Absolutely appalled by the management at this Wendy's location. My family placed a DoorDash order that took nearly an hour to arrive. When the driver finally showed up, he apologized and explained the restaurant was chaotic, with frustrated customers leaving and staff refusing to fix problems. When we unpacked our order, multiple items were missing--meals, drinks, sauces--you name it. I called the restaurant immediately. The first person hung up on me. The second call connected me to Michelle, who claimed to be the manager. What happened next was shocking: * She yelled over me the moment I began explaining the issue. * Repeatedly insisted it was a "DoorDash problem," refusing to take any responsibility. * Told me to "shut my mouth" before hanging up. * Refused to answer any further calls. This is not just bad customer service--it's hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a manager. Managers are supposed to listen, solve problems, and represent the company professionally, not speak to paying customers like this. I am urging Wendy's corporate leadership to take immediate action. Someone who treats customers this way has no place in management. Proper accountability--disciplinary action, demotion, or termination--is absolutely warranted. Customers deserve respect. I know a Wendy's typically isn't so special because the food is very much the same or at least it's supposed to be. This location definitely stands out on quality of food preparation and service. The entire experience was outstanding. The cashier was quick and efficient, the fries were hot and crispy, and the entire wait time was under 5 minutes. FUN FACT: Wendy's is the first job I ever had back when I was still in high school. You know, jobs that everybody knew were minimum wage for teenagers, not life careers unless you go into management. I should be a bit biased because of that fact, but I am not. The menu has changed quite a bit since my stint working there back in early 2000 to 2001. Anyways, this Wendy's is located on Wickham Rd., right in front of Walmart near Eau Gallie Blvd. Being a newer location, the ambiance and style are modernized with easy but stale colors. The service was modest as it should be at any fast food restaurant. Finally, the food... well... it was Wendy's as in it was still good for what it is but it did not stand out compared to others. I had the chicken salad and my dad had a single I believe. Like I said, good but doesn't stand out from others. On a sidenote, the brestrooms were quite clean, too. Stocked adequately if you needed to do more than a #1. Overall, a solid experience that doesn't stand out or fall short of other Wendy's in general. Will I eat here again? Well, yes if I ahave a hankering for Wendy's and they are nearby or if I need something of convenience. Won't drive out of the way for them though. OK I've goven my business to Wendy's.... a couple times Trying to help to see if they were going to get better, was really really wrong....Yes I was tonight. My husband just got off work after 14 hours went by this Wendy's came home with the food. None of it was hot everything was overcooking rotten and now he hast to go back up there. As a rule, Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. And having had lots of good experiences previously at this particular Wendy's, I was really disappointed in my experience tonight. I went through the drive thru shortly before midnight & seemed to be the only business they had recently. I live about 6 minutes away & by the time I got home, the fries were cold & the Baconator was lukewarm. I get halfway through eating the Baconator & find they put pickles on it...gross. Seems like someone needs to be trained on how to make each burger properly. Hopefully things are better next time. read more

This place has only gotten worse. Should really be shut down. There's nothing but drug abusers and ghetto people working there. The food is gross. I ordered a for for four and the nuggets was so hard it mad a loud sound when I threw them in the trash. The fries was overly salted. I assume it's because I asked for fresh fries and they put old fries in the oil to be hot and poorer so much salt on them. I asked for cheese sauce and it was so cold and thick it looked liked yellow pudding. The meat to my burger was so dry it wasn't edible. Ordered from DoorDash for the first time ever from Wendy's tonight. The DoorDash service was great! How ever Wendy's on the other hand didn't get the order right at all. Well besides the fries Wendy's got that right...We ordered 2 baconatore combos one with frosty and the other with a drink. And we got 2 cheese burger with mayo, Ketchup, Mustard with 2 strips of bacon. These burgers were nothing compared to the baconator. Nothing that can even be ordered on DoorDash app from Wendy's. Then also received a chocolate frosty instead of vanilla as I had placed in my order. Also no straw in the bag for the soda that was ordered in the other meal. I did call the store to speak to a Manager to drive up to Wendy's myself to correct this problem just to get my order right. I ordered through the drive-thru & I had to repeat the last portion of my order several times. The amount she told me seemed considerably less than it should so I asked her at the window if she got my last item. She asked me if I wanted to include it. (Sigh), I did, paid the correct amount, went to their parking lot & parked, checking the bag. Not only did I not get any sour cream, awesome sauce, or a receipt, they gave me the wrong sandwich. I brought the incorrect sandwich inside, & told them about it (also about no cream or sauce). The acting manager there originally wanted to see the receipt & I said she didn't give me one. He went ahead & gave me the correct sandwich. I checked the bag but again, no cream or sauce so I had to ask for it yet again. Got home & found out that one chili had no meat in it & the other chili only had 1 small chunk. I contacted Wendy's headquarters & the district manager corrected the situation by letting us have a free meal. There was no problem until I discovered after I ordered that once again they gave me the wrong sandwich! I said enough is enough & I didn't want to waste any more time at this Wendy's who, as the district manager said, were having an off night (everybody?) the first night & it carried into the next time with different people the second time?
