This location is good for what it is. If you go into it knowing it's a chain restaurant and already having an idea of what to expect it will meet your expectations but it won't blow you away. The decor is pretty standard since it's a chain but there are little local tidbits added for each location. I've always found the people to be very friendly there. I was so looking forward to this order being delivered ... we ordered a family meal with 3 entrees, orange chicken and honey sesame chicken (2). The chicken was ok, but the peppers were cooked down to mush. As for the sides, fried rice and chow mein were way undercooked and inedible. The spring rolls had a nice ginger flavor, but the vegetables were mushy inside the crispy wrapper. Door Dash delivered very quickly too. My wife and I frequent this Panda Express twice a week and everybody in this restaurant is very pleasant. You greeted as soon as you walk in and the food as well as portions are always great if you don't like the way something looks like in their serving trays you can always request that they make you fresh items Which they will always do with no trouble at all. I had a wonderful experience at my most recent Panda Express visit. The exterior shined in the night and glistened like a beacon with those doors just begging me to step inside and indulge. Walking through the door I was greeted by the very polite manager Zevin. The enchanting music and desireable smell filled the restaurant space. The ordering process was quick, simple, and efficient. The kind man taking my order quickly substituted my plate for a bigger plate without hesitation upon my request once I realized I had a reward. Every ingredient was in stock, fresh and ready to be prepared and served. The lines were non existent and I am here munching down on my quick order. While on the hunt for something delicious. I must admit I was skeptical of trying Panda Express again. I had an experience once in California where the food was overcooked dry and just not what I was want to eat. However my family talked me into giving it a second chance. I'm glad they did. Every Item we purchased was very flavorful and cooked well. The portions were awesome, we had left overs the next morning always a plus and we were all full for a price that was very affordable. February 2024 Update: The food was better than last time, especially the food portions given for the plate. I had gotten the Blacken Chicken and Orange Chicken, and I liked it so much that I didn't have enough fried rice to combine the two food items. I would say, though, the fact that warm teriyaki sauce is not available in the small cup is a huge letdown for me because I only eat their noodles with it. The staff is great, the manager is a Hispanic male..I always forget his name but he has the BEST customer service & always jumps in where needed! While the food tastes fine we had to wait 45 minutes for an online order. We came in and they told us to leave because we didn't have on a mask. Literally yelled "get out please and get a mask. I come here often and the food is always fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and helpful. They don't have sweet and sour chicken on the menu but they make it for me. It's the only thing my son will eat from here. It's reasonably priced. I often see the same employees which is a good sign to me. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. I go to this location once every few weeks. Tonight will be my last time as I experienced one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The ladies taking the order were very kind. I came into the store at 9:20pm and they close at 9:30pm. I wanted orange chicken for a bigger plate and the cook starting cooking some right away. The server was very friendly and told me to drive right up to the pick up window. Since there was no one else in line, I got to the window quickly.
