I have to say this Jimmy John's was very clean. But they didn't have any customers in the store at all. They have these kettle chips with a Bbq, S&V, Jalapeno, and regular chips that I take a big bowl and mix all of them together and it has a wonderful flavor. I didn't get a sub or anything at this time because Jimmy John's has hot subs now but this particular store didn't have it when I looked. The young lady behind the counter was very nice with a wonderful smile. I will go back to that particular Jimmy John's to eat a sub and not just chips. read more

Jimmy John's - Menu - Delis Near Me - Melbourne, Florida

I've been to Jimmy John's a few times and the sandwiches are always very satisfactory. Service is good and fast.

I've been eating at Jimmy John's for 18 years and have ordered from dozens of locations. This is probably my least favorite one. The food is consistent everywhere so there's no issue there. I get the beach club everytime (although I do miss when it came with sprouts). I don't like that this location asks for a tip when you pay by card. And the options are 1) 15% 2) 20% 3) 25% 4) other. You have to select option 4 and enter 0.00 to avoid adding a tip. I consider myself a generous tipper when I'm receiving a service but I've never been asked to tip at a Jimmy John's before. I was just at the Wickham location on Sunday and their machine does not ask this. Also, this isn't a big deal but they like to cut the sandwiches in half here. Today the girl making my sub asked if I wanted it cut in half right before wrapping it up and handing it to me. I said "no, thank you" and didn't notice that she went ahead and cut it in half anyways until I got home. read more

The sandwiches are great. The app must have been developed by a fifth grader. You guys should seriously try to it yourselves. It's ridiculous. I can't tell you how many times I've just killed the app and went someplace else to eat. I even asked the guys at the store if they've ever used it to ore a sandwich and the answer was no!! Who does development without internal testing? You don't even know what you don't know!! read more

First and foremost, I have to clarify this review for Jimmy John's located near Melbourne High School is for their delivery service. I will be honest and say I've never eaten at their location whatsoever. However, I have ordered numerous times for delivery when I was working for AIG in the past and currently as security for Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center. All and all, I am more than satisfied with it. Jimmy John's menu is very simplistic. They only serve sub sandwiches, drinks, chips, cookies, and pickles (you read that right, pickles). I have ordered their turkey, provolone, and avocado sub, their double roast beef and cheese sub, and their tuna subs in the past. All of them have been good. Are they as good as Subway or Jersey Mike's, that is debatable as I believe it comes down to preference. However, for what they have, it is good. There are two details about Jimmy John's that truly stands out from the rest though. The first is the "unwich" option. I'll be honest and say that over time, I am losing my taste for bread. I don't know why but most bread for me just feels like I am eating filler (which technically it is). Ergo, I love the "unwich" option in which they the bread is replaced with numerous leaves of romaine lettuce. Secondly, I love my pickles and I love the fact the pickles are huge! I just found this out recently as my most recent order with Jimmy John's, I ordered two. They were huge. Ergo, I will only need to order one next time. Ultimately, Jimmy John's to me does not stand out in flavor or variety. There are other sub places that actually do a better job in those categories. But the speed of making their subs to delivery and the option to replace bread with romaine lettuce leaves are major pluses to me personally. Jimmy John's, the one located near Melbourne High School, easily gets four out of five stars. The only reason why they are missing a star is that my review lacks any critique of their actually restaurant. read more

Customer service is very rude they support people that disrespect people it wasn't the fact that my order was incomplete it was a service that I got when I called to complain about it I didn't get attitude until I felt I was disrespected just because I'm in the south don't mean I need to be treated like them in the south so what I didn't want my money back I wanted customers service that I didn't get! read more

This is the third time in four order that the order was made incorrectly. Adding insult to injury, freaky fast meant 30 minutes. There were 2 other customers in the shop. read more

This jimmy johns is great with quick delivery most of the time. There have been 2/3 occasions where the delivery took 45 minutes or so. Overall very quick and friendly. read more

First time ordering from this establishment. I asked for yellow mustard on my sub they said ok. When I got my sub it said dejon mustard on the ticket. I told them I asked for yellow mustard which they replied they only have spicy mustard. I told them I can't eat it and asked to remake it. They made no attempt to respond so after a few minutes I asked if I need to speak to a manager. The sandwich maker "Will" said in a very rude tone "we have other customers you just have to wait". If I hadn't already paid I would have left without the food. Sub was ok tasting. read more

I do love JJ food! However the delivery has been lacking to say the least. I order food from them almost everyday. They are no longer freaky fast!! They have now moved to Freaky Slow!! Less than 5 min. away took almost 2 hours to get 3 sandwiches!!! On top of that my order was just left on the ground at the front door. No phone call, no text, just left on the ground and left!! I know in a time where accountability is non-existent, this will most likely fall on deaf ears! read more

Good food as long as you don't want it your way. All I want is sliced pickles on my sandwich. They won't even slice it so I can put them on myself. Crazy. I once brought my own knife just so I could have my sandwich my way. Good for otherwise. Update- they finally will put sliced pickles on your sandwich. read more

Freakin sub is in competition with Publix. Good stuff. Best part was the bread is fresh according to my family! They had a unwhich (no bread) that was delicious and didn't make me miss any of the bread. Tasted super fresh! read more

Great service and fast. Always friendly. Well the older gentlemen seems a bit grumpy but the rest of the staff is great. I order the ira Iliad at gargantuan Would highly recommend. I use the app and it right every time read more

Always fast and delicious! The bread is super fresh and the cookies are amazing. My whole family loves these subs!

