This place was clean and organized as I would expect. Our food was ready pretty quick. A worker walked around and asked if we needed anything. They took our tray, and got us a refill. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. Chick fil a is definitely a go to place for us. read more

Food hot and great friendly service! Unfortunately the food court is not very clean. Not sure I will eat at this location again.

We ordered curbside as this location was inside the mall and the mall did not open for another 33 minutes. The hash by were under cooked and still hard/cold in the middle. They were flimsy and worst hashbrowns we've ever had! The breakfast sandwiches were over cooked as well! I had also order salt with my order was missing. This was the first break we've ever gotten from a Chick-fil-A! Shame on them for serving this poor excuse for food! read more

Ordered two 30 pieces from them, got home and one of them had 19 pieces and the other one had 24 pieces. Have tried to call three separate times over the last two days, waiting on hold for no less than 25 minutes with no one answering. This is the worst experience I've ever had with Chick-fil-A. I hope it's not something that is going to continue. read more

Idk, I ordered online to pick up my salad with fries. When I arrived, there were two girls standing at the pickup counter so I waited in line. They finally got all their food, so I stepped up and out of all 5 of the people behind the counter, not one of them came over to help me. They were focused on helping people at registers (line only got up to one person the whole time). Lots of personal life chatting while I was waiting for someone to help me. There was an order sitting on the pick up rack, so I looked at it and it had my name on it. So I just grabbed it and left ‍ not sure why I was completely ignored. Giving three stars bc the food was delicious and I got everything I needed! read more

I really enjoy coming out here. The service is always fast and they greet you with a smile no matter what time of day you go in. I place my order online and sent my husband to get our food while we were in town. He came back and said they were great. My order was accurate and I even received the correct condiments and napkins! read more

I'm pretty sure that cleaning a grill is day one instructions. It also took 20 minutes for the order. The plus? The girl that handed me the order said have a good night too, when I said have a good night. Maybe they were having an off day but this was a kids meal. Feeding that to a kid is not acceptable. read more

someone needs to hire a manager with some time management skills. the wait line after ordering is ridiculous!!! tonight i waited 35 minutes for a drink and a mac 'n cheese. Fifteen MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING the employees ignored a long line of customers so that before closing they could make more ice cream. people just walked away. prioritize people! read more

This restaurant gets way above 5 stars for the food that they serve, and their customer service with value added! They are a full-fledged Christian establishment and respect Christian values, and are always closed on Sundays here at the Melbourne Square Mall located in West Melbourne, Florida. Not only do they have excellent customer service and food, they always give free refills on all of their drinks in addition to always giving free ice water to all of their patrons who request this. I also have proudly delivered food multitudes of times as a delivery driver for 1 of 4 delivery services I have previously worked for. I highly recommend dining at this Chick-fil-A located in the Food Court! I hope that everyone who dines here gets blessed, just as I have, every time I come to the Food Court and come this this exquisite fast-food restaurant! read more

Unquestionably the most popular spot in the food court! A line is almost always present, but is quick to move, especially with their latest system. An employee will now take your order on a tablet as you wait in line, and then you just state your name and pay once you reach the cashier. I've never been disappointed with the quality of this particular Chick-fil-A. We eat lunch here whenever still in the midst of shopping. Unfortunately coffee isn't served anymore, so we had to stop by the neighboring Starbucks instead. ----- Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich: with lettuce, tomato, and pepper jack cheese ($5.15). Costs $8.29 for a meal that includes medium waffle fries and a drink. ----- Waffle Fries ($2.45 for a large and $2.15 for a medium). ----- The service is superb as well: friendly and quick to receive your order. They also have a nice manager that strolls around the food court asking customers of their experience or if they would like a complimentary drink refill, plus even bring items like napkins or take away the finished tray. read more

You really can't go wrong when it comes to eating at Chick-fil-A. Every single one of them I've been to has been superior in service and quality of food that justifies the price. However, the one that I will give just a tad bit more recognition is the one located in Melbourne Square Mall. This Chick-fil-A is located in the food court just on the left side when entering Entrance #2 (the one with Estampa Gaucha right next to it). If you are coming during lunch, it is not hard to miss as it will usually have the longest line out of all the food vendors available in there. Despite this, they have the "conveyor belt" organized and on point and you will get your food in an average of three minutes from order to receiving it. The staff is especially very friendly especially Monica and Ana. Those two will at times be taking your order in line during the lunch rush. Maybe I am biased since I go to this restaurant more so than any other in the mall, but that is my personal experience in general. If anything can be considered a flaw for this location, it will surely be its lack of choices. The Melbourne Square Mall location might be a fully operational location but its size results in limitations. As a result, they will only have food that tends to sell there instead of the full menu. For breakfast, you won't be able to order the chicken, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. For lunch, you won't be able to order the chicken salad sandwich. And probably the saddest news for me, you won't be able to order the frozen coffee here either. Ultimately, this is still one of the better Chick-fil-A locations to go to. Fast and efficient despite its limitations, I give this place an easy four out of five stars. That one star only goes to said limitations because I LOVE the chicken, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich and frozen coffees... and they don't have it. (Insert Angry Face HERE!) read more

They are always slammed pack but always so speedy and nice everytime! Last time i went they were super busy, and she gave me a free sandwhich gift card because f the wait time and i only waited maybe 15 minutes tops, but she insisted, super nice! read more

