I have to say this Jimmy John's was very clean. But they didn't have any customers in the store at all. They have these kettle chips with a Bbq, S&V, Jalapeno, and regular chips that I take a big bowl and mix all of them together and it has a wonderful flavor. I didn't get a sub or anything at this time because Jimmy John's has hot subs now but this particular store didn't have it when I looked. I've been to Jimmy John's a few times and the sandwiches are always very satisfactory. Service is good and fast.

I've been eating at Jimmy John's for 18 years and have ordered from dozens of locations. This is probably my least favorite one. The food is consistent everywhere so there's no issue there. I get the beach club everytime (although I do miss when it came with sprouts). I don't like that this location asks for a tip when you pay by card. And the options are 1) 15% 2) 20% 3) 25% 4) other. You have to select option 4 and enter 0.00 to avoid adding a tip. I consider myself a generous tipper when I'm receiving a service but I've never been asked to tip at a Jimmy John's before. I was just at the Wickham location on Sunday and their machine does not ask this. Also, this isn't a big deal but they like to cut the sandwiches in half here. Today the girl making my sub asked if I wanted it cut in half right before wrapping it up and handing it to me. I said "no, thank you" and didn't notice that she went ahead and cut it in half anyways until I got home. read more

First and foremost, I have to clarify this review for Jimmy John's located near Melbourne High School is for their delivery service. I will be honest and say I've never eaten at their location whatsoever. However, I have ordered numerous times for delivery when I was working for AIG in the past and currently as security for Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center. All and all, I am more than satisfied with it. Jimmy John's menu is very simplistic. They only serve sub sandwiches, drinks, chips, cookies, and pickles (you read that right, pickles). I have ordered their turkey, provolone, and avocado sub, their double roast beef and cheese sub, and their tuna subs in the past. All of them have been good. Are they as good as Subway or Jersey Mike's, that is debatable as I believe it comes down to preference. However, for what they have, it is good. There are two details about Jimmy John's that truly stands out from the rest though. The first is the "unwich" option. I'll be honest and say that over time, I am losing my taste for bread. I don't know why but most bread for me just feels like I am eating filler (which technically it is). Ergo, I love the "unwich" option in which they the bread is replaced with numerous leaves of romaine lettuce. Secondly, I love my pickles and I love the fact the pickles are huge! I just found this out recently as my most recent order with Jimmy John's, I ordered two. They were huge. Ergo, I will only need to order one next time. Ultimately, Jimmy John's to me does not stand out in flavor or variety. There are other sub places that actually do a better job in those categories. But the speed of making their subs to delivery and the option to replace bread with romaine lettuce leaves are major pluses to me personally. Jimmy John's, the one located near Melbourne High School, easily gets four out of five stars. The only reason why they are missing a star is that my review lacks any critique of their actually restaurant. read more

First time ordering from this establishment. I asked for yellow mustard on my sub they said ok. When I got my sub it said dejon mustard on the ticket. I told them I asked for yellow mustard which they replied they only have spicy mustard. I told them I can't eat it and asked to remake it. I do love JJ food! However the delivery has been lacking to say the least. I order food from them almost everyday. They are no longer freaky fast!! They have now moved to Freaky Slow!! Every time I get a sub from here, something is wrong. At 9:00 at night, when I'm the only person in the place (always), is it really necessary to have three people working on taking my order and making my sub? I take off items and add others on but it's not rocket science. I'd rather you slow it down and get my order correct than be super fast and screw it up. If I'm the only customer, who cares about typing changes into the register. I'm standing right there. Talk to sandwich makers!! Still love it but get it right. Slowest Jimmy John's EVER! I love JJ, it was basically the only food I ate in college and this one is just flat out disappointing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after they first opened but it has been long enough and they should be Freaky Fast by now! Not only do I find myself waiting minutes for my sandwich they have on multiple occasions forgotten key ingredients to their signature subs (e.g. avocado on a club lulu, onions on a Italian night club).
