Catching up on reviews and have eaten here several times over 3 years. Love that I can customize my pizza for my mandatory extreme low sodium vegetarian meals. The four of us are able to order what we want! I replicate an ole pizza from one of your old menus. Original crust, EVOO, lil shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, oregano, fresh basil, spinach, sometimes grape tomatoes if they're not by (bas allergy), one & broccoli. And another very similar to mine and the other 2 tomato sauce one spicy and a bunch of veggies! 2 that love the Mexican Coke and 2 of the pink Aqua Fresca. The restaurant is always clean the delivery staff do an amazing job keeping it clean and immediately delivering the pizza right out of the oven and sliced! They also check in if we need anything else, check if boxes are needed etc! Thank you everyone for an amazing quick dinner out! read more

I was really hoping things would get better. Don't sell build your own and then make comments like "hurting the business by using too much product" when someone asks for cheese to cover the red sauce. Staff seemed a little disjointed and it was 630pm. Ordered up three build your owns and some cheesy bread. Pies were good. As was the cheesy bread. My pie was a little flaccid when you grabbed a slice. All the toppings slid off. Dining room staff were very friendly and helpful. Although they didn't take the number thing when they dropped off the food. Took up some space on the table. Small issue. The blood orange lemonade is a favorite of mine. The three stars are for the attitude of the staff actually making the pies and the floppy slice. read more

This so far has been my favorite blaze pizza location. There is a good amount of seats and honestly the best customer service. It wasn't too busy and a server was picking up our empty plates out of courtesy. I think the only down fall was the chicken I added was like fake chicken and not too good as I removed it .. but our pizza and the portions were great! read more

Blaze, for fast-food pizza, rocks! Some locations are better than others. This one seems to be very good. I did a build-your-own that's pretty close to my Mellow Mushroom fave: Pesto crust sausage, cheese, red pepper, jalapeño, mushrooms, black olives, pinch of oregano. For the price? You can't touch it with a lot of other pie places. Quality, other than the meats? Pretty high. There is, at some point, that fast food trade off. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Service was good, not great. I've always built the same pizza for probably 10 years, white sauce, roasted garlic, artichoke, ricotta on thick crust. Yesterday I decided to build a 'traditional' pizza with red sauce, meat, mozzarella, ricotta, roasted garlic and fresh basil. It WAS YUMMY! Topping are always fresh and plentiful. I didn't ask for anything extra or over the top on selections. BUT AS I LEFT, a young man asked if I needed help out, my pizza was pretty heavy. If he thought he was humorous, he wasn't. I've already given them a 5 star rating but came back to give another 5 stars now that I've tried their pizza. It is exceptionally delicious! I'm a pickle fanatic so I had to try their spicy chicken and dill pickle pizza. It did not disappoint. I've also tried their 4 cheese pizza. This is my absolute favorite! Their sauce is divine! I can't get enough of the stuff. They have a variety of types of pizza. I don't know why but I love that they only sell one size-11 inch pizza pies. They also offer a generous reward program. Went to Blaze before seeing a movie, didn't want to hit one of the chains in the Avenues. Blaze hit the the right buttons. I had a meat lovers, and my partner in crime had one with tomatoes and banana peppers. It was thin crust just the way I liked it, can never be too thin! The sauce and cheese hit the spot along with the mini meatballs and pepperoni. I was going to turn in my compatriot to the pizza police as he grabbed a knife and fork, but he did it to start eating it while it was still hot so I let it slide. The homemade pink lemonade topped off the deliciousness. Great stop when you are in the area, will be back. read more

For quite some time I was recommending Blaze. Not anymore. It's pretty crappy now. I always ask for extra crispy. I can't seem to get that way anymore. It always come out charred, black, burned, and freaking gooey. It taste nasty. They really need to clean their over. It's just gross. I won't eat there again until they correct it. read more

I really dislike leaving negative reviews because I have worked in the food service industry before but wow. The experience I had at Blaze Pizza Viera last night (06/06/2024) was beyond terrible. My family and I placed a mobile order for one two-topping pizza and one take two special with a half BYO pizza and a Greek salad with no cheese and a different dressing. We placed our order at 7:30 and I arrived to pick it up around 7:50. I spoke to the girl working the mobile pick up area and asked if our food was ready. She said no, but I noticed that a receipt with my name on it was hanging so I asked if she knew when it would be ready and she said she didn't know anything about my order. I checked my Blaze Pizza app and saw that it was listed as "picked up" at 7:36, around 15 minutes before I even arrived. I eventually asked the girl working behind the hand-off counter if she knew where my order was. She went to go look for it and then told me that it had gotten misplaced as they had been busy that evening. I completely understand that it was an honest mistake, but I don't understand the attitude she gave me about it. She acted as though it were somehow my fault that the order had been misplaced. I get that she might have just been having an off moment and would not have taken the time to comment on it if it weren't for the food that she gave me. By the time that my food was finally ready - nearly 40 minutes after we had placed the order - I was starving so I grabbed the pizzas that the hand-off counter girl gave to me and took them home to eat with my family. We were shocked to find that every single item that we ordered was incorrect. My mother's Greek salad had cheese on it and the wrong dressing. Her BYOB pizza was missing the italian sausage she requested on it. My pizza was made with EXTRA shredded mozzarella when my order specified ovalini/fresh mozzarella. I have a health issue that requires me to be cautious with cheese. When I do eat pizza, I always specifically order it with ovalini so that I can have a little bit of cheese without being concerned with how it will affect me. I ate a slice of the 11-inch pizza I received before realizing that there was no way I would be able to finish it. I was really disappointed with our experience and it was only made worse by the fact that I still never got what I actually ordered from them, so I tried to call this location's number as listed on the app multiple times only for them to never once pick up the phone. It sounded almost as if their line was not working. It makes me very sad to have to write such a negative review, but it seems that the quality of the food and service at this Blaze location has gone incredibly down hill since I left Brevard. I would really appreciate it if this matter were fixed, but seeing as they wouldn't even pick up the phone I doubt it. read more

