I've about had it with the Chick-fil-A location at Wickham Road & I-95. We are now 2 for 2 with unacceptable service, and the same issue keeps happening. Both visits: We placed a mobile order for drive-thru and were first in line. Each time, we were left waiting while multiple cars behind us were directed around and served first. On our first visit, I waved to a team member twice to ask what was happening and was ignored. When we finally received our order, there was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt at customer service--just our food handed over with visible irritation. Today: The same thing happened again, first in line, yet cars continued to pass us. When we finally received our order, the iced coffee lid was not secured, causing it to spill all over my daughter. Her tea was unsweetened instead of sweet, and when she bit into her chicken mini, she pulled out a long strand of hair from her mouth. At that point, we were completely disgusted and did not continue eating. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a brand known for service, accuracy, and cleanliness. Mistakes can happen, but repeated failures with order flow, food safety, and basic customer service should not. We will not be returning to this location unless there is significant improvement, which I highly doubt will happen. read more

Out of every Chick-fil-A, I've been to this is genuinely the worst tasting one. The chicken nasty every time. I just bit into a nasty chicken nugget as I'm typing this message. read more

It's my fav fast food place and I love the food I highly recommend chick-Fila and I want to thank the workers who work so hard to make the food.10/10 read more

Sadly, only the drive thru is open since covid. They have the fastest drive thru and have very friendly workers. They act like they enjoy their job. I've been going to Chic FIL A's for over 40 yrs and on all that time they've only messed up my order probably less than 4 or 5 times. Other fast food chains ought to learn their business model. I cant say anything bad about their food or service. The prices of drinks could be a little less. Other than that they are bear perfect. read more

Hate It! My food came out burnt.. My wife complained about the service. Took about 30ish minutes for our food to come out. Only ordered 2 things... DO BETTER! read more

Go inside, it's much faster than the never ending drive-thru line. Chick-Fil-A. This place remains (In-N-Out, too) what great fast food should be. Chick-Fil-As are always clean and the service is super friendly. The drive-thru line is re-donk. It's a double drive-thru. Get out of your car, people, go inside and order. The line is almost non-existant and you're not wasting gas. You will also take about 30 steps to and from your car. It will make you feel less guilty eating this stuff. (The lies I tell myself.) Chick-Fil-A does one thing and they do it well. I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich with a touch of mayo and extra hot sauce - it sings to my Southern soul. Some like it hot, I like it hot, then kicked up a notch. Chick-Fil-A, well done. A great product that is delivered seamlessly across the USA. read more

Hands down Chick-fil-A is my favorite for grab and go food. I have been to this Chick-fil-A in Melbourne four times. Every time that I am in town I make it a priority to stop at a Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is something that we do not have a New York. For those of you who don't know Chick-fil-A is a fast food restaurant that serves nothing but chicken. They serve grilled chicken sandwiches and fried chicken sandwiches using a pressure cooker which makes the chicken extremely moist and juicy. Just a note you cannot eat Chick-fil-A every single day if you do a check for every single day you will gain a lot of weight. They also have items for kids like grilled chicken nuggets. Chick-fil-A also has a healthy menu with alternative options. When ordering a sandwich at Chick-fil-A you can choose if you want to grilled or crispy you also have three different choices of cheese. Sandwich that I always get is the spicy chicken sandwich. Spicy chicken sandwiches actually spicy and when you bite into it you can see that it was battered with Cayanne pepper. The chicken here is so juicy that you actually don't even need condiments. Pricewise Chick-fil-A is actually relatively cheap compared to most fast food restaurants. Most of their standard chicken sandwiches cost around $3.50 to $4.50. For that price and the quality of the food I highly recommend Chick-fil-A. The staff at this Chick-fil-A is very good they seem like they really do enjoy their job they always have a smile on their face and the food is always prepared how you order it. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait here but that's because you know that they're making your food fresh it's not sitting underneath the hot lamp. Overall Chick-fil-A is really really good fast food. At this location everything taste fresh I highly recommend coming here the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be back at this Chick-fil-A next time I'm in Melbourne. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst Chil Fil A that exists. Last week I waited through the drive thru line only to get to the window to discover couldn't find the order I placed on the computer. I trying to be nice, said no worries I'll come in. Then had the girl that told me my order was lost tell me to get in the line inside. Awesome. Today I went inside. There were two people in front of me. I placed my order and waited around 15mins while watching everyone behind me in line receive their order. Walked to the counter to ask what happened. Couldn't find my order again as none of the items I ordered were even ready yet. When I finally got home I discovered my order was of course incorrect. I do not understand what is wrong with the management at this location, it is well beyond ridiculous. You guys seriously suck at your job. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Melbourne, Florida

