The food is amazing, fresh every time. I just started going here last week and haven't been disappointed once's. Cheaper than McDonald's and 10x better. I'm not sure if the management has changed since those last bad reviews but I have been greated consistently with great service. Super kind and helpful. I would definitely give them a try! So honestly the food was pretty good. But that thought immediately went out the window when I put a fry in my mouth and it is wet and filled with grease I still ate it and am stuck on the toilet. There's an old lady that work here I wasn't able to get her name. But she is very very disrespectful I went up there for an interview an I guess I wasn't of age, but when I went online to do the application I had got an email saying I could come in for an interview. I get there for my interview and she asks for my name, I give it to her. Then she asked for my availability as I was about to tell her she cuts me off n asked for my age. I tell her my age n she gets an adatude saying I have to be 18 or older or have a high school diploma. Then tell me to leave. I had a weird interaction for a fast food place. Long review cause I thought it was kinda funny. First off, they have two lanes; one for app pick up and another to order. Drove thru the app order because I made a mobile order. Nobody helped us and it looked empty so we drove around to the other lane. I got to the drive thru with my dad and I was speaking too far away so she yelled she couldn't hear me. A bit aggressive off the rip but I got closer and then asked if she could hear me. She said she could so I asked if I could cancel one of my two mobile orders (first one was an accident cause I forgot to use a bogo burger coupon). Then she got MAD. "WE DONT DO CANCELS HERE, CALL ONLINE FOR SUPPORT." Ok... so I asked to pick up only my 2nd order and cancel the other online afterward. She goes "THERES ONLY 1 ORDER HERE!" I ask her to check again and then she sees it and goes "oh ok it's here, pull up." Pulled up and then she's telling us to go to other side for pickup. First off, the place is completely empty. No customers or cars or anything. Just a couple workers making the food. Second of all, it's the SAME exact building. The window connects. We asked why she's being aggressive. She eventually tells us to leave and we go "happily." At least customer support was helpful for the refund tho. TLDR Got excited to use a bogo burger coupon, got in the drive thru line and saw nobody so I went around again, met an aggressive general manager was on either a wild power trip, had a bad day, or a mix of both. Left because she was yelling and got food elsewhere. No going back here but I'll still buy checkers fries from Walmart tho. read more

Been using this location nearly monthly for the last 3 years. It is a perfect 30 min time consumer from where I worked. No I'm not calling the place slow at all, it took 30 mins to drive there get food and drive back to work. Anyways, service has always been great I've had a few mistakes along the way, ie no ketchup on my burger is sometimes missed when I order, small problem and they always fix it right away. Food is always cooked to order and done relatively quick for food made when I order. I leave you with a 5 because I've never had issues here unlike another location but I won't bash them here. read more

The food has always been great. I've eaten here several times and never been disappointed honestly. I'd like to highlight the gentleman Kalani, at the drive thru. He told me it would be 6-8 minutes on waiting for tenders because he didn't want to serve me the old tenders sitting out. That was the most unexpected thoughtful gesture of someone. Fries are great, employees are weird, they choose their own closing times. Also.... bugs in my soda. I called them to give them a heads up that maybe they need to check the drink lids since bugs were smashed on the INSIDE of the lid, the woman flat out denied that they have bugs in the store and hung up on me. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and a large fry and everything was the most disgusting food I've ever had the sandwiches tasted old the bread was stale the chicken was like a brick the lettuce was brown. Also the fries were hard as a rock and full of grease and I'm nauseaous now. They decide to make their own hours whenever the f they want. Says 2am online but they decided they want to be closed at 8PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT.... who the h*ll does this.. idc if they're "short staffed" Maybe they should pay people more then so people actually want to work and guess what... they'll make more money by doing so because they can be open on a Friday night! But they have enough employees to be on the headset and tell me they're closed though of course. No sorry or anything either. Just "WERE CLOSED" at 8:21 pm on a Friday. Went to this checkers on 3/11 and the people who work there have the worst attitudes. Check let's need to have a hiring event because the people they had working at this location last night were just rude and nasty. When an older blonde lady opened the Window all you could smell was cigarette smoke, disgusting.", then when the second girl handed us our food my girlfriend started to ask for a couple different sauces and the woman literally turned her back and walked away! And then when we asked the blonde woman she said she didn't have one sauce, and ranch was .75 and that she could give us ketchup, not even giving us the option of paying for the ranch. Literally have never been treated so bad at a fast food place before, we definitely won't be going back for a long time, I'm sure if these ladies were treated like this themselves they would've been pissed. This has to be the worst Checkers in the county. I've been to this location many times and my order is always incorrect or poorly made. The burgers are sloppy, just thrown together any type of way. Extremely rude employees. I've been here twice and I've been treated like absolute crap both times. I've gone through drive thru and the most recent time the employee working drive thru was acting like she didn't give a crap. barely talking into the microphone, so my group told her we can't hear her and she got very defensive and snappy about it. She was mumbling something and she said "i didn't even say anything?!!" in a very rude tone. said "huh" multiple times and would get snappy if we didn't reply right away. i won't be coming back, they need to learn some respect and customer service. This was my 3rd visit here. The first time I came I just thought the girl was having a bad day. The second time, I didn't care to think about her rude attitude. This time, enough is enough.