I do curbside ordering for this location. The speed of service is hit or miss. The food is decent. Be careful if you pay for a large coffee and they run out of cups, they will give you a small and not refund the difference (for curbside). I've called and gotten hung up on a dozen times and management does not respond to emails. read more

Usually everything goes fine ordering from here, but today at 6:30 (they close at 7), we went to just get fries and a drink, and we paid cash. Immediately everyone behind the counter caught attitudes because they had clearly already counted their registers and took away their drawers which doesn't make sense 30 minutes before closing. A manager came out from the back with our change, and she looked at the employee that took our order, looked us up and down and said "don't take any more change" with a shitty look. We didn't catch her name but she was black with really long braided hair. It's unacceptable for customers to be treated a certain way because of the form of payment they use well within open hours. Especially from somewhere like Chick-fil-A. read more

Fantastic customer service every visit! Very accommodating for the large number of cutters who pass through daily. The chicken tenders take a little longer to come out but they're made fresh as it's my understanding and they are always exceptional. read more

Waited exactly 86 minutes for a chicken sandwich!By far the worst Chick-fil-A ever. Terrible management and operations. Everyone was saying this is a common occurrence at this location. Chick-fil-A needs to address this location because local management is not. read more

I absolutely love Chick-fil-a. All the workers are very polite. Once, I was getting a kids meal and they forgot the toy in the meal (which you can get a free ice cream cone if you trade it in and it isn't open yet) and I asked them and they went right ahead and gave it to me and gave me my free Ice cream. Another time, my friend went up to the register and bought an ice cream. She had to wait, but they forgot about her cone and she had already paid for it! So we went up there and I told them she had already paid and she hadn't got her ice cream yet and the worker just got it for her without any trouble. I don't think they were even sure that she paid. Overall I love this Chick-fil-a and I would definitely recommend it. read more

This Chik Fil A is probably the absolute worst one there is!! I waited 20 mins for chicken nuggets and they came out rock hard like they had been sitting there for an hour or so, they were so dry and gross! Also the employee Jesse was terribly rude did not say one word while cashing me out and threw the ranch's on the counter at me! I will never eat at this location again! read more

Curbside pickup is a joke . I tried this location 3 times . There are only 4 spots for curb side pickup and the order takes more than 45 minutes to get delivered . This locations is not as busy as any other location in melbourne but they have terrible service . Order food at 11 right when they opened . App indicated that food is ready and on its way out at 11:18 . Its 11:42 and the food is not yet out . read more

Terrible customer service from the manager. She must of been a supervisor we can only hope. We paid for 4 strips for my son, we only got 3. We asked for another strip and she wanted us to bring over my others sons meal to make sure he didn't get it! At this point it he has wolfed down all of them. Her approach and demeanor was offensive and demeaning! Retrain or fire that one! Don't let the head of the ship sink the whole boat with that attitude. read more

Quality, quality quick-serving restaurant. Favorite ever. Yes, I'm biased as this was also my first job ever but I still eat here and that says a lot. I personally think their chick 'n strips are better here than at the Palm Bay location, but I also think the lemonade is better at the Palm Bay location. You won't lose here with anything you order! And the healthy options are quite-a-many. I love it! Love it! Love it! read more

If you live around the Melbourne area you'll know this Chick fil a is in the Melbourne square mall, but just because they aren't in there own building that doesn't effect the quality of the food. Same great chicken sandwich, nuggets and everything else. There is no restaurant to sit in, it's the mall's foodcourt but they keep the area very clean and just like everyother Chick fil a the staff employees are super friendly I delt with a nice guy named Gideon who made my day. The only draw back is since this Chick fil a is in the mall it's a little louder then a traditional Chick fil a but it's still a great atmosphere, so I will continue to go back time and time again. read more

Worse service ever! Waited almost a full 10 minutes. Watched countless others order and leave with their food within a couple of minutes.

Excellent service and food like every stereotypical chick fil a. I was very happy with my experience the other day.

OMG!!!! A simple order of 2 chic sands 2 waffle frys and 1 chocolate shake 1 strawberry shake translated to 1 chic sandwich 2 waffle frys and 2 strawberry shakes .... How screwed up is that!!! In a hurry didn't realize till I hit home... Super hot day not going back to fix this order!!!! Grrrrrrrrr. The chic sand was good so I'm told I hate strawberry and once the waffle frys cooled down they were eh!!!! Word to the wise check your bag before leaving !!! read more

Wonderful food and service. Don't let the long line intimidate you because they work very fast. The only reason they don't have a 5 star is because this location doesn't serve wraps which is one of my favorite meals to have here. However, the rest of the food has always been very good. read more

Great service. I don't think I've ever had my meal messed up, and that's saying a lot since I eat here about every other day! The cashiers are super friendly, and the wait is never very long. read more

I work in the area, thus have eaten here numerous times over the years. They always have their staff very polite and sweet. A few girls have been working at this location for years, Madison and Hannah, and they are the sweetest girls. Always very helpful, they always smile, and they actually care about providing proper customer service, not merely throwing food over the counter and on to the next customer. The owner I see works there a lot, whether making food, or taking orders, he obviously is a real boss that doesn't hide from physical work from behind a desk. The food is always good, but just wish the chicken they use for their breakfast sandwiches was bigger in serving size. They are always quick, despite the large flow of lunch traffic, and they always keep their cool. I wish they had the true full size menu though, but I guess that is because they are not a free standing store. They seem to do a lot of things for kids, like parties and events too. It overall is a great store, which has great staff, and is in a great location! PS, their sweet tea is amazing!!! read more
