One of the best take out chinese places in Palm Bay for sure. They always know my name and the names of family members on the phone when calling in an order. The food is good especially the steamed dumplings. Best in town I would say. Over the last few years the food quality seems to have gone downhill slightly. Possibly the cost of ingredients for their dishes but the egg-rolls and fried rice is just not ip to par. Of course when you have been to Asia like I have, no fried rice is going to be excellent. LOL The staff is amazingly friendly. The place is only take out now as pre pandemic they had a few seats inside but ow they serve from the window. Great customer service. The place is really busy most evenings and especially on the weekends. Plan to wait a few minutes for your food but the food will always be hot and freshly made. The parking lot is very tight parking and even the handicapped spaces are very narrow. Other stores share the same lot so expect it to be packed on a Friday or Saturday. Overall it is definitely one of the best Chinese food places but with soaring food costs I am sure they have cut corners in recent years. The food is bland for take out Chinese. Hop Bo which is on Palm Bay Road has better flavors, and down the road a little further is Little Asia that is FANTASTIC and authentic. This place is in a sketchy location that I would not recommend a solo woman go by herself especially at night. Definitely BRING SOMEONE WITH YOU for your safety!! They sell little anime chopsticks and I guess that's cute if you are in the market for them. Truly the people who like the food from here (as well as China Wok.. the food selection in Palm Bay is really going downhill) have not had quality dishes. Owners try to take advantage of my elderly grandparents that live close by as well which is a shame. Once I found this out I would rather not try to give them another chance. read more

We have ordered take out from China Moon several times since moving here. My husband loves their Won Ton Soup and I love the General Tso's Chicken. Every time we have ordered from them the food was fresh and piping hot and the portions are large. It's a small place and there is no sit down dining, just a window inside where you order or pick up. The restaurant seems to do a good business and is always busy. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. read more

Food: Very good, we had lo mein, fried rice, egg soup, broccoli beef, beef vegetable, orange chicken, General Toa's chicken. We had specific instructions for some of the food and they did it perfectly. Service: we ordered for take out. It was a long wait 45 mins but they are busy. The order was just being boxed up when we got there. Ambiance: not a great strip mall. Old part of town, small parking lot. The restaurant windows were very greasy and dirty on the inside. Only a couple of tables. They had some pretty decorative fabrics strips between the register and the cooking area. Recommend take out only and not dine in. This place is in a kinda sketchy location but don't let that stop you. Their food is really good. It's some of the best Chinese I've ever had. We got Beef Lo Mein, Orange Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork, & Crab Rangoons. We walked in an ordered and it was done super fast. The crab rangoons are sweet, I like that but I know some people do not. We love the spare rib tips, chicken wings, chicken and broccoli, beef and broccoli, the white rice and the pork fried rice is great you can ask them to add an egg to your rice. Who doesn't love Chinese food. The owners are from Chinatown NY Chinatown. So you know the food is very tasty. China Moon came highly recommended from next door neighbor. I tried it and the food was very good. The chicken wings are fried to perfection. The bbq ribs are also very good. Working my way down the menu. This is a take out location. it's bomb... new to florida so I figured "why not have Chinese food on Christmas and/or new years (when in Rome...)." Absolutely call in your order. my Pops and I made the mistake of showing up because it's not far from my house... no bueno! I have yet to find decent Chinese food in/near Palm Bay. Thought we would try China Moon for a change... never again! It's bad enough that we have to place an order and pick up through a flipping little window! At least let your customers come inside. The Lo Mein either was, or entirely resembled, spaghetti. The egg roll barely had anything in it and was over cooked. The sweet and sour pork was just tasteless, breaded something with a cup of red sauce on the side (terrible) and the mushroom chicken was basically all mushrooms with a few pieces of very chewy chicken! The streamed dumplings were good but the sauce was sooooo salty that we couldn't eat it. The chicken chow mein was ok. $38 worth of crappy food!! read more

I know Chinese food in the south can be hit or miss. China Moon place is no exception. We ordered chicken and broccoli, shrimp loin mein and fried wings. Everything was overcooked and swimming in sauce and had a ton of salt. The broccoli had a bitter taste, shrimp were soft and the wings were too salty to eat. I think they drowned everything in salt to mask the fact the food was old. Our dog didn't want the leftovers. He sniffed it and rolled his eyes. Maybe I'm spoiled because I've eaten authentic chinese food. This nasty salty mess turned me off for a good while. read more
