My kids are weird. They could eat here 6 days a week if we let them. I don't know what the attraction is. Maybe there's some kind of magic juju in their chicken. But whatever it is, it's working, and it's working for the masses. It is rare that the line for the drive thru does not wrap around the front of the store. They've had to make special provisions in the parking lot to accommodate all the traffic. While the McDonalds across the street stays strangely quiet, consumers have voted with their money and decided that chick fil A is the hottest fast food restaurant in Viera. We've eaten there chicken a bunch of times, and I have decided that their barbecue buffalo chicken whatever sandwich is actually pretty good. The waffle fries are good too, & I love to dip them in their buffalo wing sauce. And, as a bonus, they have what I think is fresh brewed lemonade. And that's nice too. It's hard to get these days. Once in a while I'll go inside just to see what's happening. The employees always seem so cheery, almost if they're brainwashed by some sort of cult. But that's not a bad thing - those zombies make your visit much more pleasant. The facilities are always clean and service is quite fast considering the vast crowds. I don't think any of us has ever got a bad piece of chicken at chick-fil-a. It's always cooked well through, and their recipe seems to be very consistent. One of my kids has a peanut allergy, and before we knew that, he used to eat their chicken. They cook their chicken and french fries in peanut oil. Apparently that does not bother some people with peanut allergies. But it's important to be aware just in case you are affected too. Just remember Yelpers, chick-fil-a is closed on Sunday. So if you want to run to Hobby Lobby and then stop at chick-fil-a for lunch on a Sunday, you're out of luck. But no worries, McDonalds right across the street is open on Sundays read more

This is got to be the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. The service at the counter was good. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a disgrace for a chick-fil-a food and garbage all over the floor trays left on the table the whole time we were there. The garbage was overflowing. The Bathroom is filthy for a chick-fil-a but cleaner then your other fast food restaurants. 4 employees hanging out in the both joking around maybe they were on break. We had to ask to have a table wiped down cause there were crumbs on every single table. The Manager wiped the table down. It's good for Managers to jump in and help but the place wasn't busy and there were a lot of employees standing around Managers should delegate work I'm sure his time is valuable. Chick-fil-a really needs to retrain the management at this establishment way below chick-fil-a standards. read more