Great GF options! Blaze never disappoints! My husband is about 1.5 years into a gluten allergy and he struggles with dining out. Blaze is very accommodating to include a glove change and precautions to avoid cross contamination. It has become our go-to lunch option. Kudos to the management and staff!! read more

After a complaint followed by nastiness of an immature manager, they had to make the pie over that they apparently lost... I am sorry for my wife, because I will never go back... For the second time in a row (about 6 months apart), we had issues with our order. When you order as a group, you should all receive your food within minutes of each other at the most. We always wait until everyone has their food before digging in. The restaurant was pretty empty, only two tables and 9 people working, yet my pizza was left behind and ended up getting mixed up with an online order. I was pretty annoyed because as my pizza was being made, I noticed it just sitting there on the rack. I asked the worker why my pizza was being neglected, and they said it was because there was no one at the oven. But then they went ahead and put my party's pizzas in the oven anyway. It just didn't make sense. My party was almost over eating and there was still no sign of my order. Finally, someone noticed and brought out the first attempt - the wrong pizza. The second attempt was my pizza, but someone had added ranch to it (mixed with online order) I absolutely hate ranch! That was the last straw. I asked for a refund and the manager kindly refunded the entire order. It was a nice gesture on his part. Anyhow, I am not impressed with the place and won't go back. read more

The toppings here hit the spot as lots of selections for those plant strong folks as the veggie toppings were plentiful, tasty, & nourishing. The pizzas are fast fired in 180 seconds in the oven. Fast, friendly service, & affordable. Found this to be one of the best vegan pizzas I've had in a long time for the fresh veggie toppings alone. Felt the crust could have been a bit firmer. The atmosphere pretty similar to dining at a Chipotle yet the vegan pizza hit the spot. I was able to finish the whole pie as was satisfying w/ just the right amount of food. I really would have wanted to give this review a perfect score but a couple small items prevented it. Kids wanted pizza while at hotel across the street. We used their app and tried to order a single pizza special with soda. App would not finalize and told to speak or call with the location. We entered and found a nice young lady that was taking orders this Saturday evening and providing pizza crust to teammates. She showed empathy and knew special and thought they might be able to assist. Well ... until the next young lady saucing the pizzas entered in and says otherwise. Luckily our Star player was not giving in so easily and checked with manager and said they could help with 8.95 special for which we bought two. Now what I will say about the sauce lady is that she is one that clearly follows all rules explicitly and without compromise. They have a very small ladel to place sauce and she was not going to deviate and add even a little bit more. We noted this because the white sauce looks quite thin and watery versus one with red sauce. She was exactly the same way with the cheese and protein ingredient. One small ladel exactly. Methodical and that's cool and ok. Just came across as being very careful not caring overall. The pizzas were handled with care and the original young lady that took order even visited at register to make sure all rang up well She deserved 10 stars ! We asked for some complimentary napkins and plastic wear without issue. Both pizzas were fine overall. The meatball topping was bland and would not be chosen again. Wish the white sauce had a thicker sauce or perhaps a little more (hahaha). The cauliflower crust (up charge) was crispy and didn't seem to change flavor overall. Used to have a number of Blaze pizzas near us in Denver. Unfortunately they went out or business. Down in Florida to visit my family for the holidays we we saw this Blaze at the avenue! The general idea of Blaze is a fast casual pizza place. The setup is much like a Subway sandwich store but instead of sandwiches crispy pizza. You can choose a number of preselected pizza combinations. Think of them as staff favourites or tried and true flavors. OR you can make your own pizza. Best of all the toppings are free. No two proteins and a veggie, you can have ALL the proteins and ALL the vegetables. Sauces? They've got them. Extra drizzle out of the oven? They have that too. Squash? Sure why not. I really enjoy the variety of vegetable options. Same for the meats, although I'm personally a veggie lover. You could learn something from Blaze Domino's / Pizza Hut! Inside you work your way around to the prep line. Choose your crust or pizza style. Salads are available too for a lighter option. Built right in front of you and cooked in the oven super fast. They have desserts available, tea, lemonade, draft and bottled beer, and a few wines to complete your meal. Tons of seating inside for groups of all sizes. High tables, lower tables, clean bathrooms, and a nice fast casual layout make this an excellent choice for any time of day. This location has a nice covered patio. First time going in here today truly amazed. Great atmosphere well lit excellent employees at this location. I had a build your own pizza with a juice and my friend had half a pizza with a salad end it all came to $22 dollars. When we arrived it wasn't that crowded but more people came in as the lunch hour began. You can definitely see why people tend to come here as their pizza is very fresh ingredients and you see everything that they're putting on it. The fire pit where they cook your pizza is just right on you'll get your pizza hot and very tasty. Excellent location for this one as it is in a shopping plaza . I was surprised to find this spot tonight, I've had something very familiar in Georgia called "Your Pie". I love the idea of it so I was very happy to find it. They have a half dozen or so standard choices of pizza or you can "build your own", which I did. The dough is fresh and tossed right in front of you and once they add the toppings of your choice they throw it in the open fire oven and in a few minutes it out. Much better than any Papa Johns, Dominoes, or other typical pizza joint. The pizza tasted great and you can tell all their toppings are fresh. I will be back again! read more
