Overall: I am still trying several sub shops around town and had a coupon for a free sub here and thought I'd try. It was a Monday at around noon. Facility: this place was like a typical sub place with a counter to order and places to sit and eat. It did have some outdoor seating too, which is nice. And I love all the deli meats in the display right at the counter. Service: The people who helped me were great. They cut the meat fresh for my sandwich and they were super nice and patient going through my choices. Food: Now this was a good sandwich. I got the Italian cold cuts and it had lots of flavor with the dressing and pepper relish too. It was a small, but it was two servings for me, because it was nice and big. Overall: I would definitely come back for another sandwich here. Now I look forward to trying their other sandwiches too. And thanks for the free sandwich (with my coupon). read more

Clean tables, friendly staff, hard to hear lots of loud banging, sandwiches taste boring subway subs no flavor, no was pepperoni added, not sure why, I got the original Italian sub, cheese sliced so thin can't even tell it was added. I've been craving subs lately so I've stopped in here a few times recently. So today I decided to finally leave a review after enjoying a very delicious club sub, again. The bread is fresh, the meat and cheese are flavorful, there's lots of good topping choices, and a great selection of chips. As far as service goes I'd say good not great which is why I went with 4 stars instead of 5. I've only ever had young people who I assume are teenagers serve me there so I get it. Nothing to report, but definitely room for improvement in customer service. The restaurant itself is nice, its been clean every time I've stopped in including the bathroom. I will also add that the first time I visited the sweet tea was really good, the second time it was 30 mins before closing and both teas were out so I just got something else. Now do not get me wrong. I like Jersey Mike's. A lot. This one location is the worse of the four in Melbourne. Located near all the aerospace companies I think they have too much business. Or at least take it doe advantage. Getting one sub. Took three people. They were sparse on the meat so bad I could see the cheese below. So I asked for more and I got handed off. Then that person did not seem to understand you might more than one condiment on the bread. Oh and you might one half dressed differently if you a sharing the sub with someone. So I get handed off to another and then they ring me up. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. "You seem to be getting aggravated" really dude. Wonder why. Past all that the sandwich was pretty good although a bit thin on protein. I don't know. When you pay 14 dollars for a sandwich you would expect a lot of protein. They do offer a military discount but getting past the revolving staff and light on the ingredients issue is hard so two stars. For those that think this is a rash review. I put a little time between it. And this was not the first time I went through this with this location. I gave them a pass the first time. Avoid this location if you can. Usually, this place is pretty good. However, last couple of times I've been here, I've been sorely disappointed. If you order anything to go, you better take the time to double check your order. I'm so tired of giving restaurants what they want, when they want it, but I can't get the same in return - a quality product they would serve to themselves, a pleasant buying experience and decent customer service. This place has shown me several times they miss the mark 2 out of 3 times. Asked for no oil and vinegar and light Mayo on the lid. I got a sandwich loaded with oil, vinegar, and globs of Mayo on a bun that was anything but fresh - rock hard and stale. This is my favorite chain place to get a sub. They have a great selection of sandwiches. They hand slice your meats and cheese to order. Their bread has a perfect crust, soft and tasty. I work for a dealership and we cater lunch every Saturday. Not just a catering pack, we order 16-18 individual 1/2 subs at a time. This is always a very large order and a lot of places just cannot handle it. Draven at Jersey Mikes is amazing. He took our order a couple of weeks ago and not only did he remain calm and very pleasant, he got the order PERFECT! We just ordered again today and I was so happy to have Draven take our order. This was my first visit to a Jersey Mikes. The store was very nice and clean, but the sandwhich was mediocre for what I paid. My Wife and I decided to check this place out, for just the two of us it was 25 bucks for two subs! I find this to be a little ridiculous considering I could have had a nicer meal for that much. I also noticed that there were only white females working, including the manager, this shows that this place isn't very diverse at all. I'll stick to Firehouse Subs or Publix. read more

Friendly, fast, and consistent! Every time I go staff are friendly and the subs are delicious. Fresh ingredients and bread is soft not stale. (Hate when there is hard edges like half the bread was left out) lol. Tuna melt is yummy but this time I ordered the chicken steak with ranch and bacon. Yum! Bacon was crispy and they never skimp on the meat or veggies. They are always busy at lunch time for a good reason.... Call ahead if you want a quality sandwich with out having to stand in line to long!! I would say average time in and out is10-15 mins so definitely worth the wait... Not only they are super friendly, but their subs taste great, especially with that vinegar and olive oil mix with oregano. They don't have as many toppings as subway but the quality is great and it doesn't even compare to subway (that is really artificial). The only thing I wish was a toaster for my subs... Was going to get a sub (Hoagie) at either Publix or Don's, but my doctors staff recommended Jersey Mike's Subs on Hibiscus Blvd. As I had never heard of them, and they were close to where I was, I decided to give them a try. Price wise, they were a better purchase then either of the above. Breads were made fresh in the store. Meat and cheese were sliced as you wait. I went there on a Monday late in the morning. They are open 10 AM to 9 PM every day. They have 10 cold subs, 6 hit subs, sub in a tub (make a salad from any of the subs), wraps, and chips and drinks as well as cookies. They offer kids meals, too. I ordered the Jersey Shore Favorite in the Giant size - looked to be about 24 inches. Came with Provolone, Ham, cappacola, and fresh vegetables (your choice. Don't think you are gonna eat it all in one sitting. It took me 4 meals to finish. The meat was not just single slices cut in half and layed end to end, but piled on, as was the cheese. They have a chipolte sauce you can add to your sandwich...didn't take much to get my mouth smoking! They do have tables, so you can eat there. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.