I stopped at this Melbourne Chic-fil-A while I was on a road trip. Note that I have never tried Chic-fil-A before, so I just expected typical, McDonald's like, fast food. However, wow! This place completely surpassed all my expectations. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Club and only waited about 5 minutes. When my food came, the very sweet lady apologized to me repeatedly saying "sorry for the wait," but I didn't even wait that long. She even gave me a FREE gift card for the short wait!!! The food was wonderful, so much better than any fast food I have ever tried, and for a fair price too! After this exemplary customer service, and this awesome food, I can officially say that Chic-fil-A is my ultimate favorite fast food place! Thank you, Chic-fil-A for the impeccable experience and the free gift card, I guarantee you a life time customer. read more

Love this company! I go there often because it's my favorite fast food but I think the company is so well run. The employees are the friendliest of any restaurant or fast food place I've been. Never once had a bad customer service experience but tonight tops the cans. I was in the drive through and there was one car ahead of me and I started to get my walker but unfortunately I couldn't find it anywhere. I told them I needed to cancel my order and they said don't worry about it and we hope you find your wallet. Wow! That was so nice! An embarrassing and worrisome moment and they were so friendly and completely unexpectedly gave me the order instead of throwing it out. They are a classy business and always so well run and the employees are trained so well! Thank so much Chick-fil-a and staff! You've got a customer for life! read more

How can you not like this place?!?! The only downfall is that they are much busier than their neighbors so the line gets very long and sometimes ends up on Wickham Road and creates traffic. I think this is too small of a location for them and they need more room. This is just a small price to pay to get great food and service. read more

When I go to Florida visiting the parental units I MUST stop here or my trip isn't compete. Aside from the good tasting food the employees are so warm and welcoming. Makes you forget this is a fast food establishment. It almost felt like I was walking into someone's kitchen. Ah!!!! I'm getting excited just thinking about it. Great food and can't wait for an unrestricted one in the N.Y.C. area. Bottom line...GO!!!! Your palate will thank me!!! read more

Called this location and ordered three 30 count chicken nugget trays. Was told it would take 10 to 15 mins. Got there in 20 mins and paid for my order. Then had to wait another 14 mins. What bothers me the most is they never mentioned they didn't even start my order or apologize. I am surprised. This is not the character and culture of Chick Fil A. read more

I dont get it? Why do people sweat this business so hard? Its a soggy chicken sandwich on a bun with two pickles. The waffle fries are pretty good. The shakes are tasty too but this holiday season the didn't have the peppermint shake. I was so ticked since we were looking forward to it. Friendly staff but man its a long wait. Nothing fast about this place. read more

The quality of their chicken has gone downhill a bit. I've noticed it's kind of fatty and chewy lately. When they first opened, it was phenomenal. Service is pretty good for a bunch of deer-in-the-headlights kids. The drive-thru is always packed, but they do a great job attending to the two lanes, and it's pretty darn quick. But they lose a star for being closed on Sundays. It's one of my only two days off, and it sure would be nice to take the kids to their favorite fast food joint on Sunday. I know for a fact a lot of those kids would love to make a few bucks working Sunday afternoons. Also, one of our kids has a severe peanut allergy, and Chicks use peanut oil for their chicken, so he has to sit it out. You'd think a Christian organization might be more sensitive to those with allergies, but apparently not. Oh well. Please call your Sysco rep and upgrade your chicken a bit. read more

