Bubble waffle almond pastachio ice cream with fruit & chocolate syrup / whip.

Lots of parking, pay close attention to unusal hours on certain days. Great new business! About 2 dozen seating. Good ice cream flavor choices. Unique for rolled ice cream, bubble waffle, & certain toppings.

Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream wife loved it.

It smelled so bad in there like cigarettes and weed. The bubble waffles aren't actually bubble waffles it's a normal waffle for 10 dollars.

Stop in because I saw pictures of the giant loaded, flowing, dripping milkshakes!…read more The store is very clean and bright lit. I felt bad making a mess all over the cleaning tables and floor so kept trying to clean it as I went. I ordered the cotton candy explosion. That was pretty boss, Definitely picture worthy. The ice cream itself had a very buttery rich flavor and texture to it. I honestly say that it's better than with some people sell as frozen custard at the fast food spot. I look forward to going back and trying different versions of milkshakes without all the candy just because I like the ice cream so much. All the overflowing candy was definitely worth the cost but not something I'd buy every time. I'll try to bring my nieces here 1 day. The owners are the ones running the counters so I always love an owner operated business. They were friendly talkative and as helpful as can be. I highly recommend everyone tries this type of ice cream at least once. It's definitely not soft serve, it's definitely not fast food, Unlike the big arches there are ice cream machine is always working and ready to sell 32 something flavors of ice cream.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more If you are ever in Brevard County (a.k.a. the Space Coast) in Florida, the one local ice cream shop I always suggest people - both locals and tourists alike - should try out is Ice Cream Hut. However, the one I suggest is always the original in Cocoa Beach Main Street. Imagine my surprise when I realized that Ice Cream Hut actually franchises out from the main ice cream shop. Ergo, I was further surprised when I found that an Ice Cream Hut franchise location was located in my city, Palm Bay. I just had to try them out. Since then, I have enjoyed a many treats from the Ice Cream Hut of Palm Bay. And since I have definitely tested their consistency, I can with great confidence say that Ice Cream Hut of Palm Bay (which I will shorthand simply to Ice Cream Hut PB for the remainder of this review) deserves a five out of five star rating. Though an address is provided, I want to further add details to help you find Ice Cream Hut PB just in case. It is in the same small strip mall or convenince store lot with a Subway and another amazing restaurant which I reviewed with high regard and rating, Irashiai 2. Ice Cream Hut PB is smack in the center of the small strip mall/convenience store lot. You can't miss it with its vibrant moniker emblazoned on its storefront. Upon entering, it definitely has a mix of modern and classic 70s ice cream parlor from the colors to the counter, to the steel chair and tables and the vinyl images on the walls. As for ice cream, the flavors are quite a selection and they even have sugar free options for those who have to watch their sugar intake. However, it is their unique flavors you may want to check out. I definitely liked their version of a banana flavored ice cream. And speaking of banana flavored ice cream, it was an excellent flavor choice in their Bananas Fosters Cheesecake. Originally, this signature sundae comes with vanilla ice cream but I opted for the banana flavor they had. It also has fresh bananas, a slice of cheesecake, whipped cream, and a drizzle of caramel rum sauce. Delicious! The other ice cream treats I have tried, in which I will detail them in the caption of pictures I provided, include the Quack Shake, Brownie Bomb, and Krispy Kreme Donut (not just the donut but an actual sundae creation). There is also a customer loyalty program so if you eat here enough times, you can find yourself coming in to get some free ice cream... if you like I mean. This, along with the excellent customer service, ambiance, and how abiding the owners, whom I met, are, I am more than happy to give, as mentioned earlier, this ice cream parlor five-out-of-five stars. If you are ever in the area, or if you are near any of the Ice Cream Hut locations as all of them have been pretty good especially the OG location in Cocoa Beach, you should give them a try.

Whit's Frozen Custard of Melbourne-4270 Minton Rd #107, West Melbourne, FL 32904…read more 4.5 Stars Whit's Frozen custard opened on March 3, 2003, in Granville, Ohio. It is a national chain, with locations spanning 9 states across the US. Florida alone touts 19 individual locations, with four additional coming soon. As a beachside Brevard County native, I have listened to my fair share of whiney New Yorker's who complain, "dere ain't no custard stands in dis stinkin' place." And I've always thought to myself, "How could anyone possibly eat pudding set upon a cone?" Well journey forward 50 years, and you'll be surprised to discover a tiny joint that does sell "custard." Delve into the details a bit further however, and you will unearth that the key ingredient to the custard concoction is eggs, commingling and infused with ice cream. The resulting dessert has a full texture that is thick, creamy and most delicious. You will have a plethora of choices, with very nearly 200 flavors, at hand for the asking. Additionally, these tasty blends are sold in either pint or quart size. Upon entering the establishment, I found the bright-eyed, spunky, teenage, bel espirit, Emily waiting counter side. I ordered a Buck-eye Madness. For visual reference only: think Dairy Queen blizzard. This was filled to the brim with peanut butter and nicely doused in chocolate syrup. It was oh so good. I should add here that I purchased a quart of buckeye to take home; it lasted 24 hours. Big Boy Says, "This is a fun treat and I think a first in Brevard. Give 'em a try."
