We stopped in to this Arby's for quick lunch. We had our small dogs with us as we were traveling from Jacksonville to the Melbourne area. My wife went into the restaurant to get our lunch while I waited for her in the outside section with the dogs. They have a nice outside seating area in the shade. We both got the Arby's Classic Roast Beef Sandwich with fries. Sandwiches were good but my only complaint is it seems every time we stop at any Arby's the roast beef sandwiches keep getting smaller and very little meet. They tell me they weigh the meat for each sandwich so it keeps it consistent. I think all their scales are way off..... smaller sandwich and more expensive each time. On this day our lunch was $19 for two sandwiches, fries and a small drink. On this day service was fast and friendly. read more

I ordered the fish sandwich because I heard the commercials that the fish was back, indicating to me that it was back by popular demand. I've been ordering the McDonald's fish sandwich and it is delicious so I thought Arby's would probably be better. I was wrong ! Arby's fish wasn't good like it should have been they used a bun that was had only half of it had tartar on it and I think it's like in the middle I guess none on the sides and also there was some kind of I guess it was lettuce but it didn't look appetizing. I was very disappointed that McDonald's has a sandwich that's a lot cheaper than Arby's. Starting with the bun which is a brioche bun and the tartar sauce is all over the bun and the fish not just in the middle. read more

Claiming to be the second-largest sandwich restaurant in the world with over 3,500 locations in nine countries, the menu is no longer just roast beef. In fact, Arby's states that it "celebrates the art of Meatcraft® with a variety of high-quality proteins and innovative crave-able sides." Indeed, the menu has expanded greatly. There is a full menu of what appears to be healthier options as well as a wide range of cheat foods. This is not your grandmothers Arby's. Robin is the counter help. She is a wizened veteran of the restaurant business and has an amazing personality for the level she is working here. This must reflect the Arby's Restaurant Group's stated brand purpose of Inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences ™. I am not making this up. Robin even went out to the dining room to ask customers how their food tasted. WHAT? Imagine them doing THAT at the Golden Arches! I ordered the Classic Roast Beef--the standard Arby's throwback--although I had a choice of twelve different Slow Roasted Beef items. Tasty morsels of processed beef product with the accurate flavoring. Next, I tried the Turkey Ranch and Bacon, which had fresh lettuce and tomato and looked and tasted good. Currently, due to a turkey shortage, you can only get this sandwich in one of their stores, not online. Last, an order of the Crinkle Fries (although the Curly Fries looked good too). New Arby's on Wickham Road in Melb, Fl tried it for the 2nd time today and everything is great ~ food, service, location, restaurant etc The place itself is immaculate and the front counter staff was very much doing everything they could to stay on top of cleaning up. I just returned from Arby's at 4705 N. Wickham Rd, Melbourne, Florida after wanting to use the " Free Sandwich " on line promotion and was told that they are not honoring this promotion. Instead was given a hard sell to buy a Beef n Cheddar meal, which I refused. I left Arby's and went to another fast food joint. Out of all the Arby's that I go to, this one is the location I frequent the most simply because it is the closest to me. Located right across from the Publix Shopping Plaza on New Haven Rd. (also known as US-192), it stands on its own but delivers like the others generally do too. The overall design and decor has been updated from the times I been here before my Yelp days. I will say it looks minimalist but still nice and welcoming, a combination I admire since too much of anything often comes off as tacky at a fast-food restaurant. The addition of television sets are a plus so I was able to watch the game. As for food, it is still the same: nicely priced and delicious. Very rarely will there be something bad I've eaten at an Arby's. The only reason this Arby's gets a higher mark than my original A-Okay of three stars is the staff. I am a bit biased here but they somewhat know me so they tend to be a bit friendlier and real per se. Being that I like people, that speaks volumes to me. Ultimately, this Arby's is just like any other Arby's when it comes to good food at an excellent price with friendly service. I think what is more of a rarity (well around these parts) is an Arby's that sucks. read more

This was my favorite place to go. I was hugely dissapointed in the child size portion of my roast beef sandwich. It was suppose to be a regular size. They ought to be ashamed charging almost $5.00 for hardly any meat for contents, and a much smaller bun than they used to. I'm never coming here again. I didn't even get full. read more

Arby's is a good quickly served meal. If you like roast beef, their sandwiches are always fabulous. They currently have a new hamburger that they are advertised. The hamburger is a step above the hamburgers at other fast food places that primarily serve burgers. I hope they keep it on the menu. read more

