It is in the same small strip mall or convenince store lot with a Subway and another amazing restaurant which I reviewed with high regard and rating, Irashiai 2. The other ice cream treats I have tried, in which I will detail them in the caption of pictures I provided, include the Quack Shake, Brownie Bomb, and Krispy Kreme Donut (not just the donut but an actual sundae creation).
