My wife and I go to Panda Express on a fairly regular basis we go to the one on Palm Bay Rd. where they are willing to make the food fresh if it doesn't meet your standards as well as the one on 192 where the manager's name is Natasha and she is wonderful. She's great with her employees and well liked by her customers. read more

Ordered takeout. Three protein option. When I opened the box at home I literally had no idea what I was looking at. Small chopped pieces of broccoli and beef in a teeny side box. A larger box with a couple of "Teriyaki " chicken pieces ( it didn't look like Teriyaki chicken). The third option was the chicken with mushrooms which were chopped in tiny morsels with unrecognizable mushrooms. All this was stuffed in a styrofoam 3 part divider. Of course there was so much of the lo mein which was the highlight of the dinner. Starch can be an overwhelming filler but it's so cheap. It was made to order quickly, and I have to say THEE worst Asian takeout I ever had. It was a total waste of money and time and the dinners don't look anything like the appetizing pics online. read more

I ordered an uber eats delivery from the new location in Ruskin on 41. The kung pao chicken was full of peanuts & zucchini and not very much chicken and what little chicken there was had no flavor at all. The Black pepper steak had a bit more flavor and I was only given 2 very small tender pieces of steak and 1 big tough piece along with a ton of tough green stems and huge red peppers. The fried rice had no flavor what so ever; however, the chow mein was decent. I normally eat at the Tampa Airport Location by the E Gates and everything is always flavorful. I think I'll stick with the airport. Order#45339264423755795 - I wish I had taken a picture. read more

Food is awesome. Staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the wait can be around half an hour of standing in line waiting to be served, it feels as if this location is severely under staffed. 3 or more entree options empty at or before lunch time, and again today at 6pm. Today was the third time I had to choose somewhere else, and thats a real bummer because the food is off the chain! Highly recommend another staff member on the assembly line, thats what this location is lacking. Otherwise very clean and friendly location. read more

I made an online order at 4:30 order said to be done by 4:45 so I arrive and guess what? Not only is it ready but people coming in way after me are being taken care of. "Oh we're just waiting on this""we are just waiting on that" I spent a total of 35 minutes past when my order was supposed to be done. The food would get finished and it'd like they'd completely ignore my online until it was time to remake something they ran out of. read more

Update: They have definitely seen our comments and improved dinner/over service time and delegating online orders. Great job!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but worst panda express in the us. We waited in line for 30 mins and there was only 3 people infront of us. The workers were very rude people. Having four people take a break and a 15 person line don't mix well. If you see the line huge I figured it's common sense to get up and help. read more

I love this place, I love the food, I love the atmosphere, they have SO much going for them here, but my one gripe...I have to sit there waiting on stuff to get done cooking almost every single time I go there. 90% of the time I'd say, they won't have fried rice, or orange chicken, or (usually) multiple things at one time. Please....PLEASE!!!! DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE PAN IS COMPLETELY FREAKING EMPTY!!!!! it's a completely frustrating and maddening experience to have to sit in there waiting on sh!t for 20 minutes.I cannot remember the last time I was able to just walk in there and order what I wanted and not have to go sit over on the side and wait. I've gone through this so many freaking times and dont say anythin, well this time I AM. PLEASE do something about this! I don't have 20 extra minutes to dick around waiting. by the time I get there I've already worked 14 damn hours and I'm ready to get the F home. Oh my GOD please streamline some stuff. I got there at 5:15 and left at 5:40 with half the stuff I wanted. Ridiculous read more

I will no longer spend my $ here. Went in today on my way to work. The super greens were wilted & didn't look fresh. They had only been open for an hour. I asked did they have some cooking, she said not yet. Mind you there was barely enough for a side. I always get a large. I left & called to speak with the manager (Wick) to ask why they never have any ready. He explained they like to make them fresh. That's bs bc they were about to sell me the nasty remainder until I said I needed a large. Then he hung up on me when I asked for the # to corporate. I had to call a different location to get the #. Great food and lots of it but it was a little dirty inside. This is easy to find and right on the west side of the road in front of the Walmart. The strip center has limited parking in front my the street but there is plenty of parking behind the building and in front of the Walmart. The restaurant is in a small shopping center. There are two entrances and an open area with about 10 tables. You order at the counter. They have several options of either a la cart items or meals. We ordered meals. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. The price was reasonable. The only challenge that this restaurant seems to have is the cleanliness option. The floor was dirty and there was not a single table unoccupied that was cleaned off. Overall, a nice restaurant but not too clean. read more

Stopped in on 8/5/19 and your team member "Jackie" was extremely rude to me and my friend when we asked to switch our eat in plates to take home boxes. Absolutely nothing was ready, so we waited for our meals. When I received mine I opened the box to see that there were only three pieces of sweetfire chicken and when I brought it to the attention of said team member "Jackie" she stated because the 3 pieces were the size they were that it was adequate and ignored my request for a couple more pieces by walking away while I was speaking. Ive included a picture of my place so everyone can see how disproportionate they serve. read more

The food is pretty good but the price is expencive for my taste. Food is good. Clean restaurant. Food is always stocked. The manager is cute. Why wouldn't you come here.

locked and closed doors 10 minutes early. I pulled on the doors confused as all the employees sat inside staring at me. nice.

