunch and we all shared. Everyone was pleased with their meals. The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. Reasonably priced and great service! The watermelon cocktail is a must!

It was a beautiful afternoon, perfect for sitting outside. Must have been what everyone else had in mind too - there was no one inside and a lot of people outside. Was waited on right away by Darcie. She took drink orders and within minutes she was back with iced teas. We ordered the "Chips & Dips" for starters ($10.). It didn't take long for her to return with them. Tortilla chips, with a small cup of corn, Pico de Gallo, and bean salsa and another small cup of fresh guacamole made this a very good starter! For my entree I ordered their "Chef's Special Burger". This is an 8 oz blend (Elk, Bison, Wagyu, & Wild Boar) patty on toasted brioche, with toppings of goat cheese, tomato confit, crispy red onion, basil, arugula & fig jam. ($22.). It was delicious and cooked just as I had requested. All of the toppings combined with the burger made for a very tasty meal! This also comes with truffle fries which were very good! As the sign at the entrance states, each meal is prepared from scratch to ensure quality and authenticity and so a longer wait time for your meal may be expected at peak times. It's a good thing we ordered the Chips & Dips because it took a while for our entrees to arrive. That being said, the wait was worth it. Our server, Darcie, was polite, friendly, and helpful. She checked on us throughout our meal and brought extra ice for our teas. We enjoyed our food and I highly recommend you check them out.

Remodeled inside and not sure what it was before. Nice table by the window since it was overcast and might sprinkle. A/C was cranking so bring a jacket and we were adjacent to the bar and the music while a good playlist was loud. Seated right away and once our server was tasked it went along pretty well. Garrett did a good job and was good about asking up sell questions. Got me to buy a beer. The beer was a draft Stella and it was stale. Switched to a bottle without issue and you could really tell the difference. The fish sandwich was ok and the fries were very good. Fish portion on the sandwich was a tad small but what was there was flavorful. The Frutti Di Mare is what brought me through the door from looking at the menu (note the update it often so what is on Yelp is dated so I uploaded new ones) This portion was large and full of seafood. It was with a red vodka like sauce that was delicious. Pasta was hot and cooked just right. Check out the photo. happy Hour 5-7 but that was not mentioned to us but is on the menu. Gonna be back. See ya there.

Beautiful view with outdoor and indoor seating on the river. Lots of dock space to come by boat. Tiki bar is the perfect place for happy hour (M-F 5-7pm). Fun music and lots of tables. Full bar and a mix of seafood and other Caribbean and southern dishes. Came in for lunch when they opened on a weekend. We were one of two tables. The server was hard to find and once the food came, we didn't see her until we went inside to ask for the check after a very long wait. I had the Caribbean chicken bowl and hubs had the beef stroganoff. Both were too salty. I would go back for their happy hour in the tiki bar. Might try some other food, but weren't impressed with the initial visit.

Neat tiki bar on the water. Just happened to be there when "Benji" was playing. This dude is awesome. The chicken and churros were tasty and unique. A great Sunday afternoon hangout!

A great location with good service! We always look for new spots on the water to enjoy a nice evening out and Marker 99 fit the bill for the evening. The location is great, right on the intracoastal and tucked far enough back from US1 to seem cozy and secluded. The staff is very friendly and the only hiccup there was a host not recalling or realizing he had a whole other section outside to seat guests but we quickly overcame that. The menu is somewhat limited but yet also very diverse. We initially struggled to find something we'd want but then had to decide between several options. The food was decent but honestly not great or anything that would make me recommend them. I do however recommend Marker 99 for the ambiance. If you want to relax and have a couple drinks (and perhaps an app) in a relaxed and picturesque setting, this is a good locale for that.

3.5 First experience was not good. We went 45 mins before closing. They couldn't get a host to seat us. Once we were seated no one would wait on us. A couple servers walked passed the table & told us someone would be with us. Never happened, we went to the bar after about 10 mins. We ordered drinks, food was done at this point. Bartender was pretentious. He asked if I liked my drink, I told him not really, it didn't have much flavor. I ordered it from their cocktail menu, the drink wasn't worth $12. He mentioned he's made the drink many times and so on. After the rain, we left & ordered drinks elsewhere. We didn't enjoy this experience. Second time was much better. Our waitress gave us recommendations (first time trying the food). We sat outside during the day. Nice views, on the water. The food was tasty & fresh, it didn't take too long to come out. We did have to wait a while for her to bring our check.

A couple of cool cats enjoying a lovely night at 99 markers!!!

Walked in and was greeted and welcomed! we chose to sit at the outside bar where our bartender Lauren, attentively waited on us while seemingly running the inside and outside bar!!!... who could possibly be mad with a great staff and a great view. ps if your in Florida on Vacatiom why are you in a rush and what's a few minutes or 5?!....

    Flat bread, Marker 99! Excellent

Food was tasty. Service was fair. Sticky tables. They say they're getting new tables. Waitress didn't realize I ran out of water for a while. All in all a fair place to dine. Overheard the table next to us saying the drinks were strong. Drink menu didn't have prices.

Every day of the week they have a different separate drink menu for the specialties of that day. I love the Wednesday bourbon. The vibe inside is so amazing and Homie and it is pretty intimate though. So keep in mind if you have large parties like I went once with around six people it is hard for everyone to sit together. So I would definitely recommend coming on more weekday evenings when it's not as busy otherwise you will be having to wait in a line outside unfortunately. The capacity seems to be roughly around 30 people after talking with the bartenders. The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable. The off menu drinks that they could come up with ended up being some of my absolute favorites. I had the bartender at one point make me three surprise me drinks for whatever they felt like they could make. And every single one was so amazing I ended up passing it around to the rest of the group for everyone to try. Keep in mind, the drinks are probably a little bit more on the expensive side, but you are paying for more of the experience. It is also important to note that there is a five dollar cover fee that will last for a full week to enter the place, or you can buy an annual membership for $40. If you buy the annual membership, they do type out a membership library card for you and laminate so it feels very official and it's very cool to be able to have in your wallet. In the true vibe of speakeasy, this is a hidden gem.

The cocktails were exceptional. I asked for classic cocktails that weren't in the menu. They delivered. Love the place. Why Four stars? Service was three bears. The waiter with the blonde mop of hair is very nice but inexperienced. Too on top of customers when they arrive. He needs to give a menu and give a few minutes for guests to peruse it. The head bartender is brilliant. Talent without hospitality, though, is a craft cocktail fail. Kindness counts. The vibe was colder than the cocktails. I hope it improves on future visits. The blonde bartender in the grey dress was just right. Professional, attentive, and kind. This is easily a six star speak. When you are serving? You are "on." Be as excellent and calm of a person as you are outstanding at your craft.

Drinks are priced way too high for this scale of a restaurant. My pork chop was inedible it was so salty. Served dumped my husband's fries on the table cloth as she was putting his plate down, then proceeded to scoop them up and place back into the container they were in. Gross. My husband told her that he would scoop them up. My friend ordered fish which was not good it had a funny taste to it. They brought her another one which was worse. Three of the four entrees were bad. We tipped well, because we know the server isn't responsible for how the food taste, but when it was brought to the attention of the manager (not looking for anything other than to let him know our experience) the manager didn't seem to care. Maybe it was a one off night? But if I were the manager I probably would not have been dismissive, a genuine apology would have been nice to hear. Overall experience was not only bad, its was uncomfortable and a total waste of our night.
