Blaze, for fast-food pizza, rocks! Some locations are better than others. This one seems to be very good. I did a build-your-own that's pretty close to my Mellow Mushroom fave: Pesto crust sausage, cheese, red pepper, jalapeño, mushrooms, black olives, pinch of oregano. For the price? You can't touch it with a lot of other pie places. Quality, other than the meats? Pretty high. There is, at some point, that fast food trade off. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Service was good, not great. Ambience is fast food. One more trash drop wouldn't kill them either.

Absolutely loved the service and the taste of my pizza! Avery was super kind and helpful to us on the 4th of July! I would definitely go back and will be back soon. They keep this place spotless and I loved the vibe it was easy to hear each other when we were talking unlike some places where the music is too loud and you have to shout in order to hear each other.

Literally my favorite spot in all Brevard! The friendly staff has told me themselves im the second most regular customer lol. I wear that like a badge of honor. whenever Jasper is on the oven you can guarantee your pizza cooked to perfection! Side note their new pickle pizza in so good. Reminds me of a spicy Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. Definitely recommend this place!!

Very quick, easy and pleasant experience. I love the conceit of adding fresh ingredients to the pizza. They also have breadsticks and salads as well. Preferred and received pizza within 15 minutes! Ambiance inside was very welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Burnt and gooey and nasty

For quite some time I was recommending Blaze. Not anymore. It's pretty crappy now. I always ask for extra crispy. I can't seem to get that way anymore. It always come out charred, black, burned, and freaking gooey. It taste nasty. They really need to clean their over. It's just gross. I won't eat there again until they correct it.

My husband ordered the Mom's Meatloaf on thick toasted white bread (possibly homemade), mayo, lettuce, tomato, and provolone cheese. Spectacular! As was the potato salad with a hint of sweet relish. They have a dessert revolving tray that was super tempting... but will have to wait till we pass through again. Super convenient right off I-95 and way better than fast food! Highly recommend this local and lovely place!

I ordered a bowl loaded with roasted sweet potatoes, which I love, along with sirloin steak and citrus chicken thigh, black beans, brown rice, carrots, red onions, baby spinach, green peppers, cucumbers, and egg. Basically, all the ingredients I would normally build for myself at home, just assembled efficiently and handed to me without the cleanup. The setup is cafeteria style, and I am perfectly fine with that. I actually prefer it over the help yourself buffet model where hygiene becomes a shared community experiment. Here, everything is controlled, assembled behind the counter, and moved along quickly. That gives me peace of mind, especially when you never quite know how mindful the person next to you is about washing their hands. What stood out is that the food was not just convenient, it was genuinely good. Fresh ingredients. Balanced flavors. Filling without feeling heavy. The dressing tied everything together and was honestly scrumptious. It elevated what could have been a standard health bowl into something I would happily go back for. If you need something healthy, customizable, and fast, especially when you are on the go, SoFresh delivers exactly that. It checks the boxes for clean ingredients, solid protein, and real flavor without overcomplicating the experience.

We were shown to our table. My wife ordered a dinner salad, she was told the dressing was garlic ranch. Since it was the only option she asked to bring olive oil. That was fine, but halfway through our meal I overheard a different waiter at another table say the choice of dressing for the salad was garlic ranch or vinegarette. Another "oversight". The waiter seemed nice. Later we realized when our food arrived that all of the tables seated after us were served bread with herb butter. I didn't complain but thought it was an oversight on the part of the waiter. I asked if the spaghetti and meatballs were good, the waiter said yes, very good. I decided to give it a try, the spaghetti was ok, but hadn't been properly sauced, it was as though the sauce was just dumped in the center with two meatballs. The sauce tasted like garlic and tomatoes, hardly any other flavor such as oregano or basil. The meatballs had far too much Italian flavored breadcrumbs and tasted like a meat-bread ball. The house salad my wife received and my side salad were pretty sad. Lettuce, 2 slices of cucumber, a small slice of tomato, and some shredded carrots. For a house salad at an Italian restaurant, it seemed pretty sparse. I expected an olive maybe, and / or a slice of onion, maybe a slice of green pepper, or a cruton or two? Go figure. Overall was disappointed, eveything about the restaurant decor gave me the first impression that it would be better. Coming from an Italian American family I know good Italian food when I taste. I know flavorful sauce and I know what a real homemade meatball should taste like. Perhaps other dishes and perhaps other wait staff are better. IMO there are better choices for Italian food in the area, doubtful I will be back to try something different.

HOWEVER I am also a big believer in that fact that we all have different tastes and opinions so reviews should be taken in that context. Unfortunately I let some negative reviews keep me from trying Urban Prime. It was well worth the wait. We visited today to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We went right before dinner service started so we were able to enjoy ourselves at their 'Prime Hour' with discounted appetizers and drinks. We splurged on the bourbon flight, the prime old fashioned and the blossom old fashioned- they were incredible! We shared the wedge salad - it was ginormous! We also had the mushroom Chardonnay soup- we enjoyed that so much we went over to the market to buy some to take home. Husband had the mushroom ravioli (he's pescatarian) and I had the 16oz Waygu Ribeye. I have had Waygu at other high end restaurants and felt it wasn't worth the hype... this was incredible! It cut like butter. Oh and I almost forgot we had the blue crab artichoke dip... that was easily the runner up for the best of the night. The place was decorated cutely with fun art from what I am guessing is local artists. It was definitely a vibe and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Our server Karsyn, was great. She put up with our old people humor and treated us like we were her only patrons. We will definitely be back. We can't wait to try the sushi!

The salad was good, though a tad heavy on the dressing. A general note about Miller's and its kids' menu: I have eaten at a few of these places around the state, and I find their policy about adults eating off the kids' menu to be weird. Some servers are fine with it and some claim management won't let them allow you to order of the other menu. Most items on the kids' menu cost about $8. The (adult) meatloaf is $8.50. The fish and chips are $7.99. So, what is the big deal about an adult ordering off the kids' menu if the costs are the same? Some of us don't want a 1/2 pound burger. The kids' menu has a 1/4 lb. burger. Also, we sometime dine with our disabled nephews, and they usually prefer "kid friendly" dishes. I wish Miller's would review this policy.
