This rating is for the A La carte menu only. My husband and I visited red ginger for dinner today as we were shopping in the mall and since it was getting late we decided to have dinner here itself. Terrible Food. Bad service Seafood fried rice stone pot; now what would u expect, some fried rice right. No. It's a soupy porridge consistency rice and broth dish with few seafood and asparagus. Shocking! Tasted so bad. Bland is an understatement. We refused this dish. Kung pao chicken: I've had this dish so many times around the globe and trust me this is the worst preparation ever. It's sweet! Like in which universe is Kung pao with a marked next to it is sweet? Lot of cubed chicken, bbq and sugary sweetness, an entire bag of peanuts (overdosed) and few red chillis. It was bad! The chilli oil that we asked for also is not spicy. :( Ambiance is great. No where close to authentic. Very Americanised if you ask me. My husband tried the hot pot here and loved it! Maybe we'll visit again for the hot pot.

Covered in sauce that spilled out. Bad packaging. Ruined one of the dinners.

I would normally say this is the best American-Chinese food in town. In fact, this place is further than 7 other restaurants, but we consistently order from them bc they're usually great! This time, not so much. Everything tasted under seasoned. I've never said "this needs more salt" about Chinese food before, but I said it last night! Eggroll was bland. Triple Delight was bland. The stir fried rice was bland. The Mongolian beef was about half the size it normally is. The way they packed it, all the sauce poured out of the Mongolian beef onto the bottom of the bag and rice containers. So the MB was dry. We added soy sauce to moisten it back up, is which probably why it wasn't as bland as the others. It was like they had a new or different cook than usual. It was just all off. Boring and bland. And again - this is our favorite spot. My other complaint: we live beachside. The Melbourne square mall location is the closest and only one that delivers to us. But they don't do their own delivery. When you're on their website, it directs you to the DoorDash app for their delivery. Well DoorDash doesn't have their menu correct. It's missing items and doesn't have everything there. The only Mongolian beef available on DD is a combo version that includes soup and a side. We don't want that. But the only way to get Mongolian beef is to get this combo. It's a waste of money and food bc we have to get items we don't want. I also have no clue if the prices are up-charged on DD compared to in store like most places do these days. (Not to mention the delivery fee and service fee in addition to the delivery tip.) So if your closest store is the Melbourne location, you are getting ripped off by ordering their delivery through DoorDash. I wish they did their own like the Suntree location. OR at the very least, spend the time to go thru and make sure your DoorDash menu is actually correct. It would be less annoying to pay exorbitantly if I was actually getting the full and correct menu. I think it's time to find a new place.

A beautiful restaurant. This place knows how to decorate! The vibe was so chill, with dim neon lighting with plenty of spots to grab a great photo for those who love a "gram" worthy picture. The service was quick and knowledgeable. If you have never had hot pot they can easily explain the concept. I've had it many times but never here. So nice to have a hot pot spot in Brevard!! The meat and veggie station had a great variety! I went on a Friday and crab legs were on the buffet... not something I've found at any other hot pot. The broth was amazing and you can always add more spices and herbs and sauces from the "buffet" to enhance the already flavorful bowl of soup. If you want a fun interactive experience while eating, this place has it all and more! Great for a date night or friends night out. I will be going back often to get my Chinese hot pot fix!

Delicious food, awesome service; an excellent local pan-Asian restaurant! Plenty of seating options at the bar or booth.

I was in search of a nearby hotpot place to try and this place delivered. The food was really good my daughter enjoyed picking her item to dip and cook in a delicious chicken broth. They offer broths, such as, beef flavor, vegetarian and a tomato flavor. Will have to try them next time. I enjoyed a bento box which was only missing the sushi roll. oddly, don't know why they were out of sushi. the sushi chef was at the sushi counter.

The food and customer service were excellent. The restaurant was quiet, with fast service and a calm, serene ambiance. I particularly enjoyed the robot waiter.

Went here for lunch and it was pretty empty. Very clean and the staff was attentive. I ordered the Singapore mei fun and it was exactly how I wanted it. Great curry flavor and the right amount of spice. The rest of the table ordered things like fried rice and the teriyaki bento boxes. My cousin said her noodles didn't have the best flavor, but I didn't try it so I can't speak to that. We also ordered the dumplings for the table and they were great. I want to come back and try the rest of the menu.

We visit the red ginger every time we come to Florida to see family. The menu has so many options, anyone can find something they'd love. We recently did the Valentine's Day wine and food tasting and it was to die for. The ambience is very laid back, but also nice for a date night. You can't go wrong with their sushi options! Everything tastes so fresh!

Everything was great from the service to the apple pie tequila drink. Prices were expensive $4.25 for a Diet Coke was too much.

Great food and quick service!…read more Having ordered an assortment of things across many visits, I can recommend: - Spicy wontons - a MUST. They have a flavorful spice and aren't TOO spicy in my opinion - Any noodle soup dish. They are comforting and good flavors and plenty of protein! Beef noodle had really tender beef (I was kind of expecting to be more chewy and was impressed with how tender it was)

Dumpling lovers unite!…read more We finally have a spot in our charming Brevard county that offers amazing Chinese street foods galore! A quaint and minimally decorated spot, nestled into a un observing strip, this gem could easily be missed. After seeing their menu online, we threw on our clothes and drove as fast as we could have a feast ! And what a feast it was !!! Our server was very attentive and helpful with making multiple decisions and the bubble teas were fresh and sweet and delicious . (Looking forward to when they have all the flavors available) We started with a bowl of warm and hardy curry soup with delicate glass noodles and flavorful broth. We then shared an order of the Chashu pork bowl with marinated egg. It wasn't as crispy as I'm used to...even a little gelatinous, but boy did it have the most amazing flavor. As a texture person, it didn't slow me down one bit. We also got some crispy fried wings that were perfectly cooked and juicy inside, and crunchy fried scallion pancakes (one of our favorite street foods) Then came the soup dumplings. The best I've actually had anywhere. Delicious broth with deep flavor, wrapped in a steamed wonton with tons of seafood meat inside. The pork and chive dumplings were crispy and soft all at the same time, bursting with juice and flavor. With such a large order, we had food to eat for days, but still have so many things left to try and cannot wait until our next visit!