Chick-fil-A - Three drive thru lines at lunch. Impressive logistics. - Fast Food Near Me - Melbourne, Florida

I stopped into this CFA for a quick Spicy Chicken Biscuit on a Saturday morning. The line around the building was chock full o' SUVs too lazy to go in to get their grub. This was probably the longest I've ever waited for a Chicken Biscuit or anything at a CFA. I waited 13 mins from the time I ordered until the time I received my sandwich. All I ordered was a sandwich to go. I realize this is probably not the norm, and as I was leaving I did see another manager arriving for the day. I probably just ordered at the wrong time. The one thing I can't reiterate enough is to just run in and get your CFA fix. 99.7% of the time it's ALWAYS faster. read more

I used to love Chick-Fil-A but they seem to have jumped on the "let's sell cheap food to make more money" bandwagon that every other fast food restaurant is on. I ordered the chicken tenders and they were awful. They tasted like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. On top of that, the quality of the chicken had drastically gone downhill. It tasted like chemicals. Not fresh at all. And there was gristle too which is completely disgusting. Breading was barely staying on the meat too. I will never again go to any Chick-Fil-A. Such a shame too because it used to be outstanding. read more

I have a friend who jokes the key to successful parenting includes occasionally going to a McDonalds or a Chick-Fil-A that has a play structure! With healthier kid's meals options and a new appreciation for playgrounds, I can see why so many parents I know, including my sister, can relate to this statement. The Chick-Fil-A in Viera has a nice children's play area and the usual food options. Having never been to a Chick-Fil-A, I have enjoyed the chicken items I have had here. It is fast food, I can't really pretend it's healthy, although maybe not as greasy than other fast food, but it was a nice treat made even better by letting the kids run around. The clean and friendly restaurant also has a variety of family events and deals that would make an occasional trip here even more worthwhile. read more

Can't get enough of this place and this location is no different. Couldn't believe how lucky I was to find a Chick-Fil-A on my way to the store. Thanking my lucky stars that they built another location in my area. Best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Tasty, crispy, fresh, just delicious. High quality fast food restaurant, almost does them an injustice to call them fast food. Keep up the good work guys! read more

We did a quick roadside stop for lunch... had the spicy Chicken deluxe... the place was clean and the food was fine. The staff were their friendly selves... We got there at 11:30 am and it was just starting to get busy. By the time we left, there were lines all over the place and the drive thru line went out onto the road! Yikes! Love me some Chick-Fil-A! read more

Worst Chick-fil-A location I've ever been to. This location seems to have a knack for hiring teenage workers who either don't care or are just super dumb. More times than not, our orders are messed up. We're given the wrong item, missing items, missing sauces, half filled fries and the list goes on. Today, once again, we were given the wrong sandwich in our drive-through order. Good thing we've had MANY previous experiences of discovering wrong or missing items when we got home, so at this point we know to ALWAYS stop the car while still at the restaurant to check our order! Sure enough! Wrong item AGAIN, for the Nth time. So, we have to stop the car, walk back inside with the wrong sandwich, stand in line (while our other food gets cold), wait to be given the RIGHT sandwich. What's gross and unsanitary is that they took back the WRONG sandwich they gave to us... that's something we've obviously opened and checked (touched!). I truly hope they don't re-sell that sandwich and give it to someone else, but I sure wouldn't be surprised if they did, given their lack of common sense and "we-could-care-less" attitude. Obviously they get a lot of business simply b/c Viera has limited food options and they have prime location in this growing area. But if it weren't for the proximity, I don't think anyone in their right mind would go out of their way to come here. I hope the owner of this location pays attention to all the negative reviews - they're there for a reason. Your restaurant is NOT up to par with the standards of this well-loved franchise. You are giving Chick-fil-A a bad name, and if you care at all, I hope you go and give your kiddie staff either better training or maybe just try hiring some more competent human beings. read more