Please consider halting online orders after the grill closes for the evening! I arrived at 7:45PM and the had grill just closed for the evening (the store closes at 9:00PM). The high-demand items (chicken teriyaki, etc.) were plentiful, but reserved to fill online orders; despite a long line of customers asking for more food to be prepared. Instead of settling for the fried chunks swimming in sugar, we were resigned to eat elsewhere. I have been eating at Panda for five years and my company uses Panda for lunch catering. The idea of turning away in-store customers in favor of online pickup should be seriously reviewed. read more

I love panda! My favorite items on the menu are fried rice, chow mein noodles, orange chicken, bejing beef, honey walnut shrimp, and sweet ice tea. It's fast food with an Asian flare. More American than Asian. But for some reason it's tough to find good Chinese food down here by Viera. I've tried many places and they're just so-so. If you're in a hurry and, like me, still looking for your go-to Chinese place, this will do. read more

I went to this Panda Express today. I knew I wanted a meal with 2 sides but I could not see what they had for sides due to the way you walk in with Covid. It would have only taken me a second to decide what I wanted once i could see what they had. However, the person behind the counter told me to step aside while I decided and asked the person behind me for her order and she also could not see everything but was allowed to be taken care of. The people in front of me did the same thing as well due to the set up but they were waited on. I called and asked to talk to the manager and she told me to come back i and they would wait on me. How nice of her. Not going back. Very poor customer service skills and people skills. read more

would give no stars if I could. lady taking my order was extremely rude to me and gave me the dirtiest look when I asked for half lo mein, half fried rice. The food is pretty much what you expect it to be. I am writing this review in response to the horrible service I received on my last visit. I ordered several items with the first, gruff and unpleasant worker on the line. She wasn't friendly, but I wasn't all that bothered by it. Then, the next worker asked what entree I wanted. I asked for string bean chicken, and she proceeded to throw a scoop onto my two entree plate. I noticed that it was almost completely string beans, so I asked politely, "Could you please throw a couple pieces of chicken on there?" She just looked at me. "It's all string beans," I followed up. She threw one piece of chicken on there and said with an attitude, "It's called string bean chicken." I couldn't believe it. "Excuse me?" I asked. She repeated herself and stood there on the line arguing that because it's called "string bean chicken and not "chicken with string beans" that I should expect to have more string beans than chicken. She just KEPT ARGUING, embarrassing herself and me in front of the other people around. I told her how inappropriate it was for her to treat me that way as a customer. All of the other workers on the line (as well as all the customers) heard it and said nothing. I asked for a manager. There was none there. I called the next day and asked for a manager. There was none there. I will not be back. All this very rude young woman had to do was put a couple more pieces of chicken on there and smile. Panda needs to have managers overseeing their operation better. When I go to Palm Bay Panda Express, I get hot food, smiles, and great service. I will go there from now on. read more

I know, I know.. It's fast food Chinese food. It's not the worlds greatest but I still like it. This particular Panda Express location is clean, which is a big deal to me. Seems like there is always a problem with my order at this location. First the order is "in the system" but no proof its been paid despite online order require payment when you place the order. The next time I ordered an entree plate with halves of the fried rice & lo mein. The fried rice was dry and stale. The lo mein was almost all noodles with only one piece of vegetable. Today's order of fried rice & lo mein was the same & to add insult, I paid for two spring rolls that they didn't give me. I won't be wasting my time & money on this dump again! Food was okay for the price. The staff was very inattentive. I was asked what I wanted then began talking and was rudely ignored and she began talking to another employee and when finished just looked at me instead of apologizing and continuing with my order. I would have given a higher rating because the food & service are good. What knocked down the rating is because of a deceptive practice that they do if you take their survey. I took the survey (which stated that if you buy a 2-entree place, you will get a 3rd entrée free). I got 3 entrée plates & 2 rolls (NOT on their Entree menu). When I paid, the 2 rolls were free but not the 3rd entrée. I expected to pay for the rolls but not the 3rd entrée. I argued with them but to no avail. I took everything home & emailed the General Management about this. Here is a direct quote from them: "The survey code does grant you to receive a single serving entree item when you purchase a Plate (2 entree). There are time when the cashier can place the appetizer as an entree to reduce a cost. However, you are able to notify the cashier that you would like a different entree as your free single item and to add any appetizers as a separate charge." The cashier has the option to place the appetizer as an entrée to reduce a cost? Sounds like false advertising to me! And nobody told me about the other option! read more
