My dish could have been a little warmer. The inside of my enchilada was not melted all the way and my tamale was lukewarm at best. The flavor was on point though. Husband said that he could have tasted the burger better if it hadn't been so salty! His fries would have been decent due to the beef tallow if they hadn't been so salty. Did someone have a heavy hand on the salt, or is this normal these days? 4)My Chili 5-way...I haven't had it since it was on a real plate or bowl. It was in a plastic container in one of their red plastic baskets when my husband picked up our order. So, that kind of made me sad. When I used the plastic spoon to scoop up some chili, the melted cheese was mixed in with it.
