Takeout was delicious. I ordered Cumin Lamb and King Oyster Mushrooms . Both portions were enough for two people or more. The lamb is sautéed with peppers and onions in a slightly spicy pungent sauce. It was very tender. The mushroom dish is stir fried with basil and Fresno Chiles. The service was Fantastic. Possible owner named Coco made a big deal when I called ahead to tell her it was my adult son's birthday. The food was freshly made, nothing was greasy, coco greeted me with a hug. She went to the nearby store to buy a birthday cake for my son and her crew joined in singing happy birthday to my son. My Orange Beef was excellent. I asked for for it to be spicy and young lady taking my order said that it was already spicy. It definitely had a lot of heat to it. It was crispy, tangy, hot (feugo) and downright yummy. You could see the chunks of garlic and slivers of orange peel throughout the dish. I wish they were closer to me. This place is tucked away off the road in a strip in front of Walmart, but don't let it's unassuming digs keep you away. This is the most underrated and hidden gem for Chinese food in brevard. When I think Chinese takeout, my expectations are pretty low and I think of Americanized fried favorites, but this place blows it out of the water!! From my understanding, it's more authentic, and definitely fresh and homemade. The dumplings are made by hand and they're the best I've had. Absolutely stuffed with meat. So good We usually get the beef with hot peppers, and the garlic chicken. It's family style so the portions are HUGE and will last us 3-4 days. Dish 1: pork with scallions - 5 stars This dish was incredible. It was salty. A tad spicy. Succulent. It seemed like such a simple dish that MAYBE one could make at home, but there was definitely something special about it. We will absolutely order this again! Dish 2: sweet and sour ribs - 3 stars These ribs were delicious but they had tiny chunks of bone or gristle in almost each piece. Not realizing this, I shoved a piece into my mouth and had to chew around a tiny bone and spit it out. I was unsure how to consume the rest of the dish until my fiancé gave up using a fork and chewed on the tiny pieces of meat as if they were actual ribs. This worked much better... but since the meat was so small, it seemed so weird using my hands to eat. Otherwise, the dish was delicious but the tiny bones definitely made eating it a tedious affair. Sides: 1 I know this is a more authentic Chinese restaurant, but it would be nice to have smaller items to order. I'm not sure what they'd offer if they're not offering egg rolls, but it would be nice to have a side or two other than white rice. Will we be back? Absolutely! Will we order the ribs again?