The food is always good but this review is to highlight employee Drew who went above and beyond in correcting a mistake I made on my online order. Employees like this are why I keep ordering from JJs (that and the fact that the food is practically at my door right after I hit "SUBMIT ORDER"). Thank you Drew for your kindness. read more

This location is hit or miss when it comes to order accuracy. Mostly miss. If you buy a sandwich to go make sure you check your sandwich before you leave. This happens too many times at this location. read more

I was enthusiastically greeted, and easily customized my sandwich (I'm pretty picky, as a vegetarian) and the service was fast. Their wheat bread is very hearty, fresh and tasty. The tables and restaurant as a whole was clean. An employee was cleaning the bathroom as I was leaving. read more

The store I work at orders from Jimmy Johns multiple times every day. So many times we get caught up with customers and only have a few minutes to eat before the next one arrives and we can always count on Jimmy Johns to be there quickly. Thanks so much for the sample sandwiches today! read more

Every time I get a sub from here, something is wrong. At 9:00 at night, when I'm the only person in the place (always), is it really necessary to have three people working on taking my order and making my sub? I take off items and add others on but it's not rocket science. I'd rather you slow it down and get my order correct than be super fast and screw it up. If I'm the only customer, who cares about typing changes into the register. I'm standing right there. Talk to sandwich makers!! Still love it but get it right. Kinda like ordering a pepperoni pizza and getting home to a pepperoni and onion. Still edible but not what you were anticipating. Will say though...always very nice workers. read more

Jimmy John's - Perfectly yummy - Delis Near Me - Melbourne, Florida

I found this location to be clean and well run establishment. The employees were well trained and helpful as I ordered. Unfortunately for me the tuna recipe was the least enjoyable that I have ever had the misfortune to sample. I can't remember the last time I discarded a sandwich but I did this one. While I may go back sometime it will not be in the near future. read more

Service was great and restrooms were very clean, always a good sign. The front area was well kept, one less star just because we had to clean our own table but otherwise great! read more

This has to be the slowest JJ ever!!! They always do a great job but the are freaky slow!!!

Not very busy. Dark. Employees are slow and unconcerned about you as a customer. Can make better subs at home. Recommend Jersey Mike's instead. See no reason to return here. read more

Made a takeout order online and we must have been given yesterday's bread; was extremely hard. Toppings did not appear correct proportions on two of the four sandwiches. I love JJ back home (Gainesville) but this was absolutely terrible. I had to apologize to my family. read more

This place was OK but a little expensive. Its $20 for two sub's chips and medium drinks for 2ppl. Public is cheaper and you get a gourmet sandwhich with more than lettuce and tomato! read more

We order from them often. The food is fresh , the delivery guys and gals are very polite and of course, they are freaky fast! I love their #6 veggie sub! Yummy! read more

i work for insight Financial we always do big orders!! we wanted to do a big order and the gentlemen on the phone said " this order is going to a F**** Pain in my ass!! i talk to a manger and he was unaware whats was going on. i never ever had a bad experience with JJ. I have had the same sandwich from other locations and this one gives you like 2 slices of meat! A ripe off.

Not bad food; however the staff is very rude. We have called in orders for carryout as well as walked in. The staff always comes across as nothing less than thrilled to be there or to take/make your order. If they could change out staff it would truly make a difference! read more

Fast service, excellent sandwich! Ordered before work and it was at my house in 15 minutes!!!! This is for the one in West Bend, WI

Honestly, sorry but just go to subway. No herbs, no choices and the plaques hanging, some are just offensive, especially on the ladies room floor. Not a fan, too bland, sorry. read more

The bread is what makes these subs stand out. Despite the appearance of the menu and the restaurant, the sandwiches are customizable as well. While slightly more expensive than Subway, the quality of the sandwiches makes it worth it. Hunter's Club and the Beach Club are my faves. If you don't like Jimmy John's, then you're probably a bad person read more

Every time I get a sub from here, half of the ingredients I've requested are missing. I don't realize this until I am home, and at that point there is nothing I 'm going to do. I consistently visit this Jimmy Johns on my lunch break once a week. It's typically my favorite, because of the veggie sandwich. If they continue to screw up my order, I will definitely find another sandwich place. read more

Slowest Jimmy John's EVER! I love JJ, it was basically the only food I ate in college and this one is just flat out disappointing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after they first opened but it has been long enough and they should be Freaky Fast by now! Not only do I find myself waiting minutes for my sandwich they have on multiple occasions forgotten key ingredients to their signature subs (e.g. avocado on a club lulu, onions on a Italian night club). There is no doubt that I will keep frequenting this JJ's but they really need to step it up if they are going to make it in this market. read more

Recieved my first sub from JJ's today. Italian. 2 thin slices of salami, one thin slice of cheese, 1 thin slice of tomato and a TON of lettuce. Dry, no oil, ni mayonnaise. Tasted like a cheap balogna sandwich. Never again. Marcos forever! read more