I know people serve breakfast for a reason when I don't understand is that why can't you get french fries when you order them. If they are serving tater tot's and hashbrowns bacon serve french fries which they have done before. When I order a Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich and ask for it very politely to have NO pickles, I expect it to have no pickles on it. I go to Chick Fil A so much and can honestly say they are awesome at their job!!! People go crazy for Chick Fil A and everyday the lines at some point are to the street and out the door for dine in. They work hard and as fast as they can to help make sure each person's experience there is top notch!! As I have read some of the other reviews, it saddens me for some of the bad reviews. I have never seen someone slack or piddle when getting orders out to guests. Another thing that was commented on is in the morning it takes a long time. Because they are not 24 hrs like McDonalds, at 6AM in the morning they are still preparing food to make it the right way! Food is always fresh and you can even tell the employees to write fresh on there and it will be extra extra fresh! The food sells so quickly that nothing sits under a heat lamp for really more than like a few minutes! Even though there will always be a couple negative reviews, You know Chick-Fil-A Viera is doing something right when there is three lines during lunch everyday and the line still stretches out to the road!!! So disappointed today!!! I know they are always busy but never have I waited over 10 minutes for FAST food. The people working today had no rush in their step and when I asked for my food it had been sitting in a bag that no one would have touched if I didn't ask!!!! This is my 'local' Chick-fil-A and everything about the place top notch. I dine here at least once a week and enjoy the chicken nuggets. My only complaint is that occasionally, they don't salt the waffle fries enough or at all. They are much better than most places about salting fries. The help there are always the best. went on Manatee night ... yes you read that right ... i braved the evening of manatee night .. all for a good cause! - i was very pleasantly surprised to find service to be quick, they were ready and over staffed , food came out quick and they even brought the tray to your seat so you didnt have to stand around and wait for it. The best Chick-Fil-A in America. Every person who dreams of opening a restaurant should visit the Viera, Chick-fil-a, and see what could be the best run restaurant in the Space Coast, and probably the best run Chick-fill-a franchise in the U.S. This place runs like a Swiss Watch. I visited on a Saturday for lunch after visiting the Melbourne Zoo, and all but two tables in the restaurant were full. A huge wave of customers like this might swamp a McDonalds, Wendy's, or Burger King, but this place just steps it up. They had a very large number of staff working, every register had a cashier taking orders. It was obvious that the staff in the back were hustling. From walking in, to getting to the front of the line, though placing the order was under three minutes and less than two minutes later they handed me the food. Incredible. Chick-Fill-A really cannot be compared to other fast food restaurants at this price point. Chick-Fill-A gets it in a way that the others do not. Want to swap a soft drink (which costs them pennies) for a white or chocolate milk (which I presume costs them more) on a kids meal, YES you can at NO CHARGE. Want your child to eat a little healthier by having fruit instead of fries, Yes you can at NO CHARGE. When they hand you your plate there is a small Purell brand hand sanitizer (very helpful after a visit to the zoo especially if you stopped at the petting zoo) and a mint. Want mayonnaise they have both regular and reduced calorie. Ice Tea: they brew it fresh (and their tea better than any of the national chains that have tea) and have both "sweet and "unsweet". When I went to get an ice tea refill the server asked..."sweet or un", did I want more ice and whether I wanted a new lemon wedge to replace the one that was already in the cup. I thought wait a second that kind of attention to detail and customer service is unheard of in fast food or fast casual restaurant... perhaps I just got a superstar server. This must be an aberration. Then I came back a week later and a different server asked the same questions. To say that the service is excellent in this store is simply an understatement. I placed an order for four while carrying our tired from the zoo toddler. When the cashier handed me the food part of the order she said, it looks like your hands are full, I am going to bring you your drinks to the table. ( The food part of the order was filled so fast that they drinks were about 30 seconds to a minute behind the food ). A few seconds after I sat down, there was the young woman who rang up our order with a mostly unsweet - dash of sweet ice tea, a kids chocolate milk, a lemonade and a smile. She also grabbed a something very helpful that I did not ask for ... a disposable stick-on, kid's table mat or table liner ( parents of toddlers know about such things until I had kids I had not idea what these were ). Wow I thought, this cashier is thinking to herself how can I make their dining experience better and is implementing and when she came over to deliver the drinks, another team member stepped up to her register. Everyone who works at this place is courteous, contentious, friendly, and polite. If you ever stay at a Ritz Carlton you will see a similar style of staff interaction with guests ..but at Chick-Fill-A, I for one did not expect this... Wow. Their food is good to. I dig the waffle fries and have been alternating between the regular chick-fill-a sandwich and the healthier grilled version that has about one third of the fat. Our three year old adores the their playground. Their kids size ice cream cone is 80 cents. Chick-Fil-A is kid friendly, family friendly, and offers choices and ways to be diet friendly. It is even wallet friendly. The only thing I can suggest to this store owner is to open a Spacecoast location beachside. read more

Such slow service!! The drive-thru ALWAYS has a crazy long line during prime meal times... Like, cars backed up into the street. They try to remedy this by opening a second drive-thru lane during these times, but I always find this to be counterproductive. There's no menu at this second line, so if you go through it, be sure to know exactly what you want. You'll give your order to an employee standing under a tent, and they only take credit cards in this line. Then you'll pull forward and wait; an employee will walk your order over to your car when it's ready. I've used this line 3 times now and, all 3 times, I've noticed that the normal line moves much faster then this one - again, counterproductive, as I always regret not just staying in the original line. In addition, they've screwed up my order on a couple different occasions - giving me the wrong thing or not including something they should have. read more

This is hands down my favorite restaurant in the world. IT IS SO DARN GOOD. The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside. Chick-fil-A manages to capture perfect juiciness within their chicken that EVERY other fast food chain fails to get. The two pickles add a delicate flavor profile to the sandwich. The bun is perfectly sweet and toasted. It is NEVER stale. Each bite of the sandwich reminds the eater of happier times. For me personally a good Chick-fil-A sandwich takes me to the beach- it's 75 degrees, there's a nice breeze, it's perfectly sunny out, and I'm sitting next to the love of my life. Chick-fil-A has the power to take you there! Don't even get me started on the sauces... TOO LATE. The sauces are perfection. If you are looking to put sauce on your sandwich or to dip your nuggets in, I would recommend the Chick-fil-A sauce. It is creamy and delicious.
