I must say that I have taken a liking to Jersey Mike's Subs in Palm Bay. I think the quality is better than other franchised sandwich shops. The subs remind me of those that I had when I was growing up in New Jersey, the Garden State. Not surprisingly, the franchise originated on the Jersey shore as a family run business. I highly recommend this store to those who enjoy deli style food. I have so far never been disappointed by the food. I wish the place continuing success!!! :-) read more

The food is 4 star worthy but the few times I've been in here the service is slow as shit. There was 1 person ahead of me and I waited about 30 minutes for 2 subs. I've gone at non rush hour times where the store is not that busy and it's been consistently slow service. The chicken Philly cheesesteaks are pretty good. I haven't tried anything else. I eat here at least once a week. It's incredibly close to my job and it's easy to get in and out of - even when the line is crazy. The manager, Laura I believe, is amazing. She knows my sandwich order before I even say anything. Even when it's crazy busy, she's quick and efficient. She's incredibly good at keeping the line together- she's a real asset. The customer service as a whole is great. The sandwiches are tasty, bread fresh, meat portion size ample, and mike's way is DELICIOUS (minus the onions - but that's a personal preference). Sign up for the rewards program- double points on Monday and it's one of the few reward programs out there that seem to add up quickly and be easy enough to get free sandwiches with. Love the subs here! My favorite location, the servers are super friendly and nice. The food is fresh and they make it to order, Mike's Way is the best. My favorite is the #8 and the hubby tries different ones each time. Shore points add up quickly so make sure to get a shore point card. read more

the service was super slow. waited 20 min for two subs. i got the chipotle chicken and they should have asked me if i wanted to drink my sub rather than eat it cause there was so much sauce on the sub. they forgot to ask me what type of bread so that was a whole deal it self. i don't know what kind of chicken they serve people but it was like i was chewing a trampoline it was so chewy and slimy read more

I love the workers here. They have great hospitality and customer service. They're never rude with anyone and very very nice. Every time I go there the restaurant is clean. Subs are always made perfect and fresh as well as the ingredients they put on their subs. If you have never been to jersey mikes, you should definitely go to one. Being that I grew up in Philly, I can safely say the cheesesteaks, and the subs (aka hoagies) are the best I've found in the area. I do miss the Philly/Jersey crusty rolls though. Give them a try you won't be sorry! read more

The food is great, we go there a lot and order before we go . The cheese steaks are great as is everything else. The pastrami is also really good . I like that they have a punch card that you can use as a way of getting a free sub once in awhile. I like the people that run it and I like the atmostphere. This location is always perfection! It doesn't matter how busy or slow it is, my order is always made right and tastes great! Ingredients are always fresh and look great, too. Staff is just as great. It's a sub shop. Pretty good though. As for bad customer service, I don't see that, always pleasant with me and I can be grouchy sometimes. The Roast Beef Mike's way is really good. I will be a regular here when I want a sub sandwich. read more

I love Jersey Mikes Philly sandwhiches. I always order them online so i can skip the line. Today i ordered my Philly and the online order stated itll be ready for pick up at 12:07 on Tues April 24th. I thought ill wait till 12:15 because its lunch time and theyre most likely busy. Well i went straight to the pick up ahead line & the young lady at the register didnt even acknowledge i was standing there, she rang 2 customers up, and i had to speak up and ask her do i need to stand in the regular line to get my online order? she replied and said no whats your name, i gave her my name and she said oh no its not ready! First of all isnt that the whole point of ordering ahead, they give me a time to pick up, id expect it they keep their word, i even waited a little longer than the time they gave me..i mean i hate to complain and i love jersey mikes but she was rude and needs to be trained on customer service. Its 12:28 now and im about to go back and check on it but i hope this time around itll be ready. PS Im pregnant and im starving! read more
