I don't really have anything negative to say. I've been to this location a few times since it's the one closest to my home. I can say it is one of the only fast food places near me that I absolutely feel safe to eat at. Every time I've needed a gluten free bun and told them it was an allergy they have taken care of it. Everyone is always friendly. It's always clean. It's a fast food place so yes they all look the same. The drive through for this one is always packed which makes find parking a bit hectic sometimes but that's it. They have great tasting ice cream which is a nice treat if you save room for desert or want to take some home. I ate at this location today with my husband and my food was delicious. I visited a Culver's in a different city today and, as usual, the drive-through was packed, so I headed inside. The line indoors was long too, but I was on a mission for my favorite treat... their ice cream cone. The staff was kind and polite, which I appreciated. I did notice someone walk in with a dog that didn't appear to be a service animal. Personally, I feel that kind of space isn't ideal for pets since not everyone is comfortable with animals indoors. I had such high hopes. We came right at 1100. Not busy but not the first customer either. Our order was taken and I was shocked I had to pay 40 cents for a tomato on my burger. The burger came out and it was meh. Cold and really not that flavorful. Fixings were not abundant so I was a little disappointed. Our other sandwich was hot and spicy chicken. I have been to this location a few times now. I've had take out and eat in. This is based on my visit to Culver's with my family today and had a great experience. The location was bustling, but the staff handled the crowd efficiently. My dad and I both ordered the fish dinner, which was excellent. The fish was cooked to perfection and the sides were tasty. My mom opted for the chicken tenders and enjoyed them thoroughly. Overall, everything was good and we left satisfied. When we arrived no one was around to seat us so we sat ourselves outside. My wife told the bar tender we were outside and after about 10 minutes still no one greeted us. Culver's cod fish dinner is a great meal and a great price. The fish was thick and meaty, but tender as can be. The crust was crunchy except on the bottom where it was soggy on the plate, but flavorful hence why I only gave a meal four stars. The fries could have been cooked a little longer. I was surprised how much I liked their cole slaw, it had just the right amount of sweetness to it. For a sweet treat afterwards, I ordered a chocolate malted with extra malt. Culver's on Norfolk Parkway in Palm Bay! Culver's is great across the country and no exceptions here! We arrived for an evening meal and enjoyed great service and great food! The restaurant was well lit and clean inside and outside. Bathrooms were also in good condition and very clean. My wife and I have to eat Gluten Free and there are many options including no bun and a great GF bun for a small up-charge. A friend of mine told me this place has the best custards and that I had to try it and so i am here. I must say it is good. Not the best i have ever had but it is good. The custard i had had toasted pecans on top. That was my favorite thing. It had chocolate and caramel drizzled on top too. It was good. I liked it. I tried the cheese curds. Wow that was good. I was happy with that. Not too many places make them. They do a good job making them. They deep fry them here. That makes them extra great. This is one of the safest cleanest places I have been. They have a sign at the drive thru that states they will provide accommodations for anyone with a gluten allergy or intolerance. If it weren't for this, I would have never felt "safe" ordering food from here. The person taking my order was very patient in explaining that they have a separate fryer for their curds and fries (as the curds are not GF, but the fries are), and that anything that is ordered to be gluten free (including their burgers) will be bagged separately from other non-GF items. I went ahead and ordered two GF meals, along with one non-GF meal for another family member. When I received my 3 bags, I was very disappointed to find that all 3 fries were bagged together on top of the non-gluten free burger bun - effectively cross contaminating the fries that were to be for our gluten free family members. Furthermore, we were missing one burger completely - just given lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and cheese in a box. I would laugh at this normally.... But when I went back in to ask them to remake the fries and supply me with my missing burger - I found that when I got back to the car - they had only given me my missing burger.... So I was still missing both fries I paid for (I handed two fries + the burger toppings back to the manager when I came in) I had to go back into the location twice... twice to try and get it right. Upon re-entering (because they did not give me two fries I paid for), the manager rolled her eyes at me, as if I was the one inconveniencing her. When I informed the manager that I just handed her two fries that were to be remade gluten free, that is when she informed me the fries are in fact not cooked in a separate fryer at all, and therefore not gluten free... and this was the reason I was not given the two fries I paid for?!!!!! She then asked if I wanted a refund for the fries that she took from me, but did not give back... to which my answer was "of course, I paid for those and did not receive them." Why I had to walk back into the location again to get my money back is beyond me. In all, I was offered a refund only for the missing fries at that point - and nothing else. In total, I spent 45 minutes at this location. Absolute insanity, and a complete lack of care for food health and safety. I will never return to this location - ever. read more

Went to Calvert"s over the weekend in Melbourne and the food was great. The Employees could not have been friendlier and very helpful. The place was so clean but I do have to bring this to your attention. The handicap bathroom has a small metal trash can that was really dirty on the outside, it had not be cleaned in a long time. Culver seems to be the newest trendy place to eat. It's the newest fast food game in the area. The inside of this restaurant actually has a brilliant set up and creates privacy between different quarters of the restaurant. This also makes it quieter place to sit down and have a meal. They have a tile Runway which walks a loop around the restaurant. While I'm sure this is for convenient guidance through the restaurant it sure does seem like a great makeshift track for you to walk off the 3,000 calorie meal you just ate. The first disappointment I noticed was in the Drive-Thru. Everybody went through the drive-thru was given a number and asked to pull forward and wait for your food to be brought out to you. While I was not in the Drive-Thru this was not something I appreciate. As it is called a drive-thru and not a drive and wait. I could see why people are annoyed with this drive-through service. The food: well yes, I did enjoy my meal it was good however it was not nearly as amazing as all this falsified height of this place. The burger patty reminded me of Steak and Shake. I did rather enjoy the onion rings I really can't complain. Well inspection my burger at first I didn't think my toppings were on it but I did find them on the bottom. Is a bottom-up style burger. I had to rearrange my burger just so that it looked good in the picture I took of my food. Culver's should thank me for that as I did make the food look appetizing, you're welcome. Now their ice cream is advertised as Frozen Custard. Does this mean it's better? After trying it obviously not. It had a flavor similar to that of the little ice cream stores that you see everywhere. It reminded me of Brewster's so I'm not sure what that means. It was rich and the shake was very thick. It was nearly as thick as a blizzard so thick and fact you had to suck on the straw so hard you could feel your cavity fillings flexin. I will still try Culver's keep it in mind it's similar to a steak and shake Burger and just above Wendy's burgers.
