Unfortunately the wait can be around half an hour of standing in line waiting to be served, it feels as if this location is severely under staffed. 3 or more entree options empty at or before lunch time, and again today at 6pm. Today was the third time I had to choose somewhere else, and thats a real bummer because the food is off the chain! I love this place, I love the food, I love the atmosphere, they have SO much going for them here, but my one gripe...I have to sit there waiting on stuff to get done cooking almost every single time I go there. 90% of the time I'd say, they won't have fried rice, or orange chicken, or (usually) multiple things at one time. Please....PLEASE!!!! I don't usually leave bad reviews but worst panda express in the us. We waited in line for 30 mins and there was only 3 people infront of us. The workers were very rude people. Having four people take a break and a 15 person line don't mix well. If you see the line huge I figured it's common sense to get up and help. read more

Great food and lots of it but it was a little dirty inside. This is easy to find and right on the west side of the road in front of the Walmart. The strip center has limited parking in front my the street but there is plenty of parking behind the building and in front of the Walmart. The restaurant is in a small shopping center. There are two entrances and an open area with about 10 tables. You order at the counter. They have several options of either a la cart items or meals. We ordered meals. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. The price was reasonable. The only challenge that this restaurant seems to have is the cleanliness option. The floor was dirty and there was not a single table unoccupied that was cleaned off. Overall, a nice restaurant but not too clean. read more

Stopped in on 8/5/19 and your team member "Jackie" was extremely rude to me and my friend when we asked to switch our eat in plates to take home boxes. Absolutely nothing was ready, so we waited for our meals. When I received mine I opened the box to see that there were only three pieces of sweetfire chicken and when I brought it to the attention of said team member "Jackie" she stated because the 3 pieces were the size they were that it was adequate and ignored my request for a couple more pieces by walking away while I was speaking. Please consider halting online orders after the grill closes for the evening! I arrived at 7:45PM and the had grill just closed for the evening (the store closes at 9:00PM). The high-demand items (chicken teriyaki, etc.) were plentiful, but reserved to fill online orders; despite a long line of customers asking for more food to be prepared. Instead of settling for the fried chunks swimming in sugar, we were resigned to eat elsewhere. I have been eating at Panda for five years and my company uses Panda for lunch catering. The idea of turning away in-store customers in favor of online pickup should be seriously reviewed. read more

I went to this Panda Express today. I knew I wanted a meal with 2 sides but I could not see what they had for sides due to the way you walk in with Covid. It would have only taken me a second to decide what I wanted once i could see what they had. However, the person behind the counter told me to step aside while I decided and asked the person behind me for her order and she also could not see everything but was allowed to be taken care of. The people in front of me did the same thing as well due to the set up but they were waited on. I called and asked to talk to the manager and she told me to come back i and they would wait on me. The food is pretty much what you expect it to be. I am writing this review in response to the horrible service I received on my last visit. I ordered several items with the first, gruff and unpleasant worker on the line. She wasn't friendly, but I wasn't all that bothered by it. Then, the next worker asked what entree I wanted. I asked for string bean chicken, and she proceeded to throw a scoop onto my two entree plate. I noticed that it was almost completely string beans, so I asked politely, "Could you please throw a couple pieces of chicken on there?" She just looked at me. "It's all string beans," I followed up. She threw one piece of chicken on there and said with an attitude, "It's called string bean chicken." I couldn't believe it. "Excuse me?" I asked. She repeated herself and stood there on the line arguing that because it's called "string bean chicken and not "chicken with string beans" that I should expect to have more string beans than chicken. She just KEPT ARGUING, embarrassing herself and me in front of the other people around. I told her how inappropriate it was for her to treat me that way as a customer. All of the other workers on the line (as well as all the customers) heard it and said nothing. I asked for a manager. There was none there. I called the next day and asked for a manager. There was none there. I will not be back. All this very rude young woman had to do was put a couple more pieces of chicken on there and smile. I would have given a higher rating because the food & service are good. What knocked down the rating is because of a deceptive practice that they do if you take their survey. I took the survey (which stated that if you buy a 2-entree place, you will get a 3rd entrée free). I got 3 entrée plates & 2 rolls (NOT on their Entree menu). When I paid, the 2 rolls were free but not the 3rd entrée. I expected to pay for the rolls but not the 3rd entrée. I argued with them but to no avail. I took everything home & emailed the General Management about this. Here is a direct quote from them: "The survey code does grant you to receive a single serving entree item when you purchase a Plate (2 entree). There are time when the cashier can place the appetizer as an entree to reduce a cost. However, you are able to notify the cashier that you would like a different entree as your free single item and to add any appetizers as a separate charge." The cashier has the option to place the appetizer as an entrée to reduce a cost? Sounds like false advertising to me! And nobody told me about the other option! read more

Great customer service; greeted as I entered the restaurant, assisted quickly, a lot of food to choose from and it was very fresh. Meaning, the food didn't look dried out or that it had been sitting under the warming lights for a long time. Plus, the taste proved the freshness as well. What I continually notice about this particular restaurant is that the cooking staff keeps an eye on how full the serving bowls are and quickly make more before the bowl is completely empty! Customers don't have to wait for the servers to take notice that a certain item is gone and then ask the cooking staff to make more. They work as a team and are on the ball! Good job! read more

They gave plum sauce which is actually made with plums instead of just corn syrup and sugar and stuff ("real" duck sauce). Only problem was the manager. She was wearing a black shirt, and when we came in, she greeted us as an annoyance, and rolled her eyes at us when she mumbled through the greeting and we didn't understand what she was even saying.
