I can't say enough about my great experience with this Jersey Mike's. The ability to order 4 hours ahead. The young man on the phone who took my order and was so thorough talking me through the "subs in a box" . Pickup was equally great service with four young men working in the store. Kudos to Mario and Tyler...I cannot remember the names of the others or the one that took my order. The restaurant itself was roomier than most and very clean. In 1975, seventeen-year-old high school senior named Peter Cancro bought the sub shop with his mother's encouragement. I find myself returning to the eating establishments that survived the National lock-down - the previously avoided chain restaurants. I was on the phone a few years back when the Big Boy started to give unbiased reviews based on ingredients and execution with a friend who, while discussing sub sandwiches stated that a Jersey Mike's sub was different than the horrid, sliced, chopped, pressed and rolled meats one gets at Subway. As I pulled into a space in front of the Jersey Mike's location in Idialantic, FL., I thought to myself, "This one's for you, my friend." Thinking of one friend and then running into Pat, a guy I've known since I was 6 (and one of the coolest, I might add) was all that was good about this visit. While the place was "post-Covid" clean, and the employees amicable, that is about all the good I can muster. I ordered one tuna and one roast beef sub. If one looks at the picture of the tuna, it looks maybe like it was not so homemade? All I know is that they should call this "Cankro" as having ten canker sores on your tongue would be more enjoyable than eating this slop. The added toppings were average. The Roast Beef, while not looking like per-pressed chopped and molded (it obviously was not) it tasted on the whole average and nothing to write home about. And while I didn't order the turkey, that was definitely a turkey roll, not a freshly roasted breast (which, if I'm not mistaken one can get at Publix). Not only was the turkey a pre-formed roll, but it also had this slimy sheen on top...definitely not cool. Jersey Mike's has 1910 locations across the country, which is 1910 more than is warranted based on my experience at this location. The fact that there are so many locations tells me one thing and one thing only. Hard-working Americans will sacrifice quality and taste for speed. Freshest sub on the beach. Wow, I had not had a Jersey Mike's in a long time. Why did I wait so long? The staff was friendly. The guy working behind the counter was very friendly and observant. He overheard our discussion about the menu and asked if we had decided on the one we had talked about the most. A club sandwich. We got the giant to split and it was fresh and delicious. They let us split the sub and dress it for each of our tastes without charging us individually. The bread was soft and yummy. The veggies were good and they put just the right amount of dressing etc. So if you are on the beach or hanging on the boardwalk take the time to walk across A1A and get yourself a very good sub. read more

Extremely disappointed. Ordered three sandwiches, two of which were heated/cooked. We waited- appeared our hot sandwiches went to another couple that were dinning in. They opened sandwiches took them back to the counter as they were the wrong ones. Jerseys Mikes RE-WRAPPED them and gave them to us!!! My brother who was waiting for the sandwiches said he was disappointed- the gal said. Well do you want us to make other ones?? Are you kidding me should that even be an option - NO!!! Great Place for a sandwich in Indialantic. Open for business in these trying times. Like all restaurants in the area they are only open for pickup (no in-restaurant seating). We ordered ahead, paid online and picked up our order. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot right outside the restaurant. They have set up tables in front of the pickup counter to enforce the 6 foot distance. They had our food ready, so it was grab and go. The staff was efficient and friendly. We ordered tuna fish sandwiches. They were delicious and filling. Definitely recommend for people in the area. read more

My first time eating at Jersey Mike's was when this location opened. The people that work there are friendly. My boyfriend and I try to eat from there at least once a week. The subs are delicious. We usually get the #7 and #18. The only thing that I wish they would improve is their hearing/listening skills. I have to repeat myself a few times for them to know what I want. I'm a fan of the Philly cheesesteak and that's it. Service is excellent. My only beef is paying with a credit card and being presented with tip options. Call in order was ready when we arrived tonight. However, when we got home, about 8-10 minutes later, we discovered that my turkey wrap had no honey mustard on it, though it's in the description on the menu and the girl who took my order confirmed that I did want it. Without any condiments, the sandwich was tasteless. I threw it out and made grilled cheese. My husbands original Italian was not as tasty as you'd expect from a sandwich with five kinds of meat and the bottom of the roll was soaked with oil and mooshy. Really disappointing. I have been to many Jersey Mikes in Florida and love their subs but this location is terrible. I have visited this location 5 separate times since they opened a couple of months ago and they still can't get it together. They usually have high school kids working behind the counter. They don't listen when making the subs and could care less about presentation. Very sloppy. I really hope that corporate pays them a visit before they hurt the name. read more