Wow! Worst service, worst presentation, worst food ever in an Arby's. This location should be shut down. We were never greeted by cashier. She was incredibly rude. As she took our order the rudeness overwhelmed my wife and I. We then went back and had to clean off a table to have a place to sit. There was only one other couple in the place yet Miss Rude couldn't find time to clean? Then our food arrived. Incredible. Neither of our sandwiches was eatable. Mine is shown in the photos. Instead of shaved roast beef we got medium sliced lunch meat. It was an absolute mess. The cheddar and the Arby sauce was lathered all over the bun inside and out. The meat had more sticking out than was in the bun. The bun was broken and more cheddar and sauce leaking out of it. My wife's sandwich was nearly as bad as mine, but without the broken bun. Seriously horrible meal from start to finish. I hope Arby's will take action here. Our visit was Sunday June 23 at 7:00pm. read more

This Arby's has been a favorite of my family after fishing at Sebastian Inlet for some time. They recently renovated to the "newer" and more modern style but the food is still delicious and the service is still exemplary. I definitely plan on continuing my tradition of frequenting this restaurant. read more

I'm a frequent visitor at this Arby's only because I live in the area. The staff knows me and treats me well. I like the original classic roast beef without cheese or variety of sliders. As of this past week I noticed the prices have risen. I'm not too happy about that! Do stop here for a sandwich - the Reuben is good for "fast food." Or try the loaded curly fries it's soooo good! If you're in a hurry, the sliders are easy to eat and it's a way from the burgers. Don't forget to ring the compliment GREAT! bell on your way out the door. read more

I love Arbys roast beef sandwiches. I usually get them with potato cakes and a dr pepper. I also enjoy their ultimate blt sandwich. They load it up with bacon and we all know more bacon makes it better. This location could use a reno but as long as its consistant and friendly Ill keep coming back for more. read more

Visited the one in Palm Bay, FL, a few days ago and usually the store looks clean but not on this day. They had to workers sitting at the tables who looked like they were on break and the rest were behind the counter doing what I guess they were supposed to be doing but the seating area was a bit on the dirty side. Don't think it had been cleaned in quite awhile, not to mention the table we usually sit at was just as unclean. The food was another story, fries I ordered didn't seem fresh. The cheese on the sandwich looked slightly melted but as if it had been sitting around awhile. Let's just say this isn't one of the good days of coming to this place thank goodness I rarely go to this place. read more

I have always been a big fan of Arby's sandwiches. And they do have some of the best roast beef around, but it's unfortunate that the location West Melbourne is basically the only one around. Having worked fast food, I get the whole "minimal service" concept. Speed and consistency are important, but basic hygiene should just as important. Last week, during a walk-in visit, I watched the young lady behind the counter sneeze into her hand, wipe her hand on her pants, and continue handling orders. Thankfully she wasn't the one handling my order, and telling anyone rarely helps (as was the case with Sonic). I've seen food service workers who know how to handle sudden sneezes without contaminating the entire kitchen or orders. It used to be something that was taught during orientation. Nowadays, they just throw these kids into the kitchen or order line and have at it. I would have felt better had she actually bothered to go to the sink and wash her hands, but she didn't even bother doing that. Very disappointed. read more

I got what I ordered, quickly. Everything was hot and neat. Front service was quick and polite. I will go to this Arby's as my first choice.

The food was great and the place was clean. The overall experience was exceptional because of a fantastic employee named Ben. There was an older gentleman who was struggling to walk and had a walker. Ben helped get the man to his seat and even helped him to the bathroom and waited outside the door for him to finish so he could help him back to his seat. Now that is taking customer service to the next level. He had an amazing personality and truly cares about the customers. Tonight I became an Arby's fan. read more

This Arby's is newly renovated (August 2015). All types of seating from a 12-seater long table with tall chairs to 6 person, 4 person, and 2 person seating (booths and tables). TV now. New maroon and gray interior. I felt like I was in a more upscale place, suitable for post-event good, inexpensive food. The new Meats line of sandwiches are quite good. We had the Brown Sugared BLT. It is on an oversized bun and was fully of tasty thick slice bacon, several tomato slices, and nice lettuce; could have used more mayo, as I hate it when the sauce is only on one side. The staff seem to be one function people. The cashier had to take something to the back, so I had to wait while several workers were just standing. Counter was not their jobs. I guess I can understand that. The large soda is VERY large. The ice is cold and the Diet Dr. Pepper was great, nice mix of syrup and fizz. We will be returning weekly now that the place is so well renovated. read more

West Melb store screwed up my to go order, but handled well by mgr "Stu" who was very apologetic & courteous, offering to replace the sandwiches next trip there, and threw in dessert too. Everyone makes mistakes, but the difference in whether to patronize again lies in the level of customer service. They will continue to get my business. read more