This is the worst CFA. They screw you in the drive-thru often. The kids are more focused on chatting between themselves then focusing on getting order correct. I've called back to complain about yet another order missing one thing or another and always told how sorry they are blah, blah, blah. Thanks but no thanks. We are done with this place. read more

This is the 5th time I've ordered through the drive thru and gotten home to find an incomplete order. This is not an exaggeration, I've only bothered to come back for what I paid for 1 time. I don't want a free cookie, or a free anything, I just want what I order when I pay for it. Please take the time to retrain whoever you have putting orders together and/or manage the process better. Thanks for the consistent aggravation. read more

I understand this location is VERY busy. Waited at-least 20 minutes in the drive thru line. When I got home, I did not even get what I ordered (grilled nuggets) instead I got the regular nuggets. I am gluten intolerant so I was unable to eat the regular nuggets and I didn't want to go back because of the drive/ long wait. Waste of my time and money to get something I cannot have. Be careful and remember to check your bag for the correct items in it. read more

The worst experience ever. Workers were flirting and they messed up my order twice. I go to chic fil a often and this is by far the worst time. Won't be going back to this one. Tall black hair kid also had an attitude. Couldn't catch his name but was wearing a red polo shirt. read more

Would love to leave a stellar review for chic-fil-a, but unfortunately, this location is sub par. I get the same order every time, and 90% of the time, I have to go inside to get my order fixed . Food is great, but it gets annoying to have to fix my order constantly .. read more

Worst service for breakfast. My husband and I stop in randomly during the week here and there for breakfast before work and it always takes forever. I understand that they get busy and have a drive thru line. However we run inside for it be faster and are usually the only ones but for some reason making 2 chicken biscuits takes 10-15 mins. They give all the food to drive thru and neglect there front customers. I worked at fast food and know how it works and they need to work on their process. This is suppose to be fast food and it's not. My husband and I thought the first few times it was a fluke but now after several visits it's keeps happening. We cannot stop for breakfast before work since waiting 10-15 mins makes us late to work each time. Also like to add that we are Alisters and eat lunch atleast once a week. Horrible customer service for breakf read more

My kids are weird. They could eat here 6 days a week if we let them. I don't know what the attraction is. Maybe there's some kind of magic juju in their chicken. But whatever it is, it's working, and it's working for the masses. It is rare that the line for the drive thru does not wrap around the front of the store. They've had to make special provisions in the parking lot to accommodate all the traffic. While the McDonalds across the street stays strangely quiet, consumers have voted with their money and decided that chick fil A is the hottest fast food restaurant in Viera. We've eaten there chicken a bunch of times, and I have decided that their barbecue buffalo chicken whatever sandwich is actually pretty good. The waffle fries are good too, & I love to dip them in their buffalo wing sauce. And, as a bonus, they have what I think is fresh brewed lemonade. And that's nice too. It's hard to get these days. Once in a while I'll go inside just to see what's happening. The employees always seem so cheery, almost if they're brainwashed by some sort of cult. But that's not a bad thing - those zombies make your visit much more pleasant. The facilities are always clean and service is quite fast considering the vast crowds. I don't think any of us has ever got a bad piece of chicken at chick-fil-a. It's always cooked well through, and their recipe seems to be very consistent. One of my kids has a peanut allergy, and before we knew that, he used to eat their chicken. They cook their chicken and french fries in peanut oil. Apparently that does not bother some people with peanut allergies. But it's important to be aware just in case you are affected too. Just remember Yelpers, chick-fil-a is closed on Sunday. So if you want to run to Hobby Lobby and then stop at chick-fil-a for lunch on a Sunday, you're out of luck. But no worries, McDonalds right across the street is open on Sundays read more
